HOPE (CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT) 3-10-17 VIDEO ABOUND IN HOPE 2

HOPE-comes from a Hebrew word to twist or weave as strands of rope making capable to hold up even under a heavy load. A cord- expectation (like shackles) favorable & confident.

Hal Lindsey " Man can live about 40 days without food. 3 days without water 8 minutes without air but only 1 second without hope".

1 Sam 17:11 When Saul and his troops heard the Philistine's challenge, they were terrified and lost all hope.

1 Sam 17:32 "Master," said David, "don't give up hope. I'm ready to go and fight this Philistine."

Mic 7:7 But as for me, I will look to the Lord and confident in Him I will keep watch; I will wait with hope and expectancy for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me.

8 Rejoice not against me, O my enemy! When I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light to me.

9 I will bear the indignation of the Lord because I have sinned against Him, until He pleads my cause and executes judgment for me. He will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold His righteous deliverance. AMP

John 16:33 I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]  AMP

Phil 1:20 This is in keeping with my own eager desire and persistent expectation and hope, that I shall not disgrace myself nor be put to shame in anything; but that with the utmost freedom of speech and unfailing courage, now as always heretofore, Christ (the Messiah) will be magnified and get glory and praise in this body of mine and be boldly exalted in my person, whether through (by) life or through (by) death.  AMP

↕↕↕

Phil 1:20 I can hardly wait to continue on my course. I don't expect to be embarrassed in the least. On the contrary, everything happening to me in this jail only serves to make Christ more accurately known, regardless of whether I live or die. They didn't shut me up; they gave me a pulpit!  MSG

Acts 28:20 I did it for Israel. I asked you to come and listen to me today to make it clear that I'm on Israel's side, not against her. I'm a hostage here for hope, not doom."  MSG

Zech 9:12 Return to the stronghold [of security and prosperity], you prisoners of hope; even today do I declare that I will restore double your former prosperity to you.  AMP

↕↕↕

Zech 9:12 Come home, hope-filled prisoners! This very day I'm declaring a double bonus everything you lost returned twice-over!  MSG

Matt 5:3 "You're blessed when you're at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule.  MSG

Ps 62:5 God, the one and only I'll wait as long as he says. Everything I hope for comes from him, so why not?  MSG

Ps 146:5 Instead, get help from the God of Jacob, put your hope in God and know real blessing! MSG

Isa 33:2 God, treat us kindly. You're our only hope. First thing in the morning, be there for us! When things go bad, help us out! MSG

Jer 29:11 I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.  MSG

Jer 31:17  There's hope for your children." God's Decree. MSG

Jer 51:46 Don't lose hope. Don't ever give up when the rumors pour in hot and heavy. One year it's this, the next year it's that   rumors of violence, rumors of war. MSG

Rom 5:5 Such hope never disappoints or deludes or shames us, for God's love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit Who has been given to us.   AMP

↕↕↕

Rom 5:5 In alert expectancy such as this, we're never left feeling shortchanged. Quite the contrary we can't round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives through the Holy Spirit! MSG

Rom 8:24 For in [this] hope we were saved. But hope [the object of] which is seen is not hope. For how can one hope for what he already sees?

25 But if we hope for what is still unseen by us, we wait for it with patience and composure.  AMP

↕↕↕

Rom 8:24 That is why waiting does not diminish us, any more than waiting diminishes a pregnant mother. We are enlarged in the waiting. We, of course, don't see what is enlarging us.

25 But the longer we wait, the larger we become, and the more joyful our expectancy. MSG

Rom 8:20  For the creation (nature) was subjected to frailty (to futility, condemned to frustration), not because of some intentional fault on its part, but by the will of Him Who so subjected it [yet] with the hope

21 That nature (creation) itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and corruption [and gain an entrance] into the glorious freedom of God's children.  AMP

Rom 15:4 For whatever was thus written in former days was written for our instruction, that by [our steadfast and patient] endurance and the encouragement [drawn] from the Scriptures we might hold fast to and cherish hope.  AMP

1 Cor 15:19 If all we get out of Christ is a little inspiration for a few short years, we're a pretty sorry lot.

20 But the truth is that Christ has been raised up, the first in a long legacy of those who are going to leave the cemeteries.

21 There is a nice symmetry in this: Death initially came by a man, and resurrection from death came by a man.

22 Everybody dies in Adam; everybody comes alive in Christ.  MSG

2 Cor 1:10 [For it is He] Who rescued and saved us from such a perilous death, and He will still rescue and save us; in and on Him we have set our hope (our joyful and confident expectation) that He will again deliver us [from danger and destruction and draw us to Himself],  AMP

↕↕↕

2 Cor 1:10 And he did it, rescued us from certain doom. And he'll do it again, rescuing us as many times as we need rescuing.  MSG

2 Cor 3:12 Since we have such [glorious] hope (such joyful and confident expectation), we speak very freely and openly and fearlessly. AMP

↕↕↕

2 Cor 3:12 With that kind of hope to excite us, nothing holds us back. MSG

Col 1:23  [And this He will do] provided that you continue to stay with and in the faith [in Christ], well-grounded and settled and steadfast, not shifting or moving away from the hope [which rests on and is inspired by] the glad tidings (the Gospel), which you heard and which has been preached [as being designed for and offered without restrictions] to every person under heaven, and of which [Gospel] I, Paul, became a minister.  AMP

↕↕↕

Col 1:23 You don't walk away from a gift like that! You stay grounded and steady in that bond of trust, constantly tuned in to the Message, careful not to be distracted or diverted. There is no other Message just this one. Every creature under heaven gets this same Message. I, Paul, am a messenger of this Message. MSG

Heb 6:18  This was so that, by two unchangeable things [His promise and His oath] in which it is impossible for God ever to prove false or deceive us, we who have fled [to Him] for refuge might have mighty indwelling strength and strong encouragement to grasp and hold fast the hope appointed for us and set before [us].

19 [Now] we have this [hope] as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whoever steps out upon it a hope] that reaches farther and enters into [the very certainty of the Presence] within the veil,  AMP

↕↕↕

Heb 6:18 God can't break his word. And because his word cannot change, the promise is likewise unchangeable. We who have run for our very lives to God have every reason to grab the promised hope with both hands and never let go.

19 It's an unbreakable spiritual lifeline, reaching past all appearances right to the very presence of God MSG

Lam 3:21 But there's one other thing I remember, and remembering, I keep a grip on hope: MSG

Col 1:5 Because of the hope [of experiencing what is] laid up (reserved and waiting) for you in heaven. Of this [hope] you heard in the past in the message of the truth of the Gospel,  AMP

↕↕↕

Col 1:5 The lines of purpose in your lives never grow slack, tightly tied as they are to your future in heaven, kept taut by hope.  The Message is as true among you today as when you first heard it. It doesn't diminish or weaken over time. MSG

1 John 3:2 Beloved, we are [even here and] now God's children; it is not yet disclosed (made clear) what we shall be [hereafter], but we know that when He comes and is manifested, we shall [as God's children] resemble and be like Him, for we shall see Him just as He [really] is.

3 And everyone who has this hope [resting] on Him cleanses (purifies) himself just as He is pure (chaste, undefiled, guiltless).  AMP

Rom 4:18 [For Abraham, human reason for] hope being gone, hoped in faith that he should become the father of many nations, as he had been promised, So [numberless] shall your descendants be. AMP

↕↕↕

Rom 4:18 When everything was hopeless, Abraham believed anyway, deciding to live not on the basis of what he saw he couldn't do but on what God said he would do. And so he was made father of a multitude of peoples. God himself said to him, "You're going to have a big family, Abraham!"  MSG

Heb 6:11 And now I want each of you to extend that same intensity toward a full-bodied hope, and keep at it till the finish.

12 Don't drag your feet. Be like those who stay the course with committed faith and then get everything promised to them.

13 God Gave His Word When God made his promise to Abraham, he backed it to the hilt, putting his own reputation on the line.

14 He said, "I promise that I'll bless you with everything I have bless and bless and bless!"

15 Abraham stuck it out and got everything that had been promised to him.

16 When people make promises, they guarantee them by appeal to some authority above them so that if there is any question that they'll make good on the promise, the authority will back them up.

17 When God wanted to guarantee his promises, he gave his word, a rock-solid guarantee

18 God can't break his word. And because his word cannot change, the promise is likewise unchangeable. We who have run for our very lives to God have every reason to grab the promised hope with both hands and never let go.

Hos 2:15 There I will give her her vineyards and make the Valley of Achor [troubling] to be for her a door of hope and expectation. And she shall sing there and respond as in the days of her youth and as at the time when she came up out of the land of Egypt.  AMP

2 Cor 1:10 [For it is He] Who rescued and saved us from such a perilous death, and He will still rescue and save us; in and on Him we have set our hope (our joyful and confident expectation) that He will again deliver us [from danger and destruction and draw us to Himself], AMP

2 Cor 3:12 Since we have such [glorious] hope (such joyful and confident expectation), we speak very freely and openly and fearlessly. AMP

Heb 10:35 So don't throw it all away now. You were sure of yourselves then. It's still a sure thing!

36 But you need to stick it out, staying with God's plan so you'll be there for the promised completion.

37 It won't be long now, he's on the way; he'll show up most any minute.

38 But anyone who is right with me thrives on loyal trust; if he cuts and runs, I won't be very happy.

39 But we're not quitters who lose out. Oh, no! We'll stay with it and survive, trusting all the way. MSG
