Thorns equal unbelief, and hopelessness. In prayer know that there are more for you than against you. When we pray, heaven response prayer is an encounter with God. Praying is not just asking for something. It is a spiritual connection between heaven and earth. Heaven is touched by prayer. God is moved and he responds.
2 Kings 6:14 So [the Syrian king] sent there horses, chariots, and a great army. They came by night and surrounded the city.
15 When the servant of the man of God rose early and went out, behold, an army with horses and chariots was around the city. Elisha's servant said to him, Alas, my master! What shall we do?
16 [Elisha] answered, Fear not; for those with us are more than those with them.
17 Then Elisha prayed, Lord, I pray You, open his eyes that he may see. And the Lord opened the young man's eyes, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha. AMP

LUKE 9:29-31 As he prayed, his face began to glow until it was a blinding glory streaming from him. His entire body was illuminated with a radiant glory. His brightnessbecame so intense that it made his clothing blinding white, like multiple flashes of lightning.
3031 All at once, two men appeared in glorious splendor: Moses and Elijah. They spoke with Jesus about his soon departurefrom this world and the things he was destined to accomplish in Jerusalem. TPT

ACTS 16:25-26 Paul and Silas, undaunted, prayed in the middle of the night and sang songs of praise to God, while all the other prisoners listened to their worship.
26 Suddenly, a great earthquake shook the foundations of the prison. All at once every prison door flung open and the chains of all the prisoners came loose. TPT
Acts 28:8 Publius's father was sick at the time, down with a high fever and dysentery. Paul went to the old man's room, and when he laid hands on him and prayed, the man was healed.
9 Word of the healing got around fast, and soon everyone on the island who was sick came and got healed. MSG
COL 4:2-4 Be faithful to pray as intercessors who are fully alert and giving thanks to God.
3 And please pray for me, that God will open a door of opportunity for us to preach the revelation of the mystery of Christ, for whose sake I am imprisoned. 4 Pray that I would unfold and reveal fully this mystery, for that is my delightful assignment. TPT

Acts 12:5 All the time that Peter was under heavy guard in the jailhouse, the church prayed for him most strenuously.
6 Then the time came for Herod to bring him out for the kill. That night, even though shackled to two soldiers, one on either side, Peter slept like a baby. And there were guards at the door keeping their eyes on the place. Herod was taking no chances!
7 Suddenly there was an angel at his side and light flooding the room. The angel shook Peter and got him up: "Hurry!" The handcuffs fell off his wrists.
8 The angel said, "Get dressed. Put on your shoes." Peter did it. Then, "Grab your coat and let's get out of here."
9 Peter followed him, but didn't believe it was really an angel he thought he was dreaming.
10 Past the first guard and then the second, they came to the iron gate that led into the city. It swung open before them on its own, and they were out on the street, free as the breeze. At the first intersection the angel left him, going his own way.
11 That's when Peter realized it was no dream. "I can't believe it this really happened! The Master sent his angel and rescued me from Herod's vicious little production and the spectacle the Jewish mob was looking forward to."
12 Still shaking his head, amazed, he went to Mary's house, the Mary who was John Mark's mother. The house was packed with praying friends.
13 When he knocked on the door to the courtyard, a young woman named Rhoda came to see who it was.
14 But when she recognized his voice Peter's voice! she was so excited and eager to tell everyone Peter was there that she forgot to open the door and left him standing in the street.
15 But they wouldn't believe her, dismissing her, dismissing her report. "You're crazy," they said. She stuck by her story, insisting. They still wouldn't believe her and said, "It must be his angel."
16 All this time poor Peter was standing out in the street, knocking away.
Finally they opened up and saw him and went wild!
17 Peter put his hands up and calmed them down. He described how the Master had gotten him out of jail, then said, "Tell James and the brothers what's happened." He left them and went off to another place. MSG
1 THESS 5:17-18 Make your life a prayer.
18 And in the midst of everything be always giving thanks, for this is Gods perfect plan for you in Christ Jesus TPT
1 TIM 2:1-3 Most of all, Im writing to encourage you to pray with gratitude to God. Pray for all men with all forms of prayers and requests as you intercede with intense passion.
2 And pray for every political leaderand representative, so that we would be able to live tranquil, undisturbed lives, as we worship the awe-inspiring God with pure hearts.

Mark 14:37 He came back and found them sound asleep. He said to Peter, "Simon, you went to sleep on me? Can't you stick it out with me a single hour?
38 Stay alert, be in prayer, so you don't enter the danger zone without even knowing it. Don't be naive. Part of you is eager, ready for anything in God; but another part is as lazy as an old dog sleeping by the fire."
39 He then went back and prayed the same prayer.
40 Returning, he again found them sound asleep. They simply couldn't keep their eyes open, and they didn't have a plausible excuse. MSG
Zech 8:21 And the inhabitants of one city shall go to them of another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray and entreat the favor of the Lord and to seek, inquire of, and require [to meet our own most essential need] the Lord of hosts. I will go also.

23 Thus says the Lord of hosts: In those days ten men out of all languages of the nations shall take hold of the robe of him who is a Jew, saying, Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you. AMP
MATT 5:44 However, I say to you, love your enemy, bless the one who curses you, do something wonderful for the one who hates you,and respond to the very ones who persecute you by praying for them. TPT
Matt 6:6 "Here's what I want you to do: Find a quiet, secluded place so you won't be tempted to role-play before God. Just be there as simply and honestly as you can manage. The focus will shift from you to God, and you will begin to sense his grace.
7 "The world is full of so-called prayer warriors who are prayer-ignorant. They're full of formulas and programs and advice, peddling techniques for getting what you want from God.
8 Don't fall for that nonsense. This is your Father you are dealing with, and he knows better than you what you need. MSG
Mark 13:30 Surely I say to you, this generation (the whole multitude of people living at that one time) positively will not perish or pass away before all these things take place.
31 Heaven and earth will perish and pass away, but My words will not perish or pass away.
32 But of that day or that hour not a [single] person knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
33 Be on your guard [constantly alert], and watch and pray; for you do not know when the time will come. AMP
Ps 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem! May they prosper who love you [the Holy City]! AMP
