Maybe we need, after the past year of 2020, a time of real joy and laughter again. A joyful heart does cause laughter and that produces healing for the body. It boost our heart rate, increases our oxygen, boost our immunity, relieve stress and anxiety. It helps our brain concentrate by clearing the clouds of sadness over our minds and hearts. It releases endorphins. God told Abraham to name his son Isaac which means the sound of laughter. Laughter and joy are our weapons against the enemy.
Prov 17:22 A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones. AMP

19 But God said, “That’s not what I mean. Your wife, Sarah, will have a baby, a son. Name him Isaac (Laughter). I’ll establish my covenant with him and his descendants, a covenant that lasts forever.
20 “And Ishmael? Yes, I heard your prayer for him. I’ll also bless him; I’ll make sure he has plenty of children — a huge family. He’ll father twelve princes; I’ll make him a great nation.
21 But I’ll establish my covenant with Isaac whom Sarah will give you about this time next year.” MSG
Gen 21:3 Abraham named him Isaac.
4 When his son was eight days old, Abraham circumcised him just as God had commanded.
5 Abraham was a hundred years old when his son Isaac was born.
6 Sarah said, God has blessed me with laughter and all who get the news will laugh with me!
7 She also said, Whoever would have suggested to Abraham that Sarah would one day nurse a baby! Yet here I am! I’ve given the old man a son!
8 The baby grew and was weaned. Abraham threw a big party on the day Isaac was weaned. MSG
PS 126:2-6 We laughed and laughed and overflowed with gladness. We were left shouting for joy and singing your praise. All the nations saw it and joined in, saying, “The Lord has done great miracles for them!”
