DONT STOP PRAYING 9-13-24 VIDEO JESUS SHOWED ME WHAT PRAYER
We are sometimes discouraged in our prayers. We believe they should be answered and visible immediately. But sometimes that is not the case. We must remain persistent. Persistent Means continuing firmly in a course of action in spite of opposition. Persistence in prayer may draw the attention of the enemy. He may try to stop you from praying. But angels are assigned to you at this time.
Dan 10:10 A hand touched me and pulled me to my hands and knees.
11 "'Daniel,' he said, 'man of quality, listen carefully to my message. And get up on your feet. Stand at attention. I've been sent to bring you news.' "When he had said this, I stood up, but I was still shaking.
12 "'Relax, Daniel,' he continued, 'don't be afraid. From the moment you decided to humble yourself to receive understanding, your prayer was heard, and I set out to come to you.
13 But I was waylaid by the angel-prince of the kingdom of Persia
14 and was delayed for a good three weeks. But then Michael, one of the chief angel-princes, intervened to help me. I left him there with the prince of the kingdom of Persia. And now I'm here to help you understand what will eventually happen to your people. The vision has to do with what's ahead.' MSG
LUKE 2:26 Simeon had a Holy Spirit encounter and knew that he would not die before he sees the Lords Anointed.
27 Prompted in the spirit, he arrived at the temple as the parents of the child Jesus, brought him in, as prescribed in their tradition and law.
28 And Simeon, holding the little child in his arms began to speak eloquent praises to God and said,
29 My Master, I am fully satisfied; you can now release your bond-servant in peace. I am holding your incarnate word in my arms!
30 And my eyes have seen your salvation!
31 The very salvation which prophetically and perfectly mirrors your face in every individual human life!
32 A light concluding in the ultimate unveiling of the Gentiles as well as the glory of his people Israel. MIRROR
Luke 2:36 Anna the prophetess was also there, a daughter of Phanuel from the tribe of Asher. She was by now a very old woman. She had been married seven years
37 and a widow for eighty-four. She never left the Temple area, worshiping night and day with her fastings and prayers.
38 At the very time Simeon was praying, she showed up, broke into an anthem of praise to God, and talked about the child to all who were waiting expectantly for the freeing of Jerusalem. MSG
PHIL 1:20 My thoughts are not trapped in my head! They roam free in expectation that I will not be ashamed by any contradiction! My immediate circumstances do not distract from my message! I am convinced that our conversation now and always will continue to give accurate account of the magnificence of Christ. The message is incarnate in me; whether I live or die, it makes no difference.
21 Christ defines my life; death cannot threaten or diminish that. MIRROR
Jer 29:12 "When you call on me, when you come and pray to me, I'll listen.
13 "When you come looking for me, you'll find me. "Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else,
14 I'll make sure you won't be disappointed." God's Decree. "I'll turn things around for you. I'll bring you back from all the countries into which I drove you" God's Decree "bring you home to the place from which I sent you off into exile. You can count on it. MSG
Matt 6:5 "And when you come before God, don't turn that into a theatrical production either. All these people making a regular show out of their prayers, hoping for stardom! Do you think God sits in a box seat?
6 "Here's what I want you to do: Find a quiet, secluded place so you won't be tempted to role-play before God. Just be there as simply and honestly as you can manage. The focus will shift from you to God, and you will begin to sense his grace.
7 "The world is full of so-called prayer warriors who are prayer-ignorant. They're full of formulas and programs and advice, peddling techniques for getting what you want from God.
8 Don't fall for that nonsense. This is your Father you are dealing with, and he knows better than you what you need.
9 With a God like this loving you, you can pray very simply. Like this: Our Father in heaven, Reveal who you are.
10 Set the world right; Do what's best as above, so below.
11 Keep us alive with three square meals.
12 Keep us forgiven with you and forgiving others.
13 Keep us safe from ourselves and the Devil. You're in charge! You can do anything you want! You're ablaze in beauty! Yes. Yes. Yes.
14 "In prayer there is a connection between what God does and what you do. You can't get forgiveness from God, for instance, without also forgiving others.
15 If you refuse to do your part, you cut yourself off from God's part. MSG

Luke 18:1 Jesus told them a story showing that it was necessary for them to pray consistently and never quit.
2 He said, "There was once a judge in some city who never gave God a thought and cared nothing for people.
3 A widow in that city kept after him: 'My rights are being violated. Protect me!'
4 "He never gave her the time of day. But after this went on and on he said to himself, 'I care nothing what God thinks, even less what people think.
5 But because this widow won't quit badgering me, I'd better do something and see that she gets justice otherwise I'm going to end up beaten black and blue by her pounding.'"
6 Then the Master said, "Do you hear what that judge, corrupt as he is, is saying?
7 So what makes you think God won't step in and work justice for his chosen people, who continue to cry out for help? Won't he stick up for them?
8 I assure you, he will. He will not drag his feet. But how much of that kind of persistent faith will the Son of Man find on the earth when he returns?" MSG

1 Cor 14:15 So what's the solution? The answer is simple enough. Do both. I should be spiritually free and expressive as I pray, but I should also be thoughtful and mindful as I pray. I should sing with my spirit, and sing with my mind.
