Persuaded means someone believes something from their heart that they know to be true in spite of logic. Letting go of human reasoning and believe in God is conviction. Persuade is to be convince beyond a shadow of a doubt. So convinced you can live in a revelation even before it comes to pass in the natural. The opposite of persuade is to be hard hearted. Jesus moved in power and his words and miracles persuaded people to change their heart. Jesus came to persuade and convinced the world that God love them.
Jer 15:19 Therefore thus says the Lord [to Jeremiah]: If you return [and give up this mistaken tone of distrust and despair], then I will give you again a settled place of quiet and safety, and you will be My minister; and if you separate the precious from the vile [cleansing your own heart from unworthy and unwarranted suspicions concerning God’s faithfulness], you shall be My mouthpiece. [But do not yield to them.] Let them return to you — not you to [the people]. AMP
Joel 3:14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision. AMP
PS 95:7-11 For we are those he cares for, and he is the God we worship.So drop everything else and listen to his voice! For this is what he’s saying: “Today, when I speak, don’t even think about turning a deaf ear to me like they did when they tested me at Meribah and Massah, the place where they argued with me, their Creator. 26 Go to this people and say to them, You will indeed hear and hear with your ears but will not understand, and you will indeed look and look with your eyes but will not see [not perceive, have knowledge of or become acquainted with what you look at, at all].
27 For the heart (the understanding, the soul) of this people has grown dull (stupid, hardened, and calloused), and their ears are heavy and hard of hearing and they have shut tight their eyes, so that they may not perceive and have knowledge and become acquainted with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their souls and turn [to Me and be converted], that I may heal them.
28 So let it be understood by you then that [this message of] the salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will listen [to it]!
29 And when he had said these things, the Jews went away, arguing and disputing among themselves.
30 After this Paul lived there for two entire years [at his own expense] in his own rented lodging, and he welcomed all who came to him,
31 Preaching to them the kingdom of God and teaching them about the Lord Jesus Christ with boldness and quite openly, and without being molested or hindered. AMP
2 Cor 5:11 Therefore, being conscious of fearing the Lord with respect and reverence, we seek to win people over [to persuade them]. But what sort of persons we are is plainly recognized and thoroughly understood by God, and I hope that it is plainly recognized and thoroughly understood also by your consciences (your inborn discernment). Heb 6:9-12 I’m sure that won’t happen to you, friends. I have better things in mind for you — salvation things!

In light of all the things that we are going through what are you persuaded for? What passion drives your heart? Controls your actions? Multitudes multitudes in the valley of decision. How long will you waver between two opinions.
