What does it mean to live your life in the fullness of God? Fullest means a sense of completion, wholeness, sense of being filled to capacity. Living in Gods fullness or completeness was not possible until Christ came for us. Our fullness impacts everything finding its place in Christ. Our fullness in Christ is our completeness and makes us able to enter into His rest. Spiritual authority, moral excellence and character (holiness, righteousness, love). God wants us to be filled with his fullness both individually and collectively, as the Church. If we have already received the fullness of God, and its in us already, lets not postpone till tomorrow what is ours today.

Eph 3:19 [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!  AMP
