HEAVENLY PLACES AND HEAVENLY THINGS 2-8-26 VIDEO
There is a heaven that is for certain. Its not something we have made up just to help people when they have lost a loved one. Jesus shares his life after death. Lazarus gained paradise. The rich man had torment. God is in heaven above an earth below. In the Old Testament, God spoke directly to his people from heaven. Jesus worked with them from heaven, giving them in refutable evidence.
JN 3:12 If I speak incarnate language to you and you are not persuaded about our common origin, how will you be persuaded about heavenly things?
13 No one can fully engage in heavens perspective, unless ones heavenly origin is realized! The Son of man declares mankinds co-genesis from above!
14 Remember how Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness even so the son of man will be lifted up! MIRROR
LU 16:20 A poor man named Lazarus, covered with sores, had been dumped on his doorstep.
21 All he lived for was to get a meal from scraps off the rich man's table. His best friends were the dogs who came and licked his sores.
22 "Then he died, this poor man, and was taken up by the angels to the lap of Abraham. The rich man also died and was buried.
23 In hell and in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham in the distance and Lazarus in his lap. MSG
DEU 4:39 Know this well, then. Take it to heart right now: God is in Heaven above; God is on Earth below. He's the only God there is. MSG
EX 24:11 Yet He did not stretch out His hand against the nobles of the Israelites; and they saw [the manifestation of the presence of] God, and ate and drank.
12 Now the Lord said to Moses, Come up to Me on the mountain and stay there, and I will give you the stone tablets with the law and the commandments which I have written for their instruction.
13 So Moses arose with Joshua his attendant, and he went up to the mountain of God. 14 And he said to the elders, Wait here for us until we come back to you. Remember that Aaron and Hur are with you; whoever has a legal matter, let him go to them.

2 KINGS 2:1 Just before God took Elijah to heaven in a whirlwind, Elijah and Elisha were on a walk out of Gilgal.
2 Elijah said to Elisha, "Stay here. God has sent me on an errand to Bethel." Elisha said, "Not on your life! I'm not letting you out of my sight!" So they both went to Bethel.
3 The guild of prophets at Bethel met Elisha and said, "Did you know that God is going to take your master away from you today?" "Yes," he said, "I know it. But keep it quiet."
2 KINGS 2:7 Meanwhile, fifty men from the guild of prophets gathered some distance away while the two of them stood at the Jordan.
8 Elijah took his cloak, rolled it up, and hit the water with it. The river divided and the two men walked through on dry land. MSG
2 KINGS 2:9 When they reached the other side, Elijah said to Elisha, "What can I do for you before I'm taken from you? Ask anything." Elisha said, "Your life repeated in my life. I want to be a holy man just like you."
10 "That's a hard one!" said Elijah. "But if you're watching when I'm taken from you, you'll get what you've asked for. But only if you're watching."
11 And so it happened. They were walking along and talking. Suddenly a chariot and horses of fire came between them and Elijah went up in a whirlwind to heaven.
12 Elisha saw it all and shouted, "My father, my father! You - the chariot and cavalry of Israel!" When he could no longer see anything, he grabbed his robe and ripped it to pieces. MSG
1 CHRON 16:31 So let heaven rejoice, let earth be jubilant, and pass the word among the nations, "God reigns!" MSG
NEH 9:13 You came down onto Mount Sinai, you spoke to them out of heaven; You gave them instructions on how to live well, true teaching, sound rules and commands; MSG

MAL 3:10 Bring all the tithes (the tenth) into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you [so great] a blessing until there is no more room to receive it. AMP

MATT 5:11 "Not only that - count yourselves blessed every time people put you down or throw you out or speak lies about you to discredit me. What it means is that the truth is too close for comfort and they are uncomfortable.
12 You can be glad when that happens - give a cheer, even! - for though they don't like it, I do! And all heaven applauds. And know that you are in good company. My prophets and witnesses have always gotten into this kind of trouble. MSG

MATT 5:11 How blessed you are when people insult and persecute you and speak all kinds of cruel lies about you because of your love for me!

MATT 6:19 Don't hoard treasure down here where it gets eaten by moths and corroded by rust or - worse! - stolen by burglars.
20 Stockpile treasure in heaven, where it's safe from moth and rust and burglars.

JN 1:51 Truly I say unto you [singular], because of who I am, you [plural - will surely see this communication between the heavenly sphere and earth thrown wide open, and the celestial messengers of God ascending and descending upon the incarnate son of man. 1 COR 15:48 The First Man was made out of earth, and people since then are earthy; the Second Man was made out of heaven, and people now can be heavenly.
49 In the same way that we've worked from our earthy origins, let's embrace our heavenly ends. MSG

2 COR 5:1 Our skin-suits have a sell by date; our spirit-bodies are eternal. The same God who fashioned these skin-bodies in our mothers womb, engineered our spirit-bodies to be our permanent dwelling.
2 Facing pressure times the way we often do, makes us sigh with longing to exchange our skin-suit with the permanent splendor of the heavenly-body.
3 In the meantime, whatever challenges we are facing in the meat-box, we know that we shall never be found naked; since we are already fully clothed with our heavenly identity in Christ in our inner person! MIRROR
2 COR 5:5 God wired us this way; his Spirit already confirms within us the present evidence of eternity. We are eternal beings by design. MIRROR
