MONEY IS AS MUCH SPIRITUAL AS IT IS PHYSCAL 2-27-22 VIDEO IT’S MY $$$

Money is as much spiritual as it is physical! The bank of mammon versus the bank of God. The Bank of mammon is the love of money itself, and is built on the belief that money satisfies your needs. The bank of God says the money you have received, made, or has been given if invested if used for his purposes will multiply 100 fold. An example is Abels offering became a voice that we still hear today. Because Abel gave from his heart. Stewardship is the management of somebody else’s wealth. We are called to be good stewards, to store up treasures in heaven. Live in peace with your money through God’s economy and receive his abundance as you make room for his purposes. He will turn your downturns into upturned.

LUKE 16:10 Integrity is the same principle in any context; whether it be in something really small and seemingly insignificant, or in something of extreme importance and consequence. If someone cannot be trusted with little, detail things, they will not be entrusted with big things.

11 Being unfaithful with unrighteous mamon, disqualifies you to be entrusted with true riches.

12 So, if you cannot be trusted in stewarding what belongs to someone else, your reputation will stop others giving to you and your life remains one of a slave rather than an owner.

13 Not even a domestic worker can be employed by two masters; their devotion will be apparent – it can only be the money or the boss! The one will be despised and the other loved; the one clung to while the other is scorned. It is not possible to be a bond-friend of God and mamon at the same time.  MIRROR

LUKE 16:10 ““The one who faithfully manages the little he has been given will be promoted and trusted with greater responsibilities. But those who cheat with the little they have been given will not be considered trustworthy to receive more.”

11 “If you have not handled the riches of this world with integrity, why should you be trusted with the eternal treasures of the spiritual world?”

12 “And if you’ve not proven yourself faithful with what belongs to another, why should you be given wealth of your own?”

13 “It is impossible for a person to serve two masters at the same time. You will be forced to love one and reject the other. One master will be despised and the other will have your loyal devotion. Your choice between God and the wealth of this world is no different. You must enthusiastically love one and definitively reject the other.””  TPT

MATT 6:31““So then, forsake your worries! Why would you say, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’”

32 “For that is what the unbelievers chase after. Doesn’t your heavenly Father already know the things your bodies require?”

33 ““So above all, constantly seek God’s kingdom and his righteousness, then all these less important things will be given to you abundantly.”

34  “Refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself.”” TPT

Prov 10:22  God’s blessing makes life rich; nothing we do can improve on God. MSG

Deut 8:17 And beware lest you say in your [mind and] heart, My power and the might of my hand have gotten me this wealth.

18 But you shall [earnestly] remember the Lord your God, for it is He Who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.   AMP

Deut 8:17 If you start thinking to yourselves, “I did all this. And all by myself. I’m rich. It’s all mine!” —

18 well, think again. Remember that God, your God, gave you the strength to produce all this wealth so as to confirm the covenant that he promised to your ancestors — as it is today.  MSG

Acts 10:4 And he, gazing intently at him, became frightened and said, What is it, Lord? And the angel said to him, Your prayers and your [generous] gifts to the poor have come up [as a sacrifice] to God and have been remembered by Him.  AMP

Acts 10:30 And Cornelius said, This is now the fourth day since about this time I was observing the ninth hour (three o’clock in the afternoon) of prayer in my lodging place; [suddenly] a man stood before me in dazzling apparel,

31 And he said, Cornelius, your prayer has been heard and harkened to, and your donations to the poor have been known and preserved before God [so that He heeds and is about to help you].

32 Send therefore to Joppa and ask for Simon who is surnamed Peter; he is staying in the house of Simon the tanner by the seaside.

33 So at once I sent for you, and you [being a Jew] have done a kind and courteous and handsome thing in coming. Now then, we are all present  AMP

MK 14:6 “Jesus said to them, “Leave her alone! Why are you so critical of this woman? She has honored me with this beautiful act of kindness.”

7 “You will always have the poor, whom you can help whenever you want, but you will not always have me.”

8 “When she poured the fragrant oil over me, she was preparing my body in advance of my burial. She has done all that she could to honor me.”

9 “I promise you that as this wonderful gospel spreads all over the world, the story of her lavish devotion to me will be mentioned in memory of her.””  TPT

LUKE 12:42  Jesus replied with yet another parable, Who, would you say, qualifies to be appointed as the trusted and thoughtful house manager in the absence of the Lord of the house? He would be in charge of the health and wellbeing of the family, preparing and serving their proper diets in due season.

43 How blessed is that bond-friend who his master find fully occupied when he suddenly arrives at the house.

44 Surely he would promote him to have oversight of all his property.

45 Then, there is this other bond-servant who reasons within himself that his master is not coming back in the near future; he starts beating the boy and girl-slaves, and eats and drinks himself into a drunken stupor.

46 Then, suddenly his master shows up and and 1cuts him off from his position of influence and trust.  MIRROR

LUKE 12:16 He then told them the following parable, A certain man’s fields were yielding abundant crops.

17 He then reasoned within himself, plotting what to do with such a large harvest.

18 Ah, he reckoned, here’s what I’ll do! I will demolish the old granaries and build much bigger and better barns wherein I may gather and treasure all my grain and belongings!

19 And I’ll say to myself, “You have a lot of good things in store, enough to go on a permanent vacation! You might as well indulge and begin the feast right now, eat and drink your fill. Endless merriness awaits you!

20 But God said to him, “You obviously did not think this through! Tonight you die, then who does it all belong to?”

21 [This is the typical dilemma of a person whose treasure is reduced to his own ability to accumulate things for himself in order to define him, rather than discovering his wealth in God.] MIRROR

MATT 6:19 ““Don’t keep hoarding for yourselves earthly treasures that can be stolen by thieves. Material wealth eventually rusts, decays, and loses its value.”

20  “Instead, stockpile heavenly treasures for yourselves that cannot be stolen and will never rust, decay, or lose their value.”

21 “For your heart will always pursue what you esteem as your treasure.”  TPT

1 TIM 6:17 “To all the rich of this world, I command you not to be wrapped in thoughts of pride over your prosperity, or rely on your wealth, for your riches are unreliable and nothing compared to the living God. Trust instead in the one who lavishes upon us all good things, fulfilling our every need.”

18 “Remind the wealthy to be rich in remarkable works of extravagant generosity, willing to share with others.”

19  “These spiritual investments will provide a beautiful foundation for their lives and secure for them a great future, as they lay their hands upon the meaning of true life.” TPT

Acts 4:33 And with great strength and ability and power the apostles delivered their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace (loving-kindness and favor and goodwill) rested richly upon them all.

34 Nor was there a destitute or needy person among them, for as many as were owners of lands or houses proceeded to sell them, and one by one they brought (gave back) the amount received from the sales

35 And laid it at the feet of the apostles (special messengers). Then distribution was made according as anyone had need.  AMP

LUKE 12:30 “People everywhere seem to worry about making a living, but your heavenly Father knows your every need and will take care of you.”

31 “As you passionately seek his kingdom, above all else, he will supply your needs.”

32 “So don’t ever be afraid, dearest friends! Your loving Father joyously gives you his kingdom with all its promises!”

33 ““Now, go and sell what you have and give to those in need; you will be making deposits in your account in heaven, an account that will never be taken from you. Your gifts will become a secure and unfailing treasure, deposited in heaven forever.”

34 “Where you deposit your treasure, that is where you fix your thoughts—and your heart will long to be there also.”” TPT

The events of the book of Haggai took place relatively late in Old Testament history – about 1500 years after Abraham, about 1000 years after Moses, and about 500 years after King David. God had recently delivered them from captivity so they were celebrating. They were in revival mode. The people were building a temple to praise God, but they got discouraged and left it undone for 15 years. They became self absorbed concentrated on their own homes and lives. Now Haggai comes on the scene.

Hag 1:5 Now therefore thus says the Lord of hosts: Consider your ways and set your mind on what has come to you.

6 You have sown much, but you have reaped little; you eat, but you do not have enough; you drink, but you do not have your fill; you clothe yourselves, but no one is warm; and he who earns wages has earned them to put them in a bag with holes in it.   AMP

Hag 2:6 For thus says the Lord of hosts: Yet once more, in a little while, I will shake and make tremble the [starry] heavens, the earth, the sea, and the dry land;

7 And I will shake all nations and the desire and the precious things of all nations shall come in, and I will fill this house with splendor, says the Lord of hosts.

8 The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine, says the Lord of hosts.

9 The latter glory of this house [with its successor, to which Jesus came] shall be greater than the former, says the Lord of hosts; and in this place will I give peace and prosperity, says the Lord of hosts.  AMP

2 COR 9:10 “This generous God who supplies abundant seed for the farmer, which becomes bread for our meals, is even more extravagant toward you. First he supplies every need, plus more. Then he multiplies the seed as you sow it, so that the harvest of your generosity will grow.”

11 “You will be abundantly enriched in every way as you give generously on every occasion, for when we take your gifts to those in need, it causes many to give thanks to God.”  TPT  ▼▼▼

2 COR 9:10 The inventor of seed and bread is also the one who supplies and multiplies your resources and increases the harvest of your righteousness!

11 You are mutually enriched in every possible sense of the word and inseparably joined to one another in an undivided heart, without any hidden agenda. And together we, the conduit of your gifts, will set the stage for a joyous grace celebration to God!  MIRROR

LUKE 18:21 The wealthy leader replied, “These are the very things I’ve been doing for as long as I can remember.””

22 ““Ah,” Jesus said, “there’s still one thing you’re missing in your life.” “What is that?” asked the man. “You must go and sell everything you own and give all the proceeds to the poor so you will have eternal treasures. Then come and follow me.””

23 “These words devastated the rich leader, for he was extremely wealthy.”

24 “Jesus saw his disappointment, and looking right at him said, “It is next to impossible for those who have everything to enter into God’s kingdom.”  TPT
