GOD'S ECONOMY: "SEED TIME AND HARVEST"  11-29-2020

How the Lord sees things is quite different from how we do. Gods economy is a generational economy that works in many ways like a regular investment system. You sow, then reap. The amount you sow affects what you receive. Jehovah Jireh means the God who looks ahead and makes his provision seen.

This is how it becomes generational your children and their children are blessed.

Immediately after the flood God made a covenant, and eternal covenant, with man.

We think you must work two jobs we will then be able to survive. But God is our provider.

Gen 8:20 And Noah built an altar to the Lord and took of every clean [four-footed] animal and of every clean fowl or bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar. AMP

Gen 9:1 God blessed Noah and his sons: He said, "Prosper! Reproduce! Fill the Earth!  MSG

Gen 9:8 Then God spoke to Noah and his sons:

9 "I'm setting up my covenant with you including your children who will come after you,

10 along with everything alive around you birds, farm animals, wild animals that came out of the ship with you.

11 I'm setting up my covenant with you that never again will everything living be destroyed by floodwaters; no, never again will a flood destroy the Earth."

12 God continued, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and everything living around you and everyone living after you.

13 I'm putting my rainbow in the clouds, a sign of the covenant between me and the Earth.

14 From now on, when I form a cloud over the Earth and the rainbow appears in the cloud,

15 I'll remember my covenant between me and you and everything living, that never again will floodwaters destroy all life.

16 When the rainbow appears in the cloud, I'll see it and remember the eternal covenant between God and everything living, every last living creature on Earth."

17 And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant that I've set up between me and everything living on the Earth."  MSG

PRO 13:22 The benevolent man leaves an inheritance that endures to his childrens children, but the wealth of the wicked is treasured up for the righteous. TPT

Luke 16:11 If you're a crook in small things, you'll be a crook in big things.

12 If you're not honest in small jobs, who will put you in charge of the store?

13 No worker can serve two bosses: He'll either hate the first and love the second Or adore the first and despise the second. You can't serve both God and the Bank.

14 When the Pharisees, a money-obsessed bunch, heard him say these things, they rolled their eyes, dismissing him as hopelessly out of touch.

15 So Jesus spoke to them: "You are masters at making yourselves look good in front of others, but God knows what's behind the appearance. What society sees and calls monumental, God sees through and calls monstrous.

16 God's Law and the Prophets climaxed in John; Now it's all kingdom of God the glad news and compelling invitation to every man and woman.  MSG

Matt 6:24 "You can't worship two gods at once. Loving one god, you'll end up hating the other. Adoration of one feeds contempt for the other. You can't worship God and Money both.

25 "If you decide for God, living a life of God-worship, it follows that you don't fuss about what's on the table at mealtimes or whether the clothes in your closet are in fashion. There is far more to your life than the food you put in your stomach, more to your outer appearance than the clothes you hang on your body.

26 Look at the birds, free and unfettered, not tied down to a job description, careless in the care of God. And you count far more to him than birds.

27 "Has anyone by fussing in front of the mirror ever gotten taller by so much as an inch?

28 All this time and money wasted on fashion do you think it makes that much difference? Instead of looking at the fashions, walk out into the fields and look at the wildflowers. They never primp or shop,

29 but have you ever seen color and design quite like it? The ten best-dressed men and women in the country look shabby alongside them.

30 "If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers most of which are never even seen don't you think he'll attend to you, take pride in you, do his best for you?

31 What I'm trying to do here is to get you to relax, to not be so preoccupied with getting, so you can respond to God's giving.

32 People who don't know God and the way he works fuss over these things, but you know both God and how he works.

33 Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don't worry about missing out. You'll find all your everyday human concerns will be met.

34 "Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes. MSG

 ?

Matt 6:34Refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself. TPT

LU 12:30-32 People everywhere seem to worry about making a living, but your heavenly Father knows your every need and will take care of you.

31 Each and every day he will supply your needs as you seek his kingdom passionately, above all else.

32 So dont ever be afraid, dearest friends! Your loving Father joyously gives you his kingdom realm with all its promises! TPT

Gal 3:5 Answer this question: Does the God who lavishly provides you with his own presence, his Holy Spirit, working things in your lives you could never do for yourselves, does he do these things because of your strenuous moral striving or because you trust him to do them in you?

6 Don't these things happen among you just as they happened with Abraham? He believed God, and that act of belief was turned into a life that was right with God. TPT

In a place where Abraham took Isaac to be sacrificed is where he met God as his provider.

Gen 22:2 He said, "Take your dear son Isaac whom you love and go to the land of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains that I'll point out to you."  MSG

 ?

Gen 22:12 And He said, Do not lay your hand on the lad or do anything to him; for now I know that you fear and revere God, since you have not held back from Me or begrudged giving Me your son, your only son.

13 Then Abraham looked up and glanced around, and behold, behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by his horns. And Abraham went and took the ram and offered it up for a burnt offering and an ascending sacrifice instead of his son!

14 So Abraham called the name of that place The Lord Will Provide. And it is said to this day, On the mount of the Lord it will be provided.  AMP

2 COR 9:10-12 This generous God who supplies abundant seedfor the farmer, which becomes bread for our meals is even more extravagant toward you. First he suppliesevery need, plus more. Then he multiplies the seed as you sow it, so that the harvest of your generositywill grow.

11 You will be abundantly enriched in every way as you give generously on every occasion, for when we take your gifts to those in need, it causes many to give thanks to God.

12 The priestly ministry you are providing through your offering not only supplies what is lacking for Gods people, it inspires an outpouringof praises and thanksgiving to God himself. TPT

1 Tim 6:17 Tell those rich in this world's wealth to quit being so full of themselves and so obsessed with money, which is here today and gone tomorrow. Tell them to go after God, who piles on all the riches we could ever manage

18 to do good, to be rich in helping others, to be extravagantly generous.

19 If they do that, they'll build a treasury that will last, gaining life that is truly life. MSG

Acts 5:1 BUT A certain man named Ananias with his wife Sapphira sold a piece of property,

2 And with his wife's knowledge and connivance he kept back and wrongfully appropriated some of the proceeds, bringing only a part and putting it at the feet of the apostles.

3 But Peter said, Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart that you should lie to and attempt to deceive the Holy Spirit, and should [in violation of your promise] withdraw secretly and appropriate to your own use part of the price from the sale of the land?

4 As long as it remained unsold, was it not still your own? And [even] after it was sold, was not [the money] at your disposal and under your control? Why then, is it that you have proposed and purposed in your heart to do this thing? [How could you have the heart to do such a deed?] You have not [simply] lied to men [playing false and showing yourself utterly deceitful] but to God.

5 Upon hearing these words, Ananias fell down and died. And great dread and terror took possession of all who heard of it.

6 And the young men arose and wrapped up [the body] and carried it out and buried it.

7 Now after an interval of about three hours his wife came in, not having learned of what had happened.

8 And Peter said to her, Tell me, did you sell the land for so much? Yes, she said, for so much.

9 Then Peter said to her, How could you two have agreed and conspired together to try to deceive the Spirit of the Lord? Listen! The feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out [also].

10 And instantly she fell down at his feet and died; and the young men entering found her dead, and they carried her out and buried her beside her husband.

11 And the whole church and all others who heard of these things were appalled [great awe and strange terror and dread seized them].  AMP

Acts 4:32 The whole congregation of believers was united as one one heart, one mind! They didn't even claim ownership of their own possessions. No one said, "That's mine; you can't have it." They shared everything.

33 The apostles gave powerful witness to the resurrection of the Master Jesus, and grace was on all of them.

34 And so it turned out that not a person among them was needy. Those who owned fields or houses sold them and brought the price of the sale

35 to the apostles and made an offering of it. The apostles then distributed it according to each person's need. MSG

ACTS 4:32-35 All the believers were one in mind and heart. Selfishness was not a part of their community, for they shared everything they had with one another. 33 The apostles gave powerful testimonies about the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great measures of grace rested upon them all.

3435 Some who owned houses or land sold them and brought the proceeds before the apostles to distribute to those without. Not a single person among them was needy. TPT

Eph 3:20 Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]   AMP

↕↕↕

EPH 3:20 Never doubt Gods mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you. TPT

PHIL 4:19 I am convinced that my God will fully satisfy every need you have, for I have seen the abundant riches of glory revealed to me through the Anointed One, Jesus Christ!  TPT

ISA 61:6-8 But you will be known as Priests of Yahweh,  and called Servants of our God. You will feast on the wealth of nationsand revelin their riches!
Because you received a double dose of shame and dishonor, you will inherit a double portion of endless joy and everlasting bliss!
For I, Yahweh, love fairness and justice, and I hate stealing and sin. I will rightly repay them because of my faithfulness and enter into an everlasting covenant with them. TPT

Ps 37:25  I have been young and now am old, yet have I not seen the [uncompromisingly] righteous forsaken or their seed begging bread.  AMP

Prov 28:8 Get as rich as you want through cheating and extortion, But eventually some friend of the poor is going to give it all back to them.   MSG

Heb 13:5 Let your character or moral disposition be free from love of money [including greed, avarice, lust, and craving for earthly possessions] and be satisfied with your present [circumstances and with what you have]; for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]  AMP

Eph 6:10 In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides].  AMP
