Many T-shirts and bumper stickers say stay calm and Well tonight God is calling us to stay calm and trust Him. There is so much noise so much stress that we need to pull back trust God and rest. He sees everything and nothing surprises Him.

REST-perpetual sabbath "rest" to be enjoyed uninterruptedly by believers in their fellowship with the Father and the Son, in contrast to the weekly Sabbath under the Law. Because this sabbath "rest" is the "rest" of God Himself. Believers now enter into divine "rest,".
