HEALING POWER-in touch. Exchange of a vibration for healing overtaking a vibration for sickness. To feel "sympathy" with, i.e. (by implication) to commiserate: have compassion, be touched with a feeling of substance.
Heb 4:14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. KJV

Heb 4:14 Now that we know what we have Jesus, this great High Priest with ready access to God let's not let it slip through our fingers.
15 We don't have a priest who is out of touch with our reality. He's been through weakness and testing, experienced it all all but the sin.
16 So let's walk right up to him and get what he is so ready to give. Take the mercy, accept the help. MSG
