RECEIVING  2-19-2021  VIDEO

When the Lord gives you a revelation of something, dont just be excited about the revelation. Dont be in a hurry to tell others, rather receive it first into your heart and take steps to walk in it.  

 Luke 2:19 Mary kept all these things to herself, holding them dear, deep within herself.   MSG  ↕↕↕

LU 2:19  But Mary treasured all these things in her heart and often pondered what they meant. TPT

Luke 2:51 So he went back to Nazareth with them, and lived obediently with them. His mother held these things dearly, deep within herself. MSG

Mal 4:5-6 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes. 

6 And he shall turn and reconcile the hearts of the [estranged] fathers to the [ungodly] children, and the hearts of the [rebellious] children to [the piety of] their fathers [a reconciliation produced by repentance of the ungodly], lest I come and smite the land with a curse and a ban of utter destruction.  AMP

Matt 11:13-14 For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied up until John.

14 And if you are willing to receive and accept it, John himself is Elijah who was to come [before the kingdom]. AMP

LUKE 1:60 So they gestured to the babys father to ask what to name the child. 63 After motioning for a writing tablet, in amazement of all, he wrote, His name is John.

64 Instantly Zechariah could speak again. And his first words were praises to the Lord.

65 The fear of God then fell on the people of their village, and the news of this astounding event traveled throughout the hill country of Judea. Everyone was in awe over it! 66 All who heard this news were astonished and wondered, If a miracle brought his birth, what on earth will this child become? Clearly, Gods presence is upon this child in a powerful way! 67 Then Zechariah was filled to overflowing with the Holy Spirit and he prophesied, saying: 68 Praise be to the exalted Lord God of Israel, for he has seen us through eyes of grace, and he comes as our Hero-God to set us free! 69 He appears to us as a mighty Savior, a trumpet of redemptionfrom the house of David, his servant, 70 Just as he promised long ago by the words of his holy prophets.71 They prophesied he would come one day and save us from every one of our enemies and from the power of those who hate us. 72Now he has shown us the mercy promised to our ancestors, for he has remembered his holy covenant.  7375 He has rescued us from the power of our enemies! This fulfills the sacred oath he made with our father Abraham.Now we can boldly worshipGod with holy lives, living in purity as priestsin his presence every day! 76 And to you I prophesy, my little son, you will be known as the prophet of the glorious God. For you will be a forerunner, going before the face of the Master, Yahweh, to prepare hearts to embrace his ways.  77 You will preach to his people the revelation of salvation life the cancellation of all our sins, to bring us back to God. 78 The splendor light of heavens glorious sunriseis about to break upon us in holy visitation, all because the merciful heart of our God is so very tender. 79 The word from heaven will come to uswith dazzling light to shine upon those who live in darkness, near deaths dark shadow. And he will illuminate the path that leads to the way of peace.

80 Afterward, their son grew up and was strengthened by the Holy Spiritand he grew in his love for God. John chose to live in the lonely wilderness until the day came when he was to be displayed publicly to Israel. TPT

Simeon and Anna lived and position themselves for the day what they had believed in their heart would happen. They were prepared, they receive their promise.

LUKE 2:25-33 As they came to the temple to fulfill this requirement, an elderly man was there waitinga resident of Jerusalem whose name was Simeon. He was a very good man, a lover of God who kept himself pure, and the Spirit of holiness rested upon him. Simeon believed in the imminent appearing of the one called The Refreshing of Israel.

26 For the Holy Spirit had revealed to himthat he would not see death before he saw the Messiah, the Anointed One of God.

27 For this reason the Holy Spirit had moved him to be in the temple court at the very moment Jesus parents entered to fulfill the requirement of the sacrifice.

28 Simeon cradled the baby in his arms and praised God and prophesied, saying:

2931 Lord and Master, I am your loving servant, and now I can die content, for your promise to me has been fulfilled. With my own eyes I have seen your Word, the Savior you sent into the world.

32 He will be glory for your people Israel, and the Revelation Light for all people everywhere!

33 Mary and Joseph stood there, awestruck over what was being said about their baby.

Simeon then blessed them and prophesied over Mary, saying: TPT

Luke 2:36-38 Anna the prophetess was also there, a daughter of Phanuel from the tribe of Asher. She was by now a very old woman. She had been married seven years

37 and a widow for eighty-four. She never left the Temple area, worshiping night and day with her fastings and prayers.

38 At the very time Simeon was praying, she showed up, broke into an anthem of praise to God, and talked about the child to all who were waiting expectantly for the freeing of Jerusalem.   MSG

John 3:27 John answered, A man can receive nothing [he can claim nothing, he can take unto himself nothing] except as it has been granted to him from heaven. [A man must be content to receive the gift which is given him from heaven; there is no other source.]  AMP

John 3:27 John answered, "It's not possible for a person to succeed I'm talking about eternal success without heaven's help.  MSG

Matt 10:40 "He who receives you receives Me, and he who receives Me receives Him who sent Me.

41 He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward. And he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.  NKJV

Col 3:24 Knowing [with all certainty] that it is from the Lord [and not from men] that you will receive the inheritance which is your [real] reward. [The One Whom] you are actually serving [is] the Lord Christ (the Messiah). AMP

PS 24:5 They will receive the Lords blessing and righteousness given by the Savior-God.
They will stand before God, for they seek the pleasure of Gods face, the God of Jacob. Pause in his presence  TPT

PROV 2:1-6 My child, will you treasure my wisdom?Then, and only then, will you acquire it. And only if you accept my advice and hide it within will you succeed.
So train your heart to listen when I speak and open your spirit wide to expand your discernmentthen pass it on to your sons and daughters.
Yes, cry out for comprehension and intercede for insight.
For if you keep seeking it like a man would seek for sterling silver,
searching in hidden places for cherished treasure,
then you will discover the fear of the Lord and find the true knowledge of God.
Wisdom is a gift from a generous God, and every word he speaks is full of revelation and becomes a fountain of understanding within you. TPT

Dan 7:18 But the saints of the Most High [God] shall receive the kingdom and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever. AMP

MK 4:20 But the seed sown on good soil represents those who open their hearts to receive the Word and their lives bear good fruitsome yield a harvest of thirty, sixty, even one hundred times more than was sown! TPT

HOLY SPIRIT

Acts 19:2 And he asked them, Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed [on Jesus as the Christ]? And they said, No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.   AMP

John 14:17-20 Your eternal companion is the spirit of truth who cannot be grasp by the world order since their visual horizon is veiled and they are not able to understand what they cannot see. But you know because you are already are  acquainted with the spirit in me and the same spirit will reside within you.

18 At No time will you be orphaned or abandoned by me; I come to abide face-to-face with you.

19 In yeah a little while and the world will no longer see me but I will be tangibly visible to you in the very life we share together.

20 In that day you will know that we are in seamless union with one another! I am in my father and you are in me and I am in you! Mirror

Acts 1:8 But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth.  AMP

John 16:14 Holy Spirit Will endorse my opinion of you by taking that which is mine and interpreting it in you. Mirror

1 Cor 4:5 So do not make any hasty or premature judgments before the time when the Lord comes [again], for He will both bring to light the secret things that are [now hidden] in darkness and disclose and expose the [secret] aims (motives and purposes) of hearts. Then every man will receive his [due] commendation from God.  AMP

JAMES 1:12 If your faith remains strong, even while surrounded by lifes difficulties, you will continue to experience the untold blessings of God! True happiness comes as you pass the test with faith, and receive the victorious crown of life promised to every lover of God! TPT

LUKE 18:42 Now you will see. Receive your sight this moment. For your faith in me has given you sight and new life.   TPT
