Prosper-Moving forward, making accomplishments, the work of your hands, thriving, having success, he who is possession of wealth is not regarded as sinful, but, on the contrary, was looked upon as a sign of the blessing of God
John 3:27 John answered, "It's not possible for a person to succeed I'm talking about eternal success without heaven's help. MSG
Gen 39:2 But the Lord was with Joseph, and he [though a slave] was a successful and prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.
3 And his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made all that he did to flourish and succeed in his hand.
4 So Joseph pleased [Potiphar] and found favor in his sight, and he served him. And [his master] made him supervisor over his house and he put all that he had in his charge. AMP

Gen 39:2 As it turned out, God was with Joseph and things went very well with him. He ended up living in the home of his Egyptian master.
3 His master recognized that God was with him, saw that God was working for good in everything he did.
4 He became very fond of Joseph and made him his personal aide. He put him in charge of all his personal affairs, turning everything over to him.
5 From that moment on, God blessed the home of the Egyptian all because of Joseph. The blessing of God spread over everything he owned, at home and in the fields,
6 and all Potiphar had to concern himself with was eating three meals a day. MSG
Gen 39:23 The prison warden paid no attention to anything that was in [Joseph's] charge, for the Lord was with him and made whatever he did to prosper. AMP

Gen 39:23 The head jailer gave Joseph free rein, never even checked on him, because God was with him; whatever he did God made sure it worked out for the best. MSG

PAUL Acts 24:23 Then he ordered the centurion to keep [Paul] in custody, but to treat him with indulgence [giving him some liberty] and not to hinder his friends from ministering to his needs and serving him.
24 Some days later Felix came with his wife Drusilla, who was a Jewess; and he sent for Paul and listened to him [talk] about faith in Christ Jesus.
25 But as he continued to argue about uprightness, purity of life (the control of the passions), and the judgment to come, Felix became alarmed and terrified and said, Go away for the present; when I have a convenient opportunity, I will send for you.
26 At the same time he hoped to get money from Paul, for which reason he continued to send for him and was in his company and conversed with him often. AMP
Felix -Roman procurator known to slay and plunder the inhabitants. These TAX COLLECTORS demanded more money than was due and kept the difference for themselves. It is likely that they took bribes from the rich so it was the poor people who really paid for the Roman government. A Procurator stole enough to be very rich.
Ps 68:5-6 To the fatherless he is a Father, to the widow, he is a Champion Friend. To the lonely, he gives a family. To the prisoner, he leads into prosperity; until they each sing for joy. This is our Holy God in his Holy Place! But for the rebels there is heartache and despair. Passion

Deut 30:9 And the Lord your God will make you abundantly prosperous in every work of your hand, in the fruit of your body, of your cattle, of your land, for good; for the Lord will again delight in prospering you, as He took delight in your fathers, AMP

Deut 30:9 God, your God, will outdo himself in making things go well for you: you'll have babies, get calves, grow crops, and enjoy an all-around good life. Yes, God will start enjoying you again, making things go well for you just as he enjoyed doing it for your ancestors. MSG
