IMPARTATION 8-2-19 VIDEO
Impart to bestow upon, to give, to grant, to give a gift. The Father has imparted every good and perfect gift to us. He will never change His mind, or His character, He will always want us to have the gift of life and all that goes with it. Righteousness is imparted so no weapon can overtake us. The anointing has been imparted (transferred) to us. Jesus had the anointing from the Father upon Him to fulfill His destiny.
James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect (free, large, full) gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of all [that gives] light, in [the shining of] Whom there can be no variation [rising or setting] or shadow cast by His turning [as in an eclipse]. AMP

James 1:17-18 But every good endowment that we possess and every complete gift that we have received must come from above, from the Father of all lights, with whom there is never the slightest variation or shadow of inconsistency. By his own wish he made us his own sons through the Word of truth that we might be, so to speak, the first specimens of his new creation. PHILLIPS
John 10:28I give to them the gift of eternal life and they will never be lost and no one has the power to snatch them out of my hands.
29My Father, who has given them to me as his gift, is the mightiest of all, and no one has the power to snatch them from my Fathers care. TPT
Num 11:23 The Lord said to Moses, Has the Lord's hand (His ability and power) become short (thwarted and inadequate)? You shall see now whether My word shall come to pass for you or not.
24 So Moses went out and told the people the words of the Lord, and he gathered seventy men of the elders of the people and set them round about the Tent.
25 And the Lord came down in the cloud and spoke to him, and took of the Spirit that was upon him and put It upon the seventy elders; and when the Spirit rested upon them, they prophesied [sounding forth the praises of God and declaring His will]. Then they did so no more. AMP

Num 11:23 God answered Moses, "So, do you think I can't take care of you? You'll see soon enough whether what I say happens for you or not."
24 So Moses went out and told the people what God had said. He called together seventy of the leaders and had them stand around the Tent.
25 God came down in a cloud and spoke to Moses and took some of the Spirit that was on him and put it on the seventy leaders. When the Spirit rested on them they prophesied. But they didn't continue; it was a onetime event. MSG
Luke 11:13 If imperfect parents know how to lovingly take care of their children and give them what they need, how much more will the perfect heavenly Father give the Holy Spirits fullness when his children ask him. TPT
Acts 2:1 AND WHEN the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all assembled together in one place,
2 When suddenly there came a sound from heaven like the rushing of a violent tempest blast, and it filled the whole house in which they were sitting.
3 And there appeared to them tongues resembling fire, which were separated and distributed and which settled on each one of them. AMP
A total impartation happened at Pentecost. This would change the world because of those people in that room. They receive the impartation of life and power in the Holy Spirit.
1 Cor 2:12 Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us] that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly] bestowed on us by God. AMP

Isa 54:17 But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from Me [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the Lord. Isa 54:17 but I promise you, no weapon meant to hurt you will succeed, and youll refute every accusing word spoken against you. This promise is the inheritance of you Yahwehs servants, and their vindication is from me, saith Yahweh TPT
Romans 1:11 I yearn to come and be face-to-face with you and get to know you. For I long to impart to you the gift of the Spirit that will empower you to stand strong in your faith.
12Now, this means that when we come together and are side by side, something wonderful will be released. We can expect to be co-encouraged and co-comforted by each others faith! TPT
1 Cor 2:6 Yet when we are among the full-grown (spiritually mature Christians who are ripe in understanding), we do impart a [higher] wisdom (the knowledge of the divine plan previously hidden); but it is indeed not a wisdom of this present age or of this world nor of the leaders and rulers of this age, who are being brought to nothing and are doomed to pass away.
7 But rather what we are setting forth is a wisdom of God once hidden [from the human understanding] and now revealed to us by God [that wisdom] which God devised and decreed before the ages for our glorification [to lift us into the glory of His presence]. AMP
Psalm 21:2 For you have given him his hearts desire, anything and everything he asks for. You havent withheld a thing from your betrothed one. Pause in his presence
3Rich blessings overflow with every encounter with you, and you placed a royal crown of gold upon his head.
4He wanted resurrectionyou have given it to him and more! The days of his blessing stretch on one after another, forever!
5You have honored him and made him famous. Glory garments are upon him, and you surround him with splendor and majesty.
6Your victory heaps blessing after blessing upon him. What joy and bliss he tastes, rejoicing before your face! TPT
Heb 2:4 [Besides this evidence] it was also established and plainly endorsed by God, Who showed His approval of it by signs and wonders and various miraculous manifestations of [His] power and by imparting the gifts of the Holy Spirit [to the believers] according to His own will.
5 For it was not to angels that God subjected the habitable world of the future, of which we are speaking.
6 It has been solemnly and earnestly said in a certain place, What is man that You are mindful of him, or the son of man that You graciously and helpfully care for and visit and look after him?
7 For some little time You have ranked him lower than and inferior to the angels; You have crowned him with glory and honor and set him over the works of Your hands,
8 For You have put everything in subjection under his feet. Now in putting everything in subjection to man, He left nothing outside [of man's] control. But at present we do not yet see all things subjected to him [man]. AMP

5For God will not place the coming world, of which we speak, under the government of angels.
6But the Scriptures affirm: What is man that you would even think about him, or care about Adams race.
7You made him lower than the angels for a little while. You placed your glory and honor upon his head as a crown. And you have given him dominionover the works of your hands,
8For you have placed everything under his authority. This means that God has left nothing outside the control of his Son, even if presently we have yet to see this accomplished. TPT
Gen 1:28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."

9He ascended means that he returned to heaven, after he had first descended from the heights of heaven, even descending as far as the lowest parts of the earth.
10The same one who descended is also the one who ascended above the heights of heaven, in order to begin the restoration and fulfillment of all things.
11And he has appointed some with grace to be apostles, and some with grace to be prophets, and some with grace to be evangelists, and some with grace to be pastors, and some with grace to be teachers.[
12And their calling is to nurture and prepare all the holy believers to do their own works of ministry, and as they do this they will enlarge and build up the body of Christ. TPT
1 John 2:27 But as for you, the anointing (the sacred appointment, the unction) which you received from Him abides [permanently] in you; [so] then you have no need that anyone should instruct you. But just as His anointing teaches you concerning everything and is true and is no falsehood, so you must abide in (live in, never depart from) Him [being rooted in Him, knit to Him], just as [His anointing] has taught you [to do]. 1 John 2:27 But the wonderful anointing you have received from God is so much greater than their deception and now lives in you. Theres no need for anyone to keep teaching you. His anointing teaches you all that you need to know, for it will lead you into truth, not a counterfeit. So just as the anointing has taught you, remain in him. TPT
Psalm 20:6 I know God gives me all that I ask for and brings victory to his anointed king. My deliverance cry will be heard in his holy heaven. By his mighty hand miracles will manifest through his saving strength.
Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon Me, because He has anointed Me [the Anointed One, the Messiah] to preach the good news (the Gospel) to the poor; He has sent Me to announce release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send forth as delivered those who are oppressed [who are downtrodden, bruised, crushed, and broken down by calamity], AMP

1 Peter 4:10 As each of you has received a gift (a particular spiritual talent, a gracious divine endowment), employ it for one another as [befits] good trustees of God's many-sided grace [faithful stewards of the extremely diverse powers and gifts granted to Christians by unmerited favor]. AMP
