FUTURE HOPE 4-12-19 VIDEO HOPE DUBUNKED
We have a choice these days to remain a victim of our past failures worries and fears, or let the Holy Spirit show us to move into our future. The future cannot be stopped for us. No one can be snatched out of Gods hands. In the Bible hope means not only do we desire something good for the future but we expect it to happen. HOPE-comes from a Hebrew word to twist or weave as strands of rope making capable to hold up even under a heavy load. A cord- expectation (like shackles) favorable & confident. David when he was desperate he argued with his own soul about his future. So future hope does it mean to cross your fingers but its rather to expect great things from God. Abe received the royal-proclamation, the Aramaic word for promise.
Hebrews 6:11But we long to see you passionately advance until the end and you find your hope fulfilled.
12So dont allow your hearts to grow dull or lose your enthusiasm, but follow the example of those who fully received what God has promised because of their strong faith and patient endurance.
13Now when God made a promise to Abraham, since there was no one greater than himself, he swore an oath on his own integrity to keep the promise as sure as God exists!
14So he said, Have no doubt, I promise to bless you over and overand give you a son and multiply you without measure!
15So Abraham waited patiently in faith and succeeded in seeing the promise fulfilled.
16It is very common for people to swear an oath by something greater than themselves, for the oath will confirm their statements and end all dispute.
17So in the same way, God wanted to end all doubt and confirm it even more forcefully to those who would inherit his promises. His purpose was unchangeable, so God added his vow to the promise.
18So it is impossible for God to lie for we know that his promise and his vow will never change! And now we have run into his heart to hide ourselves in his faithfulness. This is where we find his strength and comfort, for he empowers us to seize what has already been established ahead of timean unshakeable hope! TPT
HEB 11:10 His eyes of faith were set on the city with unshakable foundations, whose architect and builder is God himself.
11Sarahs faith embraced the miracle power to conceive even though she was barren and was past the age of childbearing, for the authority of her faith rested in the One who made the promise, and she tapped into his faithfulness.
12In fact, so many children were subsequently fathered by this aged man of faithone who was as good as dead, that he now has offspring as innumerable as the sand on the seashore and as the stars in the sky! TPT
HEB 11:15 And if their hearts were still remembering what they left behind, they would have found an opportunity to go back.
16But they couldnt turn back for their hearts were fixed on what was far greater, that is, the heavenly realm! TPT

HEB 11:22 Faith inspired Joseph and opened his eyes to see into the future, for as he was dying he prophesied about the exodus of Israel out of Egypt, and gave instructions that his bones were to be taken from Egypt with them. TPT
Or remembering the exodus. This is amazing, since the exodus had not yet happened, so how could Joseph remember it? This is the eye of faith that imparts prophetic vision of the future.
Ps 42:5 Why are you cast down, O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, my Help and my God.
6 O my God, my life is cast down upon me [and I find the burden more than I can bear]; therefore will I [earnestly] remember You from the land of the Jordan [River] and the [summits of Mount] Hermon, from the little mountain Mizar.
7 [Roaring] deep calls to [roaring] deep at the thunder of Your waterspouts; all Your breakers and Your rolling waves have gone over me.

Ps 42:5 So then, my soul, why would you be depressed? Why would you sink into despair? Just keep hoping and waiting on God, your Savior. For no matter what, I will still sing with praise, for living before his face is my saving grace!
6Here I am depressed and downcast. Yet I will still remember you as I ponder the place where your glory streams down from the mighty mountaintops, lofty and majesticthe mountains of your awesome presence.
7My deep need calls out to the deep kindness of your love. Your waterfall of weeping sent waves of sorrow over my soul, carrying me away, cascading over me like a thundering cataract.

GOD'S FAITHFULNESS Isa 43:10 Yahweh says, you are my witnesses, my chosen servants, I chose you in order that you would know me intimately, believing me always, and fully understand that I am the only God, there was no god before me, and there will be no god after me.
11 I only I, I am Yahweh, and there is no savior-God but me.
12 I am the only one who revealed this to you. I saved you, foretold the future and brought it to pass, it was not some foreign god who did this! You are my witnesses that I am God, declares Yahweh.
13 From the very beginning, I am the only God! No one could be snatched from my hand. When I chose to act, who can reverse it?
Isa 44:7 Who is like me? Go ahead and speak up. Ill wait for him to announce it and explain it all to me! Who else has announced from the everlasting what is to come? Let them prophesy what is yet to be.
8 Do not fear nor be shaken! Havent I foretold it announcing it to you ahead of time? You are my witnesses, so tell me is there any god besides me? There is no other rock of shelter, I know not one. TPT
Jer 33:6 "But now take another look. I'm going to give this city a thorough renovation, working a true healing inside and out. I'm going to show them life whole, life brimming with blessings.
7 I'll restore everything that was lost to Judah and Jerusalem. I'll build everything back as good as new.
8 I'll scrub them clean from the dirt they've done against me. I'll forgive everything they've done wrong, forgive all their rebellions.

1 Timothy 6:18 Remind the wealthy to be rich in good works of extravagant generosity, willing to share with others.
19 This will provide a beautiful foundation for their lives and secure for them a great future, as they lay their hands upon the meaning of true life.

Lam 3:21 But there's one other thing I remember, and remembering, I keep a grip on hope:

28 When life is heavy and hard to take, go off by yourself. Enter the silence.
29 Bow in prayer. Don't ask questions: Wait for hope to appear.
30 Don't run from trouble. Take it full-face. The "worst" is never the worst.
31 Why? Because the Master won't ever walk out and fail to return. MSG

5 God is keeping careful watch over us and the future. The Day is coming when you'll have it all life healed and whole.
6 I know how great this makes you feel, even though you have to put up with every kind of aggravation in the meantime. MSG
