Satan is defeated

Eph 4:26Go ahead and be angry. You do well to be angry but don't use your anger as fuel for revenge. And don't stay angry. Don't go to bed angry.

27 Don't give the Devil that kind of foothold in your life.

James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

1 Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

JESUS REACTION TO SATAN

Matt 16:23But Jesus didn't swerve. "Peter, get out of my way. Satan, get lost. You have no idea how God works."

Luke 4:8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Luke22:31And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:

32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

Zech 3:1 And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.

2 And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?

John 12:31Now the judgment (crisis) of this world is coming on [sentence is now being passed on this world]. Now the ruler (evil genius, prince) of this world shall be cast out (expelled).

Rom 16:20and before you know it the God of peace will come down on Satan with both feet, stomping him into the dirt. Enjoy the best of Jesus!

Eph 6:11So take everything the Master has set out for you, well-made weapons of the best materials. And put them to use so you will be able to stand up to everything the Devil throws your way.

Heb 2:14 Since, therefore, [these His] children share in flesh and blood [in the physical nature of human beings], He [Himself] in a similar manner partook of the same [nature], that by [going through] death He might bring to nought and make of no effect him who had the power of death--that is, the devil--

John 14:30 I will not talk with you much more, for the prince (evil genius, ruler) of the world is coming. And he has no claim on Me. [He has nothing in common with Me; there is nothing in Me that belongs to him, and he has no power over Me.]

1 John 3:8 Those who make a practice of sin are straight from the Devil, the pioneer in the practice of sin. The Son of God entered the scene to abolish the Devil's ways.

1 John 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

Mark 6:12 Then they were on the road. They preached with joyful urgency that life can be radically different;

13 right and left they sent the demons packing; they brought wellness to the sick, anointing their bodies, healing their spirits.

Mark 16:17 "These are some of the signs that will accompany believers: They will throw out demons in my name, they will speak in new tongues,

SATAN NAMES-

1. the dragon, -----

Rev 20:2 He grabbed the Dragon, that old Snake the very Devil, Satan himself! chained him up for a thousand years,

Isa 30:7 Egypt is all show, no substance. My name for her is Toothless Dragon.

Rev 12:17 Helpless with rage, the Dragon raged at the Woman, then went off to make war with the rest of her children, the children who keep God's commands and hold firm to the witness of Jesus.

2. the evil one, "the wicked one" (Matt 13:19,38); -

Mark 1:24 What have You to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have You come to destroy us? I know who You are--the Holy one of God!

25 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hush up (be muzzled, gagged), and come out of him!

26 And the unclean spirit, throwing the man into convulsions and screeching with a loud voice, came out of him.

Acts 3:14 But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;

3. the angel of the abyss,

Rev 17:8 The Beast you saw once was, is no longer, and is about to ascend from the Abyss and head straight for Hell. Earth dwellers whose names weren't written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world will be dazzled when they see the Beast that once was, is no longer, and is to come.

Gen 24:7 The Lord, the God of heaven, Who took me from my father's house, from the land of my family and my birth, Who spoke to me and swore to me, saying, To your offspring I will give this land He will send His Angel before you, and you will take a wife from there for my son.

4. the ruler of this world,

Heb 13:7 Remember your leaders and superiors in authority [for it was they] who brought to you the Word of God. Observe attentively and consider their manner of living (the outcome of their well-spent lives) and imitate their faith (their conviction that God exists and is the Creator and Ruler of all things, the Provider and Bestower of eternal salvation through Christ, and their leaning of the entire human personality on God in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness). AMP

5. the prince of the power of the air,

Luke 10:18 Jesus said, "I know. I saw Satan fall, a bolt of lightning out of the sky.

Rev 17:14 They will wage war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will triumph over them; for He is Lord of lords and King of kings and those with Him and on His side are chosen and called [elected] and loyal and faithful followers. AMP

6. the god of this world,

John 20:17 Jesus said to her, Do not cling to Me [do not hold Me], for I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go to My brethren and tell them, I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.

Acts 10:36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)

7. Tempter-

Heb 2:17 So it is evident that it was essential that He be made like His brethren in every respect, in order that He might become a merciful (sympathetic) and faithful High Priest in the things related to God, to make atonement and propitiation for the people's sins.

18 For because He Himself [in His humanity] has suffered in being tempted (tested and tried), He is able [immediately] to run to the cry of (assist, relieve) those who are being tempted and tested and tried [and who therefore are being exposed to suffering].

8. Beelzebub (Matt 12:24);

Ps 136:3 Thank the Lord of all lords. His love never quits.

Zech 6:5 And the angel answered me, These are the four winds or spirits of the heavens, which go forth from presenting themselves before the Lord of all the earth. AMP

9. Enemy (Matt 13:39);

John 15:15 I'm no longer calling you servants because servants don't understand what their master is thinking and planning. No, I've named you friends because I've let you in on everything I've heard from the Father.

10. Evil One, deceiver (literally "the one who deceives") (Rev 12:9);

John 8:32 Then you will experience for yourselves the truth, and the truth will free you."

11. Father of Lies (John 8:44);

John 16:13 But when the Friend comes, the Spirit of the Truth, he will take you by the hand and guide you into all the truth there is. He won't draw attention to himself, but will make sense out of what is about to happen and, indeed, out of all that I have done and said.

12. Murderer J

Rom 8:2 A new power is in operation. The Spirit of life in Christ, like a strong wind, has magnificently cleared the air, freeing you from a fated lifetime of brutal tyranny at the hands of sin and death.

John 11:25 Jesus said to her, I am [Myself] the Resurrection and the Life. Whoever believes in (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on) Me, although he may die, yet he shall live; AMP

13. "slanderer" "false accuser "the accuser of our brethren" (Rev 12:10).

Col 2:14 the slate wiped clean, that old arrest warrant canceled and nailed to Christ's Cross.

15 He stripped all the spiritual tyrants in the universe of their sham authority at the Cross and marched them naked through the streets.

Isa 30:18 And therefore the Lord [earnestly] waits [expecting, looking, and longing] to be gracious to you; and therefore He lifts Himself up, that He may have mercy on you and show loving-kindness to you. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are all those who [earnestly] wait for Him, who expect and look and long for Him [for His victory, His favor, His love, His peace, His joy, and His matchless, unbroken companionship]! POWER GIVEN TO US

Rev 12:10 Then I heard a strong voice out of Heaven saying, Salvation and power are established! Kingdom of our God, authority of his Messiah!

The Accuser of our brothers and sisters thrown out, who accused them day and night before God.

11 They defeated him through the blood of the Lamb and the bold word of their witness. They weren't in love with themselves; they were willing to die for Christ.

Matt 10:8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.

Matt 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Mark 3:15 And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:

Mark 6:12 And they went out, and preached that men should repent.

13 And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them.

Mark 9:38 And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, and he followeth not us: and we forbad him, because he followeth not us.

39 But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me.

40 For he that is not against us is on our part.

1 Peter 1:13 Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; LOINS-procreative reproductive power

1 Cor 2:16 For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart.

Isaiah 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You,

Because he trusts in You.

MIND OF JESUS

Heb 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Matthew 9:24 He said unto them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.

John 11:11 These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep.

Mark 6:41 And when he had taken the five loaves and the two fishes, he looked up to heaven, and blessed, and brake the loaves, and gave them to his disciples to set before them; and the two fishes divided he among them all.

CHANGE YOUR THINKING WHEREBY DEFEATING SATAN

1. MY MARRIAGE OR FAMILY IS STRUGGLING.


2. MY FINANCES ARE NEVER ENOUGH.


3. I AM NOT WORTHY.


4. I AM NOT GOING TO MAKE IT.


5. ILL NEVER HAVE GOOD RELATIONSHIPS.


6. I AM WORTHLESS.


7. EVERYONE ELSE HAS IT TOGETHER BUT ME.


8. I AM A SINNER.


9. I FAIL GOD EVERYDAY.


10. I CANT HEAR GOD.


11. I AM UNIMPORTANT.


12. I HAVE SHAME.


13. I AM SICK.


14. I AM ABOUT TO GO UNDER.


15. GOD IS DISAPOINTED IN ME.


16. I AM AFRAID.


17. I AM NOT SPIRITUAL.


18. NO ONE CARES WHAT I THINK.


19. I HAVE NOTHING TO GIVE.


20. MY LIFE IS POINTLESS.
