REAL VICTORIES 10-25-19 VIDEO TONY EVANS ARMOR

The Bible is filled with details of real victories. Circumstances that changed supernaturally only because the Lord intervened. Let us be like David and rehearse the victories. We do this we can expect the Lord to do the same thing in our lives now! Victory means to be victorious to conquer to overcome the enemy to vanquish a foe. For our nation read stories about George Washington Crossing the Delaware river, a great testimony.

George Washington told the army if you were not fighting---go to Divine Services implore blessings from heaven for our safety and defense.

1 Sam 17:33 Saul answered David, "You can't go and fight this Philistine. You're too young and inexperienced and he's been at this fighting business since before you were born."

34 David said, "I've been a shepherd, tending sheep for my father. Whenever a lion or bear came and took a lamb from the flock,

35 I'd go after it, knock it down, and rescue the lamb. If it turned on me, I'd grab it by the throat, wring its neck, and kill it.

36 Lion or bear, it made no difference I killed it. And I'll do the same to this Philistine pig who is taunting the troops of God-Alive.

37 God, who delivered me from the teeth of the lion and the claws of the bear, will deliver me from this Philistine." Saul said, "Go. And God help you!" MSG

1 Sam 14:6 And Jonathan said to his young armor-bearer, Come, and let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; it may be that the Lord will work for us. For there is nothing to prevent the Lord from saving by many or by few.

7 And his armor-bearer said to him, Do all that is in your mind; I am with you in whatever you think [best]. AMP

1 Sam 14:8 Jonathan said, We will pass over to these men and we will let them see us.

9 If they say to us, Wait until we come to you, then we will stand still in our place and will not go up to them.

10 But if they say, Come up to us, we will go up, for the Lord has delivered them into our hand, and this will be our sign.

11 So both of them let the Philistine garrison see them. And the Philistines said, Behold, the Hebrews are coming out of the holes where they have hidden themselves.

12 The garrison men said to Jonathan and his armor-bearer, Come up to us and we will show you a thing. Jonathan said to his armor-bearer, Come up after me, for the Lord has given them into Israel's hand. AMP

1 Sam 14:14 And that first slaughter which Jonathan and his armor-bearer made was about twenty men within about a half acre of land [which a yoke of oxen might plow].

15 And there was trembling and panic in the [Philistine] camp, in the field, and among all the men; the garrison, and even the raiders trembled; the earth quaked, and it became a terror from God. AMP

1 Sam 30:6 David was greatly distressed, for the men spoke of stoning him because the souls of them all were bitterly grieved, each man for his sons and daughters. But David encouraged and strengthened himself in the Lord his God.

7 David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech's son, I pray you, bring me the ephod. And Abiathar brought him the ephod.

8 And David inquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them? The Lord answered him, Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all. AMP

1 Chron 18:6 David set up a puppet government in Aram-Damascus. The Arameans became subjects of David and were forced to bring tribute. God gave victory to David wherever he marched. MSG

Josh 10:13 And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the nation took vengeance upon their enemies. Is not this written in the Book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of the heavens and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day.

14 There was no day like it before or since, when the Lord heeded the voice of a man. For the Lord fought for Israel. AMP

Isa 30:18 And therefore the Lord [earnestly] waits [expecting, looking, and longing] to be gracious to you; and therefore He lifts Himself up, that He may have mercy on you and show loving-kindness to you. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are all those who [earnestly] wait for Him, who expect and look and long for Him [for His victory, His favor, His love, His peace, His joy, and His matchless, unbroken companionship]!

1 Cor 15:55 Who got the last word, oh, Death? Oh, Death, who's afraid of you now?

56 It was sin that made death so frightening and law-code guilt that gave sin its leverage, its destructive power.

57 But now in a single victorious stroke of Life, all three sin, guilt, death are gone, the gift of our Master, Jesus Christ. Thank God!

Celebrating the success of the cross

1 JN 5:4 You see, every child of God overcomes the world, for our faith is the victorious power that triumphs over the world. TPT

HEB 11: 5 Faith lifted Enoch from this life and he was taken up into heaven! He never had to experience death; he just disappeared from this world because God promoted him. For before he was translated to the heavenly realm his life had become a pleasure to God.

6And without faith living within us it would be impossible to please God. For we come to God in faith knowing that he is real and that he rewards the faith of those who give all their passion and strength into seeking him.

7Faith opened Noahs heart to receive revelation and warnings from God about what was coming, even things that had never been seen. But he stepped out in reverent obedience to God and built an ark that would save him and his family. By his faith the world was condemned, but Noah received Gods gift of righteousness that comes by believing. Faith of the Patriarchs

8Faith motivated Abraham to obey Gods call and leave the familiar to discover the territory he was destined to inherit from God. So he left with only a promise and without even knowing ahead of time where he was going, Abraham stepped out in faith.

9 He lived by faith as an immigrant in his promised land as though it belonged to someone else. He journeyed through the land living in tents with Isaac and Jacob who were persuaded that they were also co-heirs of the same promise.

10His eyes of faith were set on the city with unshakable foundations, whose architect and builder is God himself.

11Sarahs faith embraced the miracle power to conceive even though she was barren and was past the age of childbearing, for the authority of her faith rested in the One who made the promise, and she tapped into his faithfulness.TPT

HEB 11:17 Faith operated powerfully in Abraham for when he was put to the test he offered up Isaac. Even though he received Gods promises of descendants, he was willing to offer up his only son!

18For God had promised, Through your son Isaac your lineage will carry on your name.

19Abrahams faith made it logical to him that God could raise Isaac from the dead, and symbolically, thats exactly what happened.

20The power of faith prompted Isaac to impart a blessing to his sons, Jacob and Esau, concerning their prophetic destinies.

21Jacob worshiped in faiths reality at the end of his life, and leaning upon his staff he imparted a prophetic blessing upon each of Josephs sons.

22Faith inspired Joseph and opened his eyes to see into the future, for as he was dying he prophesied about the exodus of Israel out of Egypt, and gave instructions that his bones were to be taken from Egypt with them.

23Faith prompted the parents of Moses at his birth to hide him for three months, because they realized their child was exceptional and they refused to be afraid of the kings edict.

24Faith enabled Moses to choose Gods will, for although he was raised as the son of Pharaohs daughter, he refused to make that his identity,

25choosing instead to suffer mistreatment with the people of God. Moses preferred faiths certainty above the momentary enjoyment of sins pleasures. 26He found his true wealth in suffering abuse for being anointed, more than in anything the world could offer him, for his eyes looked with wonder not on the immediate, but on the ultimatefaiths great reward!

27Holding faiths promise Moses abandoned Egypt and had no fear of Pharaohs rage because he persisted in faith as if he had seen God who is unseen.

28Faith stirred Moses to perform the rite of Passover and sprinkle lambs blood, to prevent the destroyer from harming their firstborn.

29Faith opened the way for the Hebrews to cross the Red Sea as if on dry land, but when the Egyptians tried to cross they were swallowed up and drowned!

Jericho and Rahab

30Faith pulled down Jerichos walls after the people marched around them for seven days!

31Faith provided a way of escape for Rahab the prostitute, avoiding the destruction of the unbelievers, because she received the Hebrew spies in peace.

More Faith Champions

32And what more could I say to convince you? For there is not enough time to tell you of the faith of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, and the prophets.

33Through faiths power they conquered kingdoms and established true justice. Their faith fastened onto their promises and pulled them into reality! It was faith that shut the mouth of lions, TPT

HEB 11:39 These were the true heroes, commended for their faith, yet they lived in hope without receiving the fullness of what was promised them.

40But now God has invited us to live in something better than what they hadfaiths fullness! This is so that they could be brought to finished perfection alongside of us. TPT
