KNOWING INFORMATION WITHOUT EXPERENCE IS NOT TRUTH 12-3-17

VIDEO HELLO COULD I SPEAK TO GOD 2

Experience means the apprehension of something grabbing a hold of something, like an object, thought, or emotion for yourself. Something you participate in or live through. Paul wants to experience for himself the resurrection life. He has the knowledge of what Jesus did but he wants a personal experience. We can have knowledge of the Holy Spirit but we also have to have an encounter with him. David had knowledge of God but he desired to experience of him face to face. When people have an experience it is passed down and recorded it from generation to generation. God is waiting for all mankind to experience him for themselves. The father wants all of us to experience his glory as a part of our calling.

Heb 2:9 But we are able to see Jesus, Who was ranked lower than the angels for a little while, crowned with glory and honor because of His having suffered death, in order that by the grace (unmerited favor) of God [to us sinners] He might experience death for every individual person. AMP

Heb 5:9 And, [His completed experience] making Him perfectly [equipped], He became the Author and Source of eternal salvation to all those who give heed and obey Him, AMP

Gal 1:3 So I greet you with the great words, grace and peace!

4 We know the meaning of those words because Jesus Christ rescued us from this evil world we're in by offering himself as a sacrifice for our sins. God's plan is that we all experience that rescue. MSG

Gal 4:4 But when the time arrived that was set by God the Father, God sent his Son, born among us of a woman, born under the conditions of the law so that he might redeem those of us who have been kidnapped by the law.

5 Thus we have been set free to experience our rightful heritage. MSG

Phil 4:23 Receive and experience the amazing grace of the Master, Jesus Christ, deep, deep within yourselves. MSG

John 8:32 And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free. AMP

PAUL Phil 3:11 That if possible I may attain to the [spiritual and moral] resurrection [that lifts me] out from among the dead [even while in the body].

12 Not that I have now attained [this ideal], or have already been made perfect, but I press on to lay hold of (grasp) and make my own, that for which Christ Jesus (the Messiah) has laid hold of me and made me His own.

13 I do not consider, brethren, that I have captured and made it my own [yet]; but one thing I do [it is my one aspiration]: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead,

14 I press on toward the goal to win the [supreme and heavenly] prize to which God in Christ Jesus is calling us upward. AMP

Phil 3:11 If there was any way to get in on the resurrection from the dead, I wanted to do it.

12 I'm not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me.

13 Friends, don't get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I've got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward to Jesus.

14 I'm off and running, and I'm not turning back. MSG

MOSES Ex 33:18 And Moses said, I beseech You, show me Your glory.

19 And God said, I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim My name, THE LORD, before you; for I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy and loving-kindness on whom I will show mercy and loving-kindness. AMP

WOMEN AT THE WELL John 4:29 "Come see a man who knew all about the things I did, who knows me inside and out. Do you think this could be the Messiah?"

30 And they went out to see for themselves. MSG

John 4:39 Many of the Samaritans from that village committed themselves to him because of the woman's witness: "He knew all about the things I did. He knows me inside and out!"

40 They asked him to stay on, so Jesus stayed two days.

41 A lot more people entrusted their lives to him when they heard what he had to say.

42 They said to the woman, "We're no longer taking this on your say-so. We've heard it for ourselves and know it for sure. He's the Savior of the world!" MSG

Ps 9:10 And they who know Your name [who have experience and acquaintance with Your mercy] will lean on and confidently put their trust in You, for You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek (inquire of and for) You [on the authority of God's Word and the right of their necessity]. AMP

2 Cor 13:5 Test yourselves to make sure you are solid in the faith. Don't drift along taking everything for granted. Give yourselves regular checkups. You need firsthand evidence, not mere hearsay, that Jesus Christ is in you. Test it out. If you fail the test, do something about it. MSG

Eph 3:17 May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love,

18 That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God's devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it];

19 [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]! Heb 4:11 Let us therefore be zealous and exert ourselves and strive diligently to enter that rest [of God, to know and experience it for ourselves], that no one may fall or perish by the same kind of unbelief and disobedience [into which those in the wilderness fell]. AMP

1 Cor 7:22 I'm simply trying to point out that under your new Master you're going to experience a marvelous freedom you would never have dreamed of.
