Matt 22:37 Jesus said, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence.’

38 This is the most important, the first on any list.

39 But there is a second to set alongside it: ‘Love others as well as you love yourself.’

40 These two commands are pegs; everything in God’s Law and the Prophets hangs from them.”  MSG

Heart -nothing comparing to him, Love is ready to give up, step out or suffer anything.

Soul- all our  life. Ready to serve Him with advantages as well as ready to give our life away if needed

Strength- all the power of your body to the service of God.

Mind- all intellect  to know Gods holy will.

This is the 1st comment engraved on our very nature

 

Col 1:13 [The Father] has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,

AMP   LOVE IS THE CURRENCY OF THE KINGDOM. SPEND IT.

 

Gal 5:14 For everything we know about God’s Word is summed up in a single sentence: Love others as you love yourself. That’s an act of true freedom. MSG

 

Matt 5:43 “You’re familiar with the old written law, ‘Love your friend,’ and its unwritten companion, ‘Hate your enemy.’

44 I’m challenging that. I’m telling you to love your enemies. Let them bring out the best in you, not the worst. When someone gives you a hard time, respond with the energies of prayer,

45 for then you are working out of your true selves, your God-created selves. This is what God does. He gives his best — the sun to warm and the rain to nourish — to everyone, regardless: the good and bad, the nice and nasty.

46 If all you do is love the lovable, do you expect a bonus? Anybody can do that. MSG

 

John 13:34 I give you a new commandment: that you should love one another. Just as I have loved you, so you too should love one another.

35 By this shall all [men] know that you are My disciples, if you love one another [if you keep on showing love among yourselves].  AMP

John 13:34  “Let me give you a new command: Love one another. In the same way I loved you, you love one another.

35 This is how everyone will recognize that you are my disciples — when they see the love you have for each other.” MSG

John 14:15  “If you love me, show it by doing what I’ve told you. MSG

 

John 14:21 The person who has My commands and keeps them is the one who [really] loves Me; and whoever [really] loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I [too] will love him and will show (reveal, manifest) Myself to him. [I will let Myself be clearly seen by him and make Myself real to him.]  AMP

John 14:21  “The person who knows my commandments and keeps them, that’s who loves me. And the person who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and make myself plain to him.” MSG

 

John 15:9  “I’ve loved you the way my Father has loved me. Make yourselves at home in my love.

10 If you keep my commands, you’ll remain intimately at home in my love. That’s what I’ve done — kept my Father’s commands and made myself at home in his love.

11 “I’ve told you these things for a purpose: that my joy might be your joy, and your joy wholly mature.

12 This is my command: Love one another the way I loved you.  MSG

 

John 15:13  No one has greater love [no one has shown stronger affection] than to lay down (give up) his own life for his friends.  AMP

John 15:13  This is the very best way to love. Put your life on the line for your friends.   MSG

 

Rom 5:8 But God put his love on the line for us by offering his Son in sacrificial death while we were of no use whatever to him. MSG

 

Rom 5:5 Such hope never disappoints or deludes or shames us, for God’s love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit Who has been given to us.

Rom 8:28 That’s why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good. MSG

 

Rom 8:35  wedge between us and Christ’s love for us? There is no way! Not trouble, not hard times, not hatred, not hunger, not homelessness, not bullying threats, not backstabbing, not even the worst sins listed in Scripture:

36 They kill us in cold blood because they hate you. We’re sitting ducks; they pick us off one by one.

37 None of this fazes us because Jesus loves us.

38 I’m absolutely convinced that nothing — nothing living or dead, angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow,

39 high or low, thinkable or unthinkable — absolutely nothing can get between us and God’s love because of the way that Jesus our Master has embraced us. MSG

 

1 Cor 13:2  And if I have prophetic powers (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), and understand all the secret truths and mysteries and possess all knowledge, and if I have [sufficient] faith so that I can remove mountains, but have not love (God’s love in me) I am nothing (a useless nobody).

3 Even if I dole out all that I have [to the poor in providing] food, and if I surrender my body to be burned or  in order that I may glory, but have not love (God’s love in me), I gain nothing.

4 Love endures long and is patient and kind; love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily.

5 It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God’s love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong].

6  It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail.

7 Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening].

8 Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), it will be fulfilled and pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed and cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away [it will lose its value and be superseded by truth].  AMP

1 Cor 13:2 If I speak God’s Word with power, revealing all his mysteries and making everything plain as day, and if I have faith that says to a mountain, “Jump,” and it jumps, but I don’t love, I’m nothing.

3 If I give everything I own to the poor and even go to the stake to be burned as a martyr, but I don’t love, I’ve gotten nowhere. So, no matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do, I’m bankrupt without love.

4 Love never gives up. Love cares more for others than for self. Love doesn’t want what it doesn’t have. Love doesn’t strut, Doesn’t have a swelled head,

5 Doesn’t force itself on others, Isn’t always “me first,” Doesn’t fly off the handle, Doesn’t keep score of the sins of others,

6 Doesn’t revel when others grovel, Takes pleasure in the flowering of truth,

7 Puts up with anything, Trusts God always, Always looks for the best, Never looks back, But keeps going to the end.

8 Love never dies. Inspired speech will be over some day; praying in tongues will end; understanding will reach its limit.

 

1 Tim 1:5 The whole point of what we’re urging is simply love — love uncontaminated by self-interest and counterfeit faith, a life open to God. MSG

 

2 Cor 5:14  For the love of Christ controls and urges and impels us, because we are of the opinion and conviction that [if] One died for all, then all died;  AMP

VIDEO THAT’S REAL LOVE

 

Eph 1:4 Even as [in His love] He chose us [actually picked us out for Himself as His own] in Christ before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy (consecrated and set apart for Him) and blameless in His sight, even above reproach, before Him in love.  AMP

Eph 1:4 Long before he laid down earth’s foundations, he had us in mind, had settled on us as the focus of his love, to be made whole and holy by his love. MSG

 

Eph 3:17 May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love,

18 That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God’s devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it];

19 [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!  AMP

Eph 3:17 that Christ will live in you as you open the door and invite him in. And I ask him that with both feet planted firmly on love,

18 you’ll be able to take in with all Christians the extravagant dimensions of Christ’s love. Reach out and experience the breadth! Test its length! Plumb the depths! Rise to the heights!

19 Live full lives, full in the fullness of God. MSG

Eph 2:4 But God — so rich is He in His mercy! Because of and in order to satisfy the great and wonderful and intense love with which He loved us,

5 Even when we were dead (slain) by [our own] shortcomings and trespasses, He made us alive together in fellowship and in union with Christ; [He gave us the very life of Christ Himself, the same new life with which He quickened Him, for] it is by grace (His favor and mercy which you did not deserve) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation).  AMP

 

Eph 5:2  And walk in love, [esteeming and delighting in one another] as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us, a slain offering and sacrifice to God [for you, so that it became] a sweet fragrance.   AMP

Eph 5:2 Mostly what God does is love you. Keep company with him and learn a life of love. Observe how Christ loved us. His love was not cautious but extravagant. He didn’t love in order to get something from us but to give everything of himself to us. Love like that. MSG

 

Phil 2:1 If you’ve gotten anything at all out of following Christ, if his love has made any difference in your life, if being in a community of the Spirit means anything to you, if you have a heart, if you care —

2 then do me a favor: Agree with each other, love each other, be deep-spirited friends.

3 Don’t push your way to the front; don’t sweet-talk your way to the top. Put yourself aside, and help others get ahead.

4 Don’t be obsessed with getting your own advantage. Forget yourselves long enough to lend a helping hand. MSG

 

Col 3:14 And regardless of what else you put on, wear love. It’s your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it. MSG

 

1 Thess 4:9 Regarding life together and getting along with each other, you don’t need me to tell you what to do. You’re God-taught in these matters. Just love one another!

Heb 13:1 LET LOVE for your fellow believers continue and be a fixed practice with you [never let it fail]. AMP

 

1 John 3:14 We know that we have passed over out of death into Life by the fact that we love the brethren (our fellow Christians). He who does not love abides (remains, is held and kept continually) in [spiritual] death. AMP

1 John 3:14 The way we know we’ve been transferred from death to life is that we love our brothers and sisters. Anyone who doesn’t love is as good as dead. MSG

 

1 John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is (springs) from God; and he who loves [his fellowmen] is begotten (born) of God and is coming [progressively] to know and understand God [to perceive and recognize and get a better and clearer knowledge of Him].  AMP

 

1 John 4:16  We know it so well, we’ve embraced it heart and soul, this love that comes from God. To Love, to Be Loved

God is love. When we take up permanent residence in a life of love, we live in God and God lives in us.

17 This way, love has the run of the house, becomes at home and mature in us, so that we’re free of worry on Judgment Day — our standing in the world is identical with Christ’s.

18 There is no room in love for fear. Well-formed love banishes fear. Since fear is crippling, a fearful life — fear of death, fear of judgment — is one not yet fully formed in love.

19 We, though, are going to love — love and be loved. First we were loved, now we love. He loved us first.

20 If anyone boasts, “I love God,” and goes right on hating his brother or sister, thinking nothing of it, he is a liar. If he won’t love the person he can see, how can he love the God he can’t see?

21 The command we have from Christ is blunt: Loving God includes loving people. You’ve got to love both.

2 Cor 2:8  My counsel now is to pour on the love.

 

2 Cor 8:24  Show them what you’re made of, the love I’ve been talking up in the churches. Let them see it for themselves! MSG

 

2 Cor 5:14Christ’s love has moved me to such extremes. His love has the first and last word in everything we do. A New Life Our firm decision is to work from this focused center: One man died for everyone. That puts everyone in the same boat. MSG
