THE COMFORTER IS HERE

THE COMFORTER IS HERE 5-2-25 VIDEO

Sometimes we are so caught up in the cares of this world that we need help. We need to be comforted so we can trust that everything will be OK. The Father is our comforter in our times of trouble. He never leaves us and is always by our side.

2 Corinthians 1:3 All praises belong to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he is the Father of tender mercy and the God of endless comfort.

4 He always comes alongside us to comfort us in every suffering so that we can come alongside those who are in any painful trial. We can bring them this same comfort that God has poured out upon us.

5 And just as we experience the abundance of Christ’s own sufferings, even more of God’s comfort will cascade upon us through our union with Christ. TPT

Ps 23:4 ‘Even when your path takes me through the valley of deepest darkness, fear will never conquer me, for you already have! Your authority is my strength and my peace. The comfort of your love takes away my fear. I’ll never be lonely, for you are near.  TPT

Isa 41:10 Don’t panic. I’m with you. There’s no need to fear for I’m your God. I’ll give you strength. I’ll help you. I’ll hold you steady, keep a firm grip on you.  MSG

Phil 4:6 Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns.

7 Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life. MSG

8 GOD is striding ahead of you. He’s right there with you. He won’t let you down; he won’t leave you. Don’t be intimidated. Don’t worry.”

26 The Friend, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send at my request, will make everything plain to you. He will remind you of all the things I have told you.

27 I’m leaving you well and whole. That’s my parting gift to you. Peace. I don’t leave you the way you’re used to being left — feeling abandoned, bereft. So don’t be upset. Don’t be distraught.  MSG

John 14:16 I will talk to the Father, and he’ll provide you another Friend so that you will always have someone with you.

8 “When he comes, he’ll expose the error of the godless world’s view of sin, righteousness, and judgment:

9 He’ll show them that their refusal to believe in me is their basic sin;

10 that righteousness comes from above, where I am with the Father, out of their sight and control;

11 that judgment takes place as the ruler of this godless world is brought to trial and convicted.

12 “I still have many things to tell you, but you can’t handle them now.

13 But when the Friend comes, the Spirit of the Truth, he will take you by the hand and guide you into all the truth there is. He won’t draw attention to himself, but will make sense out of what is about to happen and, indeed, out of all that I have done and said.

14 He will honor me; he will take from me and deliver it to you. MSG
