"Stop begging God."  3-26-2021

He already loves you and is totally invested in helping you. No strings attached. We think if I praise Him enough, thank Him enough, pray to Him enough I will receive what I need. No this is paying a wage earning some thing. Its not through having zeal that we receive the promises of God but through grace. Pauls confession; he had great religious teachings but that did not make him who he was to be. When we pray the Father hears us not  because weve gained a secret formula in prayer but because our Father loves us. He makes grace come our way. Our worth is defended by his gift not by our behavior. So we do not preach works we preach Christ and by his grace we receive every gift and promise no giving up.

Ps 37:25 I have been young and now am old, yet have I not seen the [uncompromisingly] righteous forsaken or their seed begging bread. AMP

PS 37:25 I was once inexperienced, but now Im old. Not once have I found a lover of God forsaken by him, nor have any of their children gone hungry.  TPT

Rom 8:28-34. Meanwhile we know that the love of God causes everything to mutually contribute to our advantage. His master plan is announced in our original identity.

29 He predestined and engineered us from the start to be jointly fashioned in the same mold an image of his Son according to the exact blueprint of his thought. We see the original and intended pattern of our lives preserved and his Son. He is the first born from the same womb that reveals our genesis. He confirms that we are the invention of God.

30. Jesus reveals that we pre-existed in God; He defined us. He rendered us innocent and also adorned us with splendor and esteem.

31. All these things pointed to one conclusion, God is for us! Who can prevail against us?

32 The gift of his Son is irrefutable evidence of Gods heart towards us. He had nothing in reserve; but freely gave everything we could ever wish to have; this is what our joint sonship is all about.

33 God has identified us, who can disqualify us? His word is our origin. No one can point a finger; he declared us innocent.

34 What further ground can there possibly be to condemn mankind? In his death he faced our judgment; in his resurrection he reveals our righteousness; the implications cannot be undone! He now occupies the highest seat of authority as the executive of our redemption in the throne room of God. Mirror

HEB 4:16 So now we draw near freely and boldly to where grace is enthroned, to receive mercys kiss and discover the grace we urgently need to strengthenus in our time of weakness. TPT

↕↕↕

Heb 4:16. For this reason we can approach the authoritative throne of grace with bold utterance. We are welcome there in his embrace, and are reinforced with immediate effect in times of trouble. Mirror

Ro 3:24. While the law proved mankinds dilemma, the grace of God announced the same mankinds redemption in Jesus Christ! Their blameless innocence is a free gift! The gift principal puts the idea reward out of business! There is no exception, this belongs to every single person, Jew and Gentile alike! Mankinds righteousness is now redeemed. Jesus Christ is a proof of Gods grace gift; he redeemed the glory of God in human life; mankind condemned in the language of religion, is now mankind justified in the language of the gospel! Mirror

Ro 4:3-6. Scripture is clear, Abraham believed what God believed about him and that concluded his righteousness.

4 There is a large difference between a reward and a gift: if you have earned some thing through hard-work, what you receive in return is your due and certainly not a gift.

5 It is clear than that someone who believes that God declares the ungodly innocent understands that it is faith and not our toil that accounts for righteousness.

6 David confirms his principal when he speaks of the blessedness of the one who discovers Gods approval without any reference to something specific that they have done to qualify themselves. Mirror

↕↕↕

Rom 4:3 What we read in Scripture is, "Abraham entered into what God was doing for him, and that was the turning point. He trusted God to set him right instead of trying to be right on his own."

4 If you're a hard worker and do a good job, you deserve your pay; we don't call your wages a gift.

5 But if you see that the job is too big for you, that it's something only God can do, and you trust him to do it you could never do it for yourself no matter how hard and long you worked well, that trusting-him-to-do-it is what gets you set right with God, by God. Sheer gift.

6 David confirms this way of looking at it, saying that the one who trusts God to do the putting-everything-right without insisting on having a say in it is one fortunate man:MSG

Rom 5:15 But God's free gift is not at all to be compared to the trespass [His grace is out of all proportion to the fall of man]. For if many died through one man's falling away (his lapse, his offense), much more profusely did God's grace and the free gift [that comes] through the undeserved favor of the one Man Jesus Christ abound and overflow to and for [the benefit of] many.

16 Nor is the free gift at all to be compared to the effect of that one [man's] sin. For the sentence [following the trespass] of one [man] brought condemnation, whereas the free gift [following] many transgressions brings justification (an act of righteousness).

17 For if because of one man's trespass (lapse, offense) death reigned through that one, much more surely will those who receive [God's] overflowing grace (unmerited favor) and the free gift of righteousness [putting them into right standing with Himself] reign as kings in life through the one Man Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).  AMP

Rom 11:6. Grace cannot suggest debt or obligation at the same time. The word grace can only mean what it says. The same argument goes for mankinds good

works; if salvation or any advantage for that matter is to be obtained according to the prescribed regulations of conduct, then thats it. No amount of Grace can change the rules! Grace means grace and work means work. Mirror

↕↕↕

RO 11:6 And since it is by Gods grace, it cant be a matter of their good works; otherwise, it wouldnt be a gift of grace, but earned by human effort.  TPT

ROM 11:29 And when God chooses someone and graciously imparts gifts to him, they are never rescinded.TPT

Rom 9:31 Whereas Israel, though ever in pursuit of a law [for the securing] of righteousness (right standing with God), actually did not succeed in fulfilling the Law.

32 For what reason? Because [they pursued it] not through faith, relying [instead] on the merit of their works [they did not depend on faith but on what they could do]. They have stumbled over the Stumbling Stone.  AMP

John 1:14. Suddenly the invisible, eternal Word takes on visible form- the incarnation, on display in a flesh and blood person, as in a mirror! In him and now confirmed in us! The most accurate tangible exhibit of Gods eternal thought finds expression in human life! The word became a human being; we are his address; he resides in us! He captivates our gaze! The glory we see there is not a religious replica; He is the authentic begotten Son. The glory returns in fullness! Only grace can communicate truth in such a complete context! Mirror

Jn 1:16-17. He is the source of our completeness. Everyone may now realize their own completeness as evidenced in him. This Is grace mirrored and grace!

17 The law was given to Moses; grace and truth have their genesis in Jesus Christ. Against the stark background of the law, with Moses representing the condemned state of mankind, Jesus Christ unveils grace and truth! Mirror

1 Cor 1:7-9 That you are not [consciously] falling behind or lacking in any special spiritual endowment or Christian grace [the reception of which is due to the power of divine grace operating in your souls by the Holy Spirit], while you wait and watch [constantly living in hope] for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and [His] being made visible to all.

8 And He will establish you to the end [keep you steadfast, give you strength, and guarantee your vindication; He will be your warrant against all accusation or indictment so that you will be] guiltless and irreproachable in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah).

9 God is faithful (reliable, trustworthy, and therefore ever true to His promise, and He can be depended on); by Him you were called into companionship and participation with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.  AMP

↕↕↕

1 COR 1:7-9 So now you arent lacking any spiritual giftas you eagerly await the unveiling of the Lord Jesus, the Anointed One.

He will keep you steady and strong to the very end, making your character mature so that you will be found innocent on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

God is forever faithful and can be trusted to do this in you, for he has invited you to co-share the life of his Son, Jesus, the Anointed One, our King![ TPT

1 Cor 15:10. Well my own thing completely disqualified me; his doing now defines me. I am what I am by the grace of God. I am because he is! His grace was not wasted on me; instead I am inspired to labor be on the point of exhaustion, more than anything I ever did under the law a performance; whatever it is that I accomplish now has grace written all over it. I take no credit for it. Mirror

2 Cor 9:8 God can pour on the blessings in astonishing ways so that you're ready for anything and everything, more than just ready to do what needs to be done. MSG

↕↕↕

2 COR 9:8 Yes, God is more than ready to overwhelm you with every form of grace, so that you will have more than enough of everythingevery moment and in every way. He will make you overflow with abundance in every good thing you do.  TPT

Eph 2:5-7. This is how grace rescued us: while we were yet in the state of deadness and indifference in our deviations we were co-quicken together with Christ! We had nothing to do with it. By grace you are-having-been saved! Grace defines us and interprets our salvation.

6 We are co-included in his resurrection. We are also Co-elevated in his ascension to be equally present in the throne room of the heavenly realm where we are co-seated with him in his exclusive authority. We are fully represented in Christ Jesus.

7. Imagine how God Is now able for timeless perpetuity to exhibit the trophy of the wealth of his grace demonstrated his kindness towards us in Christ Jesus. Grace exhibits excessive evidence of the success of the cross.

8 Your salvation is not a reward for good behavior! It was a grace thing from start to finish; you had no hand in it. Even the gift to believe simply reflects his faith!

9 if this could be accomplished through any action of yours then there would be grounds for boasting.  Mirror

2 Tim 1:9 who first saved us and then called us to this holy work. We had nothing to do with it. It was all his idea, a gift prepared for us in Jesus long before we knew anything about it.

10 But we know it now. Since the appearance of our Savior, nothing could be plainer: death defeated, life vindicated in a steady blaze of light, all through the work of Jesus.  MSG

1 PET 1:13 So then, prepare your hearts and minds for action! Stay alert and fix your hope firmly on the marvelous grace that is coming to you. For when Jesus Christ is unveiled, a greater measure of grace will be released to you.  TPT
