SUNDAY 11-13-22 BY MARY DORIAN  VIDEO RW SHAMBACK  DISK 3

Revelation 3:7 Write the following to the messenger of the congregation in Philadelphia, for these are the solemn words of the Holy One, the true one, who has David's key, who opens doors that none can shut and who closes doors that none can open:

8I know all that you've done. Now I have set before you a wide-open door that none can shut. For I know that you possess only a little power, yet you've kept my word and haven't denied my name.

9Watch how I deal with those of the synagogue of Satan who say that they are Jews but are not, for they're lying. I will make them come and bow down at your feet and acknowledge how much I've loved you.

10Because you've passionately kept my message of perseverance, I will also keep you from the hour of proving that is coming to test every person on earth.

11But I come swiftly, so cling tightly to what you have, so that no one may seize your crown of victory.

12For the one who is victorious, I will make you to be a pillar in the sanctuary of my God, permanently secure. I will write on you the name of my God and the name of the city of my Godthe New Jerusalem, descending from my God out of heaven. And I'll write my own name on you.

13So the one whose heart is open let him listen carefully to what the Spirit is now saying to all the churches.  TPT

1 Cor 12:4 God's various gifts are handed out everywhere; but they all originate in God's Spirit.

5 God's various ministries are carried out everywhere; but they all originate in God's Spirit.

6 God's various expressions of power are in action everywhere; but God himself is behind it all.

7 Each person is given something to do that shows who God is: Everyone gets in on it, everyone benefits. All kinds of things are handed out by the Spirit, and to all kinds of people!

8 The variety is wonderful: wise counsel clear understanding

9 simple trust healing the sick

10 miraculous acts proclamation distinguishing between spirits tongues interpretation of tongues.

11 All these gifts have a common origin, but are handed out one by one by the one Spirit of God. He decides who gets what, and when. MSG

1 Corinthians 12:4 It is the same Holy Spirit who continues to distribute many different varieties of gifts.

5The Lord Yahweh is one, and he is the one who apportions to believers different varieties of ministries.

6The same God distributes different kinds of miracles that accomplish different results through each believer's gift and ministry as he energizes and activates them.

7Each believer is given continuous revelation by the Holy Spirit to benefit not just himself but all.

8For example: The Spirit gives to one the gift of the word of wisdom. To another, the same Spirit gives the gift of the word of revelation knowledge.

9And to another, the same Spirit gives the gift of faith. And to another, the same Spirit gives gifts of healing.

10And to another the power to work miracles. And to another the gift of prophecy.

And to another the gift to discern what the Spirit is speaking. And to another the gift of speaking different kinds of tongues. And to another the gift of interpretation of tongues.

11Remember, it is the same Holy Spirit who distributes, activates, and operates these different gifts as he chooses for each believer.  TPT

Gal 5:22 Your spirit effortlessly bears the rich harvest of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, integrity, gentleness and self control; all these individually reveal the irresistible attraction of the inner-life of our design.

5:23 Legalism can neither match nor contradict this. There is no law against love! (Love does not compete with law; love is extravagant in its exhibition of the Christ life.)

5:24 Those who understand that their righteousness is of Christ and that it does not come as a reward for their ability to keep the law, have discovered that their flesh with its dictates and lusts were co-crucified with Christ. (Gal 2:20; see also Gal 5:18.)

5:25 Because faith defines us and not flesh, we take our lead from the spirit in our daily conduct. There is an authority in our step; we are marching in rank like soldiers!

5:26 Quit your efforts to try and impress one another. The law of works reduces your life to envious comparison and petty competition, while love only always seeks the advantage of the other! Mirror

Gal 5:22 But what happens when we live God's way? He brings gifts into our lives, much the same way that fruit appears in an orchard things like affection for others, exuberance about life, serenity. We develop a willingness to stick with things, a sense of compassion in the heart, and a conviction that a basic holiness permeates things and people. We find ourselves involved in loyal commitments,

23 not needing to force our way in life, able to marshal and direct our energies wisely.

Legalism is helpless in bringing this about; it only gets in the way. 24 Among those who belong to Christ, everything connected with getting our own way and mindlessly responding to what everyone else calls necessities is killed off for good crucified.

25 Since this is the kind of life we have chosen, the life of the Spirit, let us make sure that we do not just hold it as an idea in our heads or a sentiment in our hearts, but work out its implications in every detail of our lives.

26 That means we will not compare ourselves with each other as if one of us were better and another worse. We have far more interesting things to do with our lives. Each of us is an original. MSG

EPH 4:11 What God has in us, is gift wrapped to the world: some are commissioned to pioneer, others are gifted prophetically, some as announcers of good news, some as shepherds with a real gift to care and nurture, and others have a gift to ignite instruction through revelation knowledge.

12 Each expression of his gift is to fully equip and enable you for the work of the ministry so that you may mutually contribute in your specific function to give definition to the visible body of Christ.

13 The purpose of these ministry gifts is to present everyone on par and in oneness of faith; believing exactly what the Son of God believes and knowing accurately what he knows concerning us. Standing face-to-face in equal stature to the measure of the completeness of Christ.   MIRROR

Ephesians 4:11 And he has appointed some with grace to be apostles, and some with grace to be prophets, and some with grace to be evangelists, and some with grace to be pastors, and some with grace to be teachers.

12And their calling is to nurture and prepare all the holy believers to do their own works of ministry, and as they do this they will enlarge and build up the body of Christ.

13These grace ministries will function until we all attain oneness into the faith, until we all experience the fullness of what it means to know the Son of God, and finally we become one into a perfect man with the full dimensions of spiritual maturity and fully developed into the abundance of Christ.

14And then our immaturity will end! And we will not be easily shaken by trouble, nor led astray by novel teachings or by the false doctrines of deceivers who teach clever lies. TPT

Luke 18:7 And will not [our just] God defend and protect and avenge His elect (His chosen ones), who cry to Him day and night? Will He defer them and delay help on their behalf?

8 I tell you, He will defend and protect and avenge them speedily. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find [persistence in] faith on the earth?  AMP

↕↕↕

Luke 18:7  So what makes you think God won't step in and work justice for his chosen people, who continue to cry out for help? Won't he stick up for them?

8 I assure you, he will. He will not drag his feet. But how much of that kind of persistent faith will the Son of Man find on the earth when he returns?"   MSG

Mark 11:22 And Jesus, replying, said to them, Have faith in God [constantly].

23 Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him.  AMP

↕↕↕

Mark 11:22 Jesus was matter-of-fact: "Embrace this God-life. Really embrace it,

23 and nothing will be too much for you. This mountain, for instance: Just say, 'Go jump in the lake' no shuffling or shilly-shallying and it's as good as done.

24 That's why I urge you to pray for absolutely everything, ranging from small to large. Include everything as you embrace this God-life, and you'll get God's everything. MSG

HEB 11:1 Persuasion confirms confident expectation and proves the unseen world to be more real than the seen. Faith celebrates as certain what hope visualizes as future.

11:2 People of previous generations received the testimony of their hope in faith. It was faith that made their hope tangible.  MIRROR

HEB 11:6 It's impossible to please God apart from faith. And why? Because anyone who wants to approach God must believe both that he exists and that he cares enough to respond to those who seek him.  MSG

Hebrews 11:6  And without faith living within us it would be impossible to please God. For we come to God in faith knowing that he is real and that he rewards the faith of those who passionately seek him.  TPT

James 5:15 And the prayer of faith will heal the sick and the Lord will raise them up, and if they have committed sins they will be forgiven.

16Confess and acknowledge how you have offended one another and then pray for one another to be instantly healed, for tremendous power is released through the passionate, heartfelt prayer of a godly believer!

17Elijah was a man with human frailties, just like all of us, but he prayed and received supernatural answers. He actually shut the heavens over the land so there would be no rain for three and a half years! 18Then he prayed again and the skies opened up over the land so that the rain came again and produced the harvest.  TPT

↕↕↕

JAMES 5:15 The prayer of faith shall restore the feeble. The Lord revitalizes and quickens you; he has already forgiven you of anything stupid you might have done to have caused the situation.

16 if you have wronged someone talk to him about it; pray for each other to maintain a healthy fellowship. Righteousness is the fuel of effective prayer.

17 Elijah wasnt superman, yet his prayers had supernatural results with global impact. Remember how he prayed. He prayed with such resolve that he stopped the rain for three and a half years!

18 He prayed again and everything was back to normal; rain and harvest in season! MIRROR
