RE-BORN-to succeed. Success to accomplishment of an arm or purpose. Success is liking yourself. Liking what you do and liking how you do it.

PROSPER-1) to grant a prosperous and expeditious journey, to lead by a direct and easy way 2) to grant a successful issue, to cause to prosper , to be successful; to help on the road, to succeed in business affairs:  (have a) prosper (-ous journey).

Matt 7:13  "Don't look for shortcuts to God. The market is flooded with surefire, easygoing formulas for a successful life that can be practiced in your spare time. Don't fall for that stuff, even though crowds of people do.

14 The way to life to God! is vigorous and requires total attention.  MSG

Gen 39:2 But the Lord was with Joseph, and he [though a slave] was a successful and prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.

3 And his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made all that he did to flourish and succeed in his hand.

4 So Joseph pleased [Potiphar] and found favor in his sight, and he served him. And [his master] made him supervisor over his house and he put all that he had in his charge.   AMP

Gen 39:2 As it turned out, God was with Joseph and things went very well with him. He ended up living in the home of his Egyptian master.

3 His master recognized that God was with him, saw that God was working for good in everything he did.

4 He became very fond of Joseph and made him his personal aide. He put him in charge of all his personal affairs, turning everything over to him.

5 From that moment on, God blessed the home of the Egyptian all because of Joseph. The blessing of God spread over everything he owned, at home and in the fields,  MSG

David (liked himself) rehearsed his past successes and use them as fuel to succeed in the future.

1 Sam 18:14 David acted wisely in all his ways and succeeded, and the Lord was with him.

15 When Saul saw how capable and successful David was, he stood in awe of him.  AMP

Ps 23:1  The Lord is my Best Friend and my Shepherd. I always have more than enough.

2 He offers a resting place for me in his luxurious love. His tracks take me to an oasis of peace, the quiet brook of bliss.

3 That's where he restores and revives my life. He opens before me pathways to God's pleasure, and leads me along in his footsteps of righteousness so I can bring honor to his name.

4 Lord even when your path takes me through the valley of deepest darkness, fear will never conquer me, for you already have! You remain close to me and lead me though it all the way. Your authority is my strength and my peace. Passion   ↕↕↕

6 Your beauty and love chase after me every day of my life. I'm back home in the house of God for the rest of my life. MSG

John 3:27  John answered, "It's not possible for a person to succeed I'm talking about eternal success without heaven's help. MSG

2 Chron 26:5 He looked to God during the days of Zechariah. Zechariah taught him to have respect for God. As long as Uzziah looked to the Lord, God gave him success. NIrV

Felix -Roman procurator known to slay and plunder the inhabitants. These TAX COLLECTORS demanded more money than was due and kept the difference for themselves. It is likely that they took bribes from the rich so it was the poor people who really paid for the Roman government. A Procurator stole enough to be very rich.
