FULL BODIED HOPE 6-5-15

FULL BODIED HOPE 6-5-15   VIDEO HOPE DEBUNKED 2

HOPE has to do with the unseen and the future.  It I in essence a expectation for good. Hope keeps us moving forward. It’s the indication of certainity that you will see the promises of God come to pass. Don’t misjudge hope as wishy washy-I hope so- but really expect good.

Prov 13:12 Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire is fulfilled, it is a tree of life.  AMP

↕↕↕

Prov 13:12  Unrelenting disappointment leaves you heartsick, but a sudden good break can turn life around. MSG

Ps 42:5 Why are you cast down, O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, my Help and my God.  AMP

Job 14:7 For a tree there is always hope. Chop it down and it still has a chance —

its roots can put out fresh sprouts. MSG

Ps 1:3 You’re a tree replanted in Eden, bearing fresh fruit every month, Never dropping a leaf, always in blossom.

4 You’re not at all like the wicked, who are mere windblown dust —

5 Without defense in court, unfit company for innocent people.

6 God charts the road you take. The road they take is Skid Row. MSG

Rom 4:18 When everything was hopeless, Abraham believed anyway, deciding to live not on the basis of what he saw he couldn’t do but on what God said he would do. And so he was made father of a multitude of peoples. God himself said to him, “You’re going to have a big family, Abraham!” MSG

Rom 4:19 Abraham didn’t focus on his own impotence and say, “It’s hopeless. This hundred-year-old body could never father a child.” Nor did he survey Sarah’s decades of infertility and give up.

20 He didn’t tiptoe around God’s promise asking cautiously skeptical questions. He plunged into the promise and came up strong, ready for God,

21 sure that God would make good on what he had said.

22 That’s why it is said, “Abraham was declared fit before God by trusting God to set him right.”

23 But it’s not just Abraham;

24 it’s also us! The same thing gets said about us when we embrace and believe the One who brought Jesus to life when the conditions were equally hopeless.

25 The sacrificed Jesus made us fit for God, set us right with God. MSG

Heb 6:10 God doesn’t miss anything. He knows perfectly well all the love you’ve shown him by helping needy Christians, and that you keep at it.

11 And now I want each of you to extend that same intensity toward a full-bodied hope, and keep at it till the finish.

12 Don’t drag your feet. Be like those who stay the course with committed faith and then get everything promised to them. MSG

Acts 28:20  I did it for Israel. I asked you to come and listen to me today to make it clear that I’m on Israel’s side, not against her. I’m a hostage here for hope, not doom.”  MSG

Zech 9:12  Return to the stronghold [of security and prosperity], you prisoners of hope; even today do I declare that I will restore double your former prosperity to you.  AMP

↕↕↕

Zech 9:12 Come home, hope-filled prisoners! This very day I’m declaring a double bonus — everything you lost returned twice-over! MSG

Job 42:10  After Job had interceded for his friends, God restored his fortune — and then doubled it! MSG

Lam 3:21  But this I recall and therefore have I hope and expectation:

22 It is because of the Lord’s mercy and loving-kindness that we are not consumed, because His [tender] compassions fail not.

23 They are new every morning; great and abundant is Your stability and faithfulness.  AMP

↕↕↕

Lam 3:21 But there’s one other thing I remember, and remembering, I keep a grip on hope:

22 God’s loyal love couldn’t have run out, his merciful love couldn’t have dried up.

23 They’re created new every morning. How great your faithfulness! MSG

Lam 3:28  When life is heavy and hard to take, go off by yourself. Enter the silence.

29 Bow in prayer. Don’t ask questions: Wait for hope to appear. MSG

Acts 2:26 I’m glad from the inside out, ecstatic; I’ve pitched my tent in the land of hope.  MSG

Col 1:27  To whom God was pleased to make known how great for the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ within and among you, the Hope of [realizing the] glory. AMP

↕↕↕

Col 1:27 God wanted everyone, not just Jews, to know this rich and glorious secret inside and out, regardless of their background, regardless of their religious standing. The mystery in a nutshell is just this: Christ is in you, therefore you can look forward to sharing in God’s glory. It’s that simple. That is the substance of our Message. MSG

Matt 12:18 Look well at my handpicked servant; I love him so much, take such delight in him. I’ve placed my Spirit on him; he’ll decree justice to the nations.

19 But he won’t yell, won’t raise his voice; there’ll be no commotion in the streets.

20 He won’t walk over anyone’s feelings, won’t push you into a corner. Before you know it, his justice will triumph;

21 the mere sound of his name will signal hope, even among far-off unbelievers.

22 Next a poor demon-afflicted wretch, both blind and deaf, was set down before him. Jesus healed him, gave him his sight and hearing.

23 The people who saw it were impressed — “This has to be the Son of David!”

24 But the Pharisees, when they heard the report, were cynical. “Black magic,” they said. “Some devil trick he’s pulled from his sleeve.”

25 Jesus confronted their slander. “A judge who gives opposite verdicts on the same person cancels himself out; a family that’s in a constant squabble disintegrates;   MSG

HOPE FOR THE FUTURE

Prov 11:7  When the wicked man dies, his hope [for the future] perishes; and the expectation of the godless comes to nothing.  AMP

Prov 23:18  For surely there is a latter end [a future and a reward], and your hope and expectation shall not be cut off.  AMP

Col 1:5 The lines of purpose in your lives never grow slack, tightly tied as they are to your future in heaven, kept taut by hope. The Message is as true among you today as when you first heard it. It doesn’t diminish or weaken over time. MSG

Jer 31:15 Thus says the Lord: A voice is heard in Ramah, lamentation and bitter weeping. Rachel is weeping for her children; she refuses to be comforted for her children, because they are no more

16 Thus says the Lord: Restrain your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears, for your work shall be rewarded, says the Lord; and [your children] shall return from the enemy’s land.

17 And there is hope for your future, says the Lord; your children shall come back to their own country.  AMP     VIDEO FAITH LIKE POTATOES 22

Rom 5:5 Such hope never disappoints or deludes or shames us, for God’s love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit Who has been given to us.

AMP    ↕↕↕

Rom 5:5 In alert expectancy such as this, we’re never left feeling shortchanged. Quite the contrary — we can’t round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives through the Holy Spirit!

Rom 8:20 For the creation (nature) was subjected to frailty (to futility, condemned to frustration), not because of some intentional fault on its part, but by the will of Him Who so subjected it — [yet] with the hope

21 That nature (creation) itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and corruption [and gain an entrance] into the glorious freedom of God’s children.

22 We know that the whole creation [of irrational creatures] has been moaning together in the pains of labor until now.

23 And not only the creation, but we ourselves too, who have and enjoy the firstfruits of the [Holy] Spirit [a foretaste of the blissful things to come] groan inwardly as we wait for the redemption of our bodies [from sensuality and the grave, which will reveal] our adoption (our manifestation as God’s sons).

24 For in [this] hope we were saved. But hope [the object of] which is seen is not hope. For how can one hope for what he already sees?

25 But if we hope for what is still unseen by us, we wait for it with patience and composure.  AMP

↕↕↕

Rom 8:20 Everything in creation is being more or less held back. God reins it in

21 until both creation and all the creatures are ready and can be released at the same moment into the glorious times ahead. Meanwhile, the joyful anticipation deepens.

22 All around us we observe a pregnant creation. The difficult times of pain throughout the world are simply birth pangs. But it’s not only around us; it’s within us. The Spirit of God is arousing us within. We’re also feeling the birth pangs.

23 These sterile and barren bodies of ours are yearning for full deliverance.

24 That is why waiting does not diminish us, any more than waiting diminishes a pregnant mother. We are enlarged in the waiting. We, of course, don’t see what is enlarging us.

25 But the longer we wait, the larger we become, and the more joyful our expectancy.   MSG

Gal 5:5 For we, [not relying on the Law but] through the [Holy] Spirit’s [help], by faith anticipate and wait for the blessing and good for which our righteousness and right standing with God [our conformity to His will in purpose, thought, and action, causes us] to hope.  AMP

Titus 1:2 [Resting] in the hope of eternal life, [life] which the ever truthful God Who cannot deceive promised before the world or the ages of time began. AMP

↕↕↕

Titus 1:2 My aim is to raise hopes by pointing the way to life without end. This is the life God promised long ago — and he doesn’t break promises! MSG

Heb 2:13 And again He says, My trust and assured reliance and confident hope shall be fixed in Him. And yet again, Here I am, I and the children whom God has given Me.    AMP

Heb 6:18 God can’t break his word. And because his word cannot change, the promise is likewise unchangeable. We who have run for our very lives to God have every reason to grab the promised hope with both hands and never let go.

19 It’s an unbreakable spiritual lifeline, reaching past all appearances right to the very presence of God

20 where Jesus, running on ahead of us, has taken up his permanent post as high priest for us, in the order of Melchizedek. MSG

Ps 27:14 Wait and hope for and expect the Lord; be brave and of good courage and let your heart be stout and enduring. Yes, wait for and hope for and expect the Lord. AMP

Ps 62:5 God, the one and only — I’ll wait as long as he says. Everything I hope for comes from him, so why not?

6 He’s solid rock under my feet, breathing room for my soul, An impregnable castle:

I’m set for life.

7 My help and glory are in God — granite-strength and safe-harbor-God —

8 So trust him absolutely, people; lay your lives on the line for him. God is a safe place to be. MSG

Hos 2:15  I’ll give her bouquets of roses. I’ll turn Heartbreak Valley into Acres of Hope. She’ll respond like she did as a young girl, those days when she was fresh out of Egypt. MSG

2 Cor 1:10  [For it is He] Who rescued and saved us from such a perilous death, and He will still rescue and save us; in and on Him we have set our hope (our joyful and confident expectation) that He will again deliver us [from danger and destruction and draw us to Himself],  AMP

Isa 40:31 But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired. AMP

SPEAK HOPE

1 Thes. 5:11  So speak encouraging words to one another. Build up hope so you’ll all be together in this, no one left out, no one left behind. I know you’re already doing this; just keep on doing it.

Acts 15:32 Judas and Silas, good preachers both of them, strengthened their new friends with many words of courage and hope.

Acts 20:2 Traveling through the country, passing from one gathering to another, he gave constant encouragement, lifting their spirits and charging them with fresh hope. Then he came to Greece

1 Thess 5:8 But we belong to the day; therefore, let us be sober and put on the breastplate (corslet) of faith and love and for a helmet the hope of salvation.

9 For God has not appointed us to [incur His] wrath [He did not select us to condemn us], but [that we might] obtain [His] salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah)

10 Who died for us so that whether we are still alive or are dead [at Christ’s appearing], we might live together with Him and share His life.   AMP

1 Sam 2:8 He puts poor people on their feet again; he rekindles burned-out lives with fresh hope, Restoring dignity and respect to their lives —  a place in the sun! For the very structures of earth are GOD’s; he has laid out his operations on a firm foundation.

Rom 15:13  Oh! May the God of green hope fill you up with joy, fill you up with peace, so that your believing lives, filled with the life-giving energy of the Holy Spirit, will brim over with hope! MSG
