SHINE- TO GIVE OFF OR TO GLOW WITH LIGHT, BRIGHTNESS, RADIANCE, SPLENDOR. The Scriptural blessing says, the Lord lift His countenance on you or make His face to shine-which is a picture of a father smiling and taking pleasure in his child. It shows that He is looking on us for our good. God wants to bless us. He wants to protect us. He wants to be gracious to us, and give us peace.
FACE TO SHINE
Num 6:25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you; AMP
Ps 67:1 GOD BE merciful and gracious to us and bless us and cause His face to shine upon us and among us Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]! AMP
Ps 80:3 Restore us again, O God; and cause Your face to shine [in pleasure and approval on us], and we shall be saved! AMP
Ps 80:7 Restore us again, O God of hosts; and cause Your face to shine [upon us with favor as of old], and we shall be saved! AMP

Listen & heed the prayer-Restore us in pleasure and approval-enlighten us & be gracious- Merciful - bless us- favor us.

Luke 1:79 To shine upon and give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to direct and guide our feet in a straight line into the way of peace. AMP

Heb 1:3 He is the sole expression of the glory of God [the Light-being, the out-raying or radiance of the divine], and He is the perfect imprint and very image of [God's] nature, upholding and maintaining and guiding and propelling the universe by His mighty word of power. John 12:36 As you have the light, believe in the light. Then the light will be within you, and shining through your lives. You'll be children of light." MSG
Ps 18:28 For You cause my lamp to be lighted and to shine; the Lord my God illumines my darkness. AMP

Time for us to shine! Arise church of the Living God and let your light shine. We are how God's Glory will cover the earth. We will bring the knowledge of Him- His Glory to the world.
Isa 60:1 ARISE [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you!
2 For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and dense darkness [all] peoples, but the Lord shall arise upon you [O Jerusalem], and His glory shall be seen on you.
3 And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. AMP
Isa 60:1 "Get out of bed, Jerusalem! Wake up. Put your face in the sunlight. God's bright glory has risen for you.
2 The whole earth is wrapped in darkness, all people sunk in deep darkness, But God rises on you, his sunrise glory breaks over you.
3 Nations will come to your light, kings to your sunburst brightness. MSG
Dan 12:3 And the teachers and those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness (to uprightness and right standing with God) [shall give forth light] like the stars forever and ever.
4 But you, O Daniel, shut up the words and seal the Book until the time of the end. [Then] many shall run to and fro and search anxiously [through the Book], and knowledge [of God's purposes as revealed by His prophets] shall be increased and become great. AMP

2 Cor 3:9 If the Government of Condemnation was impressive, how about this Government of Affirmation?
10 Bright as that old government was, it would look downright dull alongside this new one.
11 If that makeshift arrangement impressed us, how much more this brightly shining government installed for eternity?
12 With that kind of hope to excite us, nothing holds us back.
13 Unlike Moses, we have nothing to hide. Everything is out in the open with us. He wore a veil so the children of Israel wouldn't notice that the glory was fading away
14 and they didn't notice. They didn't notice it then and they don't notice it now, don't notice that there's nothing left behind that veil.
15 Even today when the proclamations of that old, bankrupt government are read out, they can't see through it. Only Christ can get rid of the veil so they can see for themselves that there's nothing there.
16 Whenever, though, they turn to face God as Moses did, God removes the veil and there they are face to face!
17 They suddenly recognize that God is a living, personal presence, not a piece of chiseled stone. And when God is personally present, a living Spirit, that old, constricting legislation is recognized as obsolete. We're free of it!
18 All of us! Nothing between us and God, our faces shining with the brightness of his face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like him. MSG
2 Cor 4:6 For God Who said, Let light shine out of darkness, has shone in our hearts so as [to beam forth] the Light for the illumination of the knowledge of the majesty and glory of God [as it is manifest in the Person and is revealed] in the face of Jesus Christ (the Messiah).
7 However, we possess this precious treasure [the divine Light of the Gospel] in [frail, human] vessels of earth, that the grandeur and exceeding greatness of the power may be shown to be from God and not from ourselves. AMP
