RESTING in God-in your heart. Not just from hard work. We can rely on Him from beginning to end. REST-perpetual sabbath "rest" to be enjoyed uninterruptedly by believers in their fellowship with the Father and the Son, in contrast to the weekly Sabbath under the Law. Because this sabbath "rest" is the "rest" of God Himself. Believers now enter into divine "rest," believing He will lead us into the promise land. to refresh: equivalent to trust, reliance, relief
Ex 33:14 And the Lord said, My Presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest. AMP

Luke 12:25 "Has anyone by fussing before the mirror ever gotten taller by so much as an inch?
