TEARING OFF THE ROOF 9-8-24 by Mary Dorian VIDEO TEAR OFF THE ROOF
Tear up the Roof Tear is a verb meaning to pull apart something by force. To move very quickly in an excited manner.
Luke 5:17 Then, one day, while he was teaching, the following dramatic incident happened. There were Pharisees and Scholars of the law also sitting in his audience along with people coming from every village in Galilee and Judea as well as the outskirts of Jerusalem. The very atmosphere was charged with the presence of the Lord to heal
18 Meanwhile, there were people desperately trying to get into the house where Jesus was teaching; they were carrying a man on a bed who suffered from severe convulsions that left him paralyzed. If only they could get him close to where Jesus was teaching. But, because of the crowd they were unable to.
19 Then, having no alternative, they got onto the roof and proceeded to break the roof open by taking the tiles off and then lowering him down on his bed to exactly where Jesus was.
20 And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the man, Your sins are forgiven! Mirror
Luke 5:24 Now, let me show you the connection here and help you see for yourselves that the son of man has authority on earth to forgive sins! Jesus then again addressed the paraplegic man saying, Arise, lift up your pallet and be on your way home!
25 The lame man instantly responded, got up, took his bedroll and left for home, magnifying God all the way!
26 Everyone were beside themselves with ecstatic joy! Overawed, they continued to praise God, mesmerized with the wonder of the paradox they have just witnessed!

Luke 2:13 The next moment, a heavenly host of multitudes of celestial messengers joined and erupted in accolades of praise telling the God-story!
14 Gods highest and grandest 1intention in the heavens is dove-tailed upon earth in unbroken, incarnate oneness; in being human, he exibits his delight in mankind!
15 Then, as the celestial heralds withdrew into the heavens, the shepherds immediately determined to go to Bethlehem and witness with their own eyes, the prophetic word which has now come to pass, as they have learned from the Lord. Mirror
Luke 8:42 His only daughter was dying, and she was only twelve years old. Jesus immediately went with him, but the dense crowd was thronging them.
43 Amongst them was a woman who was suffering from an issue of blood for twelve years; she had spent all she owned on physicians, but not one of them could heal her.
44 She squeezed though the throng of people and touched the hem of Jesus garment and was instantly cured!
45 Surprisingly, Jesus immediately wanted to know who it was that touched him. But no one stepped forward; then Peter said to him, how can you ask that? Throngs of people are crowding you and many are obviously touching you
46 Jesus answered, Someone has touched me differently; I felt a surge of power emanating from me.
47 Then, realizing that she could not remain unnoticed, she approached Jesus, trembling and knelt before him and proceeded to tell everyone her story and that she felt heat going though her body as she touched the hem of his garment and was instantly cured!
48 And he said to her, Daughter, 3your faith has saved you, continue on your lifes journey 1in this place of our 2joint-oneness and peace. Mirror

Luke 8:42 because his twelve-year-old daughter, his only child, was dying. Jesus went with him, making his way through the pushing, jostling crowd.
43 In the crowd that day there was a woman who for twelve years had been afflicted with hemorrhages. She had spent every penny she had on doctors but not one had been able to help her.
44 She slipped in from behind and touched the edge of Jesus' robe. At that very moment her hemorrhaging stopped.
45 Jesus said, "Who touched me?" When no one stepped forward, Peter said, "But Master, we've got crowds of people on our hands. Dozens have touched you."
46 Jesus insisted, "Someone touched me. I felt power discharging from me."
47 When the woman realized that she couldn't remain hidden, she knelt trembling before him. In front of all the people, she blurted out her story why she touched him and how at that same moment she was healed.
48 Jesus said, "Daughter, you took a risk trusting me, and now you're healed and whole. Live well, live blessed!" MSG
John 5:5 Among the many sick people lying there was a man who had been disabled for thirty-eight years.
6 When Jesus saw him lying there, he knew that the man had been crippled for a long time. Jesus said to him, Do you truly long to be well?
7 The sick man answered, Sir, theres no way I can get healed, for I have no one to lower me into the water when the angel comes. As soon as I try to crawl to the edge of the pool, someone else jumps in ahead of me.
8 Jesus said to him, Stand up! Pick up your sleeping mat and you will walk! 9Immediately he stood uphe was healed! So he rolled up his mat and walked again! Now Jesus worked this miracle on the Sabbath. TPT
1 Cor 15:14 And face it if there's no resurrection for Christ, everything we've told you is smoke and mirrors, and everything you've staked your life on is smoke and mirrors.
15 Not only that, but we would be guilty of telling a string of barefaced lies about God, all these affidavits we passed on to you verifying that God raised up Christ sheer fabrications, if there's no resurrection.
16 If corpses can't be raised, then Christ wasn't, because he was indeed dead.
17 And if Christ wasn't raised, then all you're doing is wandering about in the dark, as lost as ever.
18 It's even worse for those who died hoping in Christ and resurrection, because they're already in their graves.
19 If all we get out of Christ is a little inspiration for a few short years, we're a pretty sorry lot.
20 But the truth is that Christ has been raised up, the first in a long legacy of those who are going to leave the cemeteries. MSG
1 Cor 15:30 And why do you think I keep risking my neck in this dangerous work?
31 I look death in the face practically every day I live. Do you think I'd do this if I wasn't convinced of your resurrection and mine as guaranteed by the resurrected Messiah Jesus?
32 Do you think I was just trying to act heroic when I fought the wild beasts at Ephesus, hoping it wouldn't be the end of me? Not on your life! It's resurrection, resurrection, always resurrection, that undergirds what I do and say, the way I live. If there's no resurrection, "We eat, we drink, the next day we die," and that's all there is to it. MSG
Rom 8:24 For what we already experience confirms our hope and continues to fuel our expectation for what we still cannot see. In the final visible completeness of the harvest, hope has fulfilled its function.
