LET THE GIFT OF FAITH REINTERPRET YOUR FUTURE 8-9-26
Surrender to where to see yourself as God sees us. The gift of faith is a special spiritual power from God. It is different from normal, saving faith. It is provided by the Holy Spirit to give Christians extraordinary confidence. Like the extraordinary faith of Daniel in the Lions den, Jesus on the boat, commanding the storm to cease. Peter, who steps out by faith to walk on the water. Moses parts the Red Sea. The gift of faith is mountain moving. The gift of faith is seen when a person is in right standing with God and trusts him, that person is really living. Abraham lived by the gift of faith, supernatural faith was given to him by the Holy Spirit.
DAN 6:19 At daybreak the king got up and hurried to the lions' den.
20 As he approached the den, he called out anxiously, "Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve so loyally, saved you from the lions?"
21 "O king, live forever!" said Daniel.
22 "My God sent his angel, who closed the mouths of the lions so that they would not hurt me. I've been found innocent before God and also before you, O king. I've done nothing to harm you."
23 When the king heard these words, he was happy. He ordered Daniel taken up out of the den. When he was hauled up, there wasn't a scratch on him. He had trusted his God. MSG
MK 4:35 Late that day he said to them, "Let's go across to the other side."
36 They took him in the boat as he was. Other boats came along.
37 A huge storm came up. Waves poured into the boat, threatening to sink it.
38 And Jesus was in the stern, head on a pillow, sleeping! They roused him, saying, "Teacher, is it nothing to you that we're going down?"
39 Awake now, he told the wind to pipe down and said to the sea, "Quiet! Settle down!" The wind ran out of breath; the sea became smooth as glass. MSG
MATT 14:22 As soon as the meal was finished, he insisted that the disciples get in the boat and go on ahead to the other side while he dismissed the people.
23 With the crowd dispersed, he climbed the mountain so he could be by himself and pray. He stayed there alone, late into the night.
24 Meanwhile, the boat was far out to sea when the wind came up against them and they were battered by the waves.
25 At about four o'clock in the morning, Jesus came toward them walking on the water.
26 They were scared out of their wits. "A ghost!" they said, crying out in terror.
27 But Jesus was quick to comfort them. "Courage, it's me. Don't be afraid." MSG
EX 14:15 God said to Moses: "Why cry out to me? Speak to the Israelites. Order them to get moving.
16 Hold your staff high and stretch your hand out over the sea: Split the sea! The Israelites will walk through the sea on dry ground. MSG
MATT 17:20 "Because you're not yet taking God seriously," said Jesus. "The simple truth is that if you had a mere kernel of faith, a poppy seed, say, you would tell this mountain, 'Move!' and it would move. There is nothing you wouldn't be able to tackle." MSG
ACT 20:7 We met on Sunday to worship and celebrate the Master's Supper. Paul addressed the congregation. Our plan was to leave first thing in the morning, but Paul talked on, way past midnight.
8 We were meeting in a well-lighted upper room.
9 A young man named Eutychus was sitting in an open window. As Paul went on and on, Eutychus fell sound asleep and toppled out the third-story window. When they picked him up, he was dead.
10 Paul went down, stretched himself on him, and hugged him hard. "No more crying," he said. "There's life in him yet."
11 Then Paul got up and served the Master's Supper. And went on telling stories of the faith until dawn! On that note, they left - Paul going one way,
12 the congregation another, leading the boy off alive, and full of life themselves. MSG

2 COR 13:5 I implore you to 1examine faith for yourselves in order to test what it is that you really believe. Faith is so much more than the mere veneer of a superstitious belief in a historic Christ; faith is about realizing Jesus Christ in you, in the midst of contradiction! Just as ore is placed into a crucible, where the dross is separated from the gold in a furnace, come to the conclusion for yourselves of his indwelling! Should it appear to you that he is absent in your life, look again, you have obviously done the test wrong! MIRROR
GAL 2:20 My old identity has been co-crucified with Christ and no longer lives. And now the essence of this new life is no longer mine, for the Anointed One lives his life through mewe live in union as one! GAL 2:20 So here I am dead and alive at the same time! Im dead to the old me I was trying to be and alive to the real me which is Christ in me! Co-crucified, now co-alive! GAL 3:9 So those now who live by faith are blessed along with Abraham, who lived by faith - this is no new doctrine! MSG
GAL 3:11 The obvious impossibility of carrying out such a moral program should make it plain that no one can sustain a relationship with God that way. The person who lives in right relationship with God does it by embracing what God arranges for him. Doing things for God is the opposite of entering into what God does for you. Habakkuk had it right: "The person who believes God, is set right by God - and that's the real life."
12 Rule-keeping does not naturally evolve into living by faith, but only perpetuates itself in more and more rule-keeping, a fact observed in Scripture: "The one who does these things [rule-keeping]continues to live by them." MSG

HEB 11:6 There is no substitute reward for faith. Faiths return exceeds any other sense of achievement. Faith knows that God is; those who desire to respond to his invitation to draw near, realize by faith that he is lifes most perfect gift.
7 Noah received Divine instruction to save his household from judgment; faith prompted him to construct the Ark immediately, long before the rains were evident. His faith demonstrated the difference between judgment and

HEB 11:1 The fundamental fact of existence is that this trust in God, this faith, is the firm foundation under everything that makes life worth living. It's our handle on what we can't see.
2 The act of faith is what distinguished our ancestors, set them above the crowd.
3 By faith, we see the world called into existence by God's word, what we see created by what we don't see.
4 By an act of faith, Abel brought a better sacrifice to God than Cain. It was what he believed, not what he brought, that made the difference. That's what God noticed and approved as righteous. After all these centuries, that belief continues to catch our notice.
5 By an act of faith, Enoch skipped death completely. "They looked all over and couldn't find him because God had taken him." We know on the basis of reliable testimony that before he was taken "he pleased God." MSG
HEB 11:32 I could go on and on, but I've run out of time. There are so many more - Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, the prophets. . . .
33 Through acts of faith, they toppled kingdoms, made justice work, took the promises for themselves. They were protected from lions, MSG
HEB 11:39 Not one of these people, even though their lives of faith were exemplary, got their hands on what was promised.
40 God had a better plan for us: that their faith and our faith would come together to make one completed whole, their lives of faith not complete apart from ours. MSG
