1 Thess 5:1 BUT AS to the suitable times and the precise seasons and dates, brethren, you have no necessity for anything being written to you.

2 For you yourselves know perfectly well that the day of the [return of the] Lord will come [as unexpectedly and suddenly] as a thief in the night.

3 When people are saying, All is well and secure, and, There is peace and safety, then in a moment unforeseen destruction (ruin and death) will come upon them as suddenly as labor pains come upon a woman with child; and they shall by no means escape, for there will be no escape.

4 But you are not in [given up to the power of] darkness, brethren, for that day to overtake you by surprise like a thief.

5 For you are all sons of light and sons of the day; we do not belong either to the night or to darkness. AMP

↓↓↓

1 Thess 5:1-6 Now, beloved brothers and sisters, concerning the question of God’s precise times and specific seasons,[a] you don’t need me to write anything to you. For you already know quite well that the day of the Lord[b] will come unexpectedly and as a complete surprise.[c] For while some are saying, “Finally we have peace and security,” sudden destruction will arrive at their doorstep, like labor pains seizing a pregnant woman—and with no chance of escape!

But you, beloved brothers and sisters, are not living in the dark, allowing that day to creep up on you like a thief coming to steal. For you are all children of the light and children of the day. We don’t belong to the night nor to darkness.  Passion

Isa 45:8 Let fall in showers, you heavens, from above, and let the skies rain down righteousness [the pure, spiritual, heaven-born possibilities that have their foundation in the holy being of God]; let the earth open, and let them [skies and earth] sprout forth salvation, and let righteousness germinate and spring up [as plants do] together; I the Lord have created it. AMP

Luke 5:35 But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them; and then they will fast in those days.

36 He told them a proverb also: No one puts a patch from a new garment on an old garment; if he does, he will both tear the new one, and the patch from the new [one] will not match the old [garment].

37 And no one pours new wine into old wineskins; if he does, the fresh wine will burst the skins and it will be spilled and the skins will be ruined (destroyed).

38 But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins. AMP

Luke 5:35-38 But when the Bridegroom is taken away from them, then you will see them fasting.”

37 And who pours new wine into an old wineskin? If someone did, the old wineskin would burst and the new wine would be lost.

38 New wine must always be poured into new wineskins.[a] Passion

11 This miracle in Cana was the first of the many extraordinary miracles Jesus performed in Galilee. This was a sign revealing his glory, and his disciples believed in him. Passion

Gal 4:9 But now that you know the real God — or rather since God knows you — how can you possibly subject yourselves again to those paper tigers?

↓↓↓

Gal 4:9-10 But now that we truly know him and understand how deeply we’re loved by him, why would we, even for a moment, consider turning back to those weak and feeble principles of religion, as though we were still subject to them?

10 Why would we want to go backwards into the bondage of religion—scrupulously observing rituals like special days,[a] celebrations of the new moon, annual festivals, and sacred years? Passion
