WAVES OF GLORY 1-26-18 VIDEO GLORY FROM PRESENCE

GLORY-that which belongs to God, the kingly majesty which belongs to him as the supreme ruler. The majesty in the sense of the absolute perfection of the deity: Also the majesty which belongs to Christ. The kingly majesty of the Messiah, to which belongs his kingly state, It is the absolutely perfect inward or personal excellence of Christ:   A condition with God the Father in heaven to which Christ was raised after he had achieved his work on earth. It is the glorious condition of blessedness into which it is appointed and promised that true Christians shall enter. It was exhibited in the character and acts of Christ in the days of His flesh. His grace and His power were manifested, and these constituted His “glory.

Matt 16:27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. KJV

Luke 13:17 Even as He said this, all His opponents were put to shame, and all the people were rejoicing over all the glorious things that were being done by Him. AMP

John 11:40 Jesus looked at her and said, “Didn’t I tell you that if you will believe in me, you will see God unveil his power?” Passion

John 11:12 The disciples answered, Lord, if he is sleeping, he will recover.

13 However, Jesus had spoken of his death, but they thought that He referred to falling into a refreshing and natural sleep.

14 So then Jesus told them plainly, Lazarus is dead,

15 And for your sake I am glad that I was not there; it will help you to believe (to trust and rely on Me). However, let us go to him. AMP

John 11:21 Martha said to Jesus, “My Lord, if only you had come sooner, my brother wouldn’t have died.

22 But I know that if you were to ask God for anything, he would do it for you.”

23 Jesus told her, “Your brother will rise and live.”

24 She replied, “Yes, I know he will rise with everyone else on resurrection day.”[a]

25 “Martha,” Jesus said, You don’t have to wait until then. I am[b] the Resurrection,[c] and I am Life Eternal. Anyone who clings to me in faith, even though he dies, will live forever.

26 And the one who lives by believing in me will never die.[d] Do you believe this?”[e]

27 Then Martha replied, “Yes, Lord, I do! I’ve always believed that you are the Anointed One, the Son of God who has come into the world for us!” Passion

John 11:41 So they took away the stone. And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, Father, I thank You that You have heard Me.

42 Yes, I know You always hear and listen to Me, but I have said this on account of and for the benefit of the people standing around, so that they may believe that You did send Me [that You have made Me Your Messenger].

43 When He had said this, He shouted with a loud voice, Lazarus, come out!

44 And out walked the man who had been dead, his hands and feet wrapped in burial cloths (linen strips), and with a [burial] napkin bound around his face. Jesus said to them, Free him of the burial wrappings and let him go. AMP

Mark 16:3 They worried out loud to each other, “Who will roll back the stone from the tomb for us?”

4 Then they looked up, saw that it had been rolled back — it was a huge stone — and walked right in.

5 They saw a young man sitting on the right side, dressed all in white. They were completely taken aback, astonished.

6 He said, “Don’t be afraid. I know you’re looking for Jesus the Nazarene, the One they nailed on the cross. He’s been raised up; he’s here no longer. You can see for yourselves that the place is empty.

7 Now — on your way. Tell his disciples and Peter that he is going on ahead of you to Galilee. You’ll see him there, exactly as he said.”

8 They got out as fast as they could, beside themselves, their heads swimming. Stunned, they said nothing to anyone. MSG

Ps 65:5 You answer our prayers with amazing wonders and with awe-inspiring displays of power. You are the righteous God who helps us like a father. Everyone everywhere looks to you, for you are the confidence of all the earth, even to the farthest islands of the sea. Passion

Ps 66:1 All together now — applause for God!

2 Sing songs to the tune of his glory, set glory to the rhythms of his praise.

3 Say of God, “We’ve never seen anything like him!” When your enemies see you in action, they slink off like scolded dogs.

4 The whole earth falls to its knees — it worships you, sings to you, can’t stop enjoying your name and fame.

5 Take a good look at God’s wonders — they’ll take your breath away. MSG

Ps 72:19 Blessed always his blazing glory! All earth brims with his glory.

20 Yes and Yes and Yes. MSG

Ps 145:5 On the glorious splendor of Your majesty and on Your wondrous works I will meditate.

6 Men shall speak of the might of Your tremendous and terrible acts, and I will declare Your greatness.

7 They shall pour forth [like a fountain] the fame of Your great and abundant goodness and shall sing aloud of Your rightness and justice. AMP

Rom 6:4 We were buried therefore with Him by the baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious [power] of the Father, so we too might [habitually] live and behave in newness of life. AMP   ↓↓↓

Rom 6:4 Sharing in his death by our baptism means that we were co-buried and entombed with him, so that when the Father’s glory raised Christ from the dead, we were also raised with him. We have been co-resurrected with him so that we could be empowered to walk in the freshness of new life. Passion

Rom 8:21 That nature (creation) itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and corruption [and gain an entrance] into the glorious freedom of God’s children. AMP

1 Cor 15:42 This image of planting a dead seed and raising a live plant is a mere sketch at best, but perhaps it will help in approaching the mystery of the resurrection body — but only if you keep in mind that when we’re raised, we’re raised for good, alive forever!

43 The corpse that’s planted is no beauty, but when it’s raised, it’s glorious. Put in the ground weak, it comes up powerful.

44 The seed sown is natural; the seed grown is supernatural — same seed, same body, but what a difference from when it goes down in physical mortality to when it is raised up in spiritual immortality!

45 We follow this sequence in Scripture: The First Adam received life, the Last Adam is a life-giving Spirit.

46 Physical life comes first, then spiritual —

47 a firm base shaped from the earth, a final completion coming out of heaven. 48 The First Man was made out of earth, and people since then are earthy; the Second Man was made out of heaven, and people now can be heavenly. MSG

Hag 2:9 “‘This Temple is going to end up far better than it started out, a glorious beginning but an even more glorious finish: a place in which I will hand out wholeness and holiness.’ Decree of God-of-the-Angel-Armies.” MSG

2 Cor 3:18 And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit. AMP

2 Cor 3:18 can all draw close to him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus.[a] We are being transfigured[b] into his very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another.[c] And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. Passion

Eph 1:18 your eyes focused and clear, so that you can see exactly what it is he is calling you to do, grasp the immensity of this glorious way of life he has for Christians,

19 oh, the utter extravagance of his work in us who trust him — endless energy, boundless strength!

20 All this energy issues from Christ: God raised him from death and set him on a throne in deep heaven,

21 in charge of running the universe, everything from galaxies to governments, no name and no power exempt from his rule. And not just for the time being, but forever. MSG

Eph 1:18  I pray that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination,[a] flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of his calling[b]—that is, the wealth of God’s glorious inheritances that he finds in us, his holy ones!

19 I pray that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God’s power made available to you through faith. Then your lives will be an advertisement of this immense power as it works through you! This is the mighty power

20 that was released when God raised Christ from the dead and exalted him[c] to the place of highest honor and supreme authority[d] in the heavenly realm!

21 And now he is exalted as first above every ruler, authority, government, and realm of power in existence! He is gloriously enthroned over every name that is ever praised,[e] not only in this age,[f] but in the age that is coming. Passion

Eph 5:27 All that he does in us is designed to make us a mature church for his pleasure, until we become a source of praise to him—glorious and radiant,[a] beautiful and holy, without fault or flaw. Passion

Eph 1:14 This signet from God is the first installment on what’s coming, a reminder that we’ll get everything God has planned for us, a praising and glorious life. MSG

Eph 1:11 It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, MSG

1 Cor 3:17 No one will get by with vandalizing God’s temple, you can be sure of that. God’s temple is sacred — and you, remember, are the temple. MSG

Rom 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. KJV

Rom 8:18 [But what of that?] For I consider that the sufferings of this present time (this present life) are not worth being compared with the glory that is about to be revealed to us and in us and for us and conferred on us! AMP

1 Peter 5:10 The suffering won’t last forever. It won’t be long before this generous God who has great plans for us in Christ — eternal and glorious plans they are! — will have you put together and on your feet for good.

11 He gets the last word; yes, he does. MSG
