exceeding great promises

EXCEEDING GREAT PROMISE 7-28-18 VIDEO PROMISE HOLY SPIRIT 2

A promise – it is a commitment by someone to do or give something. A promise is a declaration of or from someone to be for filled by them. Promise – means to say in advance causing expectation. Paul spoke about the Holy Spirit. He taught believers that they were to be sealed with the promise of the third person of the Godhead. The sacrifice of Jesus guaranteeing our promise. of the Holy Spirit. God declared his promise to Jesus, to be received by us who believe. We have inherited every promise All the promises of David were for filled in Christ. We are united to God the father the Son and Holy Spirit so that we could have on earth as it is in heaven.

2 PET 1:4 As a result of this, he has given you magnificent promises that are beyond all price, so that through the power of these tremendous promises you can experience partnership with the divine nature, by which you have escaped the corrupt desires that are of the world. TPT

Heb 8:6  But now Jesus the Messiah has accepted a priestly ministry which far surpasses theirs, since he is the catalyst of a better covenant which contains far more wonderful promises! TPT

Heb 10:23 So let us seize and hold fast and retain without wavering the hope we cherish and confess and our acknowledgement of it, for He Who promised is reliable (sure) and faithful to His word. AMP

↓↓↓

HEB 10:23 So now we must cling tightly to the hope that lives within us, knowing that God always keeps his promises TPT

Ps 12:16 For every word God speaks is sure and every promise pure. His truth is tested, found to be flawless, and ever faithful. It’s as pure as silver refined seven times in a crucible of clay TPT

Heb 10:36 But you need to stick it out, staying with God’s plan so you’ll be there for the promised completion. MSG

↓↓↓

HEB 10:36 You need the strength of endurance to reveal the poetry of God’s will and then you receive the promise in full. TPT

2 Cor 1:19 When Silas and Timothy and I proclaimed the Son of God among you, did you pick up on any yes-and-no, on-again, off-again waffling? Wasn’t it a clean, strong Yes?

20 Whatever God has promised gets stamped with the Yes of Jesus. In him, this is what we preach and pray, the great Amen, God’s Yes and our Yes together, gloriously evident. MSG

↓↓↓

2 COR 1:19  Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and he is the one whom Timothy, Silas, and I have preached to you—and he has never been both a “yes” and a “no.” He has always been and always will be for us a resounding “YES!”

20 For all of God’s promises find their “yes” of fulfillment in him. And as his “yes” and our “amen” ascend to God, we bring him glory! TPT

Acts 20:32 “Now I’m turning you over to God, our marvelous God whose gracious Word can make you into what he wants you to be and give you everything you could possibly need in this community of holy friends. MSG

↓↓↓

ACTS 20:32 “And so now, I entrust you into God’s hands and the message of his grace, which is all that you need to become strong. All of God’s blessings are imparted through the message of his grace, which he provides as the spiritual inheritance given to all of his holy ones. TPT

ABE Gal 3:16 Now the promises (covenants, agreements) were decreed and made to Abraham and his Seed (his Offspring, his Heir). He [God] does not say, And to seeds (descendants, heirs), as if referring to many persons, but, And to your Seed (your Descendant, your Heir), obviously referring to one individual, Who is [none other than] Christ (the Messiah). AMP

↓↓↓

GAL 3:16 Remember the royal proclamation God spoke over Abraham and to Abraham’s child? God said that his promises were made to pass on to Abraham’s “Child,” not children. And who is this “Child?” It’s the Son of promise, Jesus, the anointed Messiah! TPT

Rom 4:17 As it is written, I have made you the father of many nations. [He was appointed our father] in the sight of God in Whom he believed, Who gives life to the dead and speaks of the nonexistent things that [He has foretold and promised] as if they [already] existed.

18 [For Abraham, human reason for] hope being gone, hoped in faith that he should become the father of many nations, as he had been promised, So [numberless] shall your descendants be. AMP

↓↓↓

RO 4:17  That’s what the Scripture means when it says: “I have made you the father of many nations.” He is our example and father, for in God’s presence he believed that God can raise the dead and call into being things that don’t even exist yet.

18 Against all odds, when it looked hopeless, Abraham believed the promise and expected God to fulfill it. He took God at his word, and as a result he became the father of many nations. God’s declaration over him came to pass:

“Your descendants will be so many that they will be impossible to count!” TPT

Rom 4:20 No unbelief or distrust made him waver (doubtingly question) concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong and was empowered by faith as he gave praise and glory to God,

21 Fully satisfied and assured that God was able and mighty to keep His word and to do what He had promised.

22 That is why his faith was credited to him as righteousness (right standing with God).

23 But [the words], It was credited to him, were written not for his sake alone,

24 But [they were written] for our sakes too. [Righteousness, standing acceptable to God] will be granted and credited to us also who believe in (trust in, adhere to, and rely on) God, Who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead, AMP

↓↓↓

RO 4:20 He never stopped believing God’s promise, for he was made strong in his faith to father a child. And because he was mighty in faith and convinced that God had all the power needed to fulfill his promises, Abraham glorified God!

22 So now you can see why Abraham’s faith was credited to his account as righteousness before God.

23 And this declaration was not just spoken over Abraham,

24 but also over us. For when we believe and embrace the one who brought our Lord Jesus back to life, perfect righteousness will be credited to our account as well. TPT

Heb 6:15 And so it was that he [Abraham], having waited long and endured patiently, realized and obtained [in the birth of Isaac as a pledge of what was to come] what God had promised him. AMP

Galatians 4:28 Dear friends, just like Isaac, we’re now the true children who inherit the kingdom promises. TPT

Acts 2:39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

Eph 1:13 In Him you also who have heard the Word of Truth, the glad tidings (Gospel) of your salvation, and have believed in and adhered to and relied on Him, were stamped with the seal of the long-promised Holy Spirit.

14 That [Spirit] is the guarantee of our inheritance [the firstfruits, the pledge and foretaste, the down payment on our heritage], in anticipation of its full redemption and our acquiring [complete] possession of it — to the praise of His glory. AMP

↓↓↓

Eph 1:13 And because of him, when you who are not Jews heard the revelation of truth, you believed in the wonderful news of salvation. Now we have been stamped with the seal of the promised Holy Spirit. TPT

Ezek 36:27 I’ll put my Spirit in you and make it possible for you to do what I tell you and live by my commands. MSG

Acts 2:18 Yes, and on My menservants also and on My maidservants in those days I will pour out of My Spirit, and they shall prophesy [telling forth the divine counsels and predicting future events pertaining especially to God’s kingdom]. AMP

GAL 3:22 But the Scriptures make it clear that since we were all under the power of sin, we needed Jesus! And he is the Savior who brings the promise to those who believe. TPT

Heb 11:38 [Men] of whom the world was not worthy — roaming over the desolate places and the mountains, and [living] in caves and caverns and holes of the earth.

39 And all of these, though they won divine approval by [means of] their faith, did not receive the fulfillment of what was promised,

40 Because God had us in mind and had something better and greater in view for us, so that they [these heroes and heroines of faith] should not come to perfection apart from us [before we could join them]. AMP

1 John 2:25 And this is what He Himself has promised us — the life, the eternal [life]. AMP

↓↓↓

1 John 2:25 This is exactly what Christ promised: eternal life, real life! MSG

BLOOD COL 1:20  And by the blood of his cross, everything in heaven and earth is brought back to himself—back to its original intent, restored to innocence again! TPT

Heb 9:12 He went once for all into the [Holy of] Holies [of heaven], not by virtue of the blood of goats and calves [by which to make reconciliation between God and man], but His own blood, having found and secured a complete redemption (an everlasting release for us). AMP

↓↓↓

HEB 9:12 And he has entered once and forever into the Holiest Sanctuary of All, not with the blood of animal sacrifices, but the sacred blood of his own sacrifice. And he alone has made our salvation secure forever! TPT

HEB 11:29 Faith opened the way for the Hebrews to cross the Red Sea as if on dry land, but when the Egyptians tried to cross they were swallowed up and drowned! TPT

Rev 1:18 And the Ever-living One [I am living in the eternity of the eternities]. I died, but see, I am alive forevermore; and I possess the keys of death and Hades (the realm of the dead). AMP

↓↓↓

Rev 1:18 I’m Alive. I died, but I came to life, and my life is now forever. See these keys in my hand? They open and lock Death’s doors, they open and lock Hell’s gates. MSG

Matt 16:19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind (declare to be improper and unlawful) on earth must be what is already bound in heaven; and whatever you loose (declare lawful) on earth must be what is already loosed in heaven. AMP

↓↓↓

Matt 16:19 “And that’s not all. You will have complete and free access to God’s kingdom, keys to open any and every door: no more barriers between heaven and earth, earth and heaven. A yes on earth is yes in heaven. A no on earth is no in heaven.”   MSG

BREAKING OUT

BREAKING OUT, SET FREE OF BONDAGE 7-27-18 VIDEO BIRD CAGE

A snare is anything made to entangle something. A noose, to have a trap set, luring into a cage. Any sort of entanglement.
There is a vision of the Holy Spirit showing the church for this hour in our history. The vision is that we are freed from a cage like a bird set free so are my people.
God set the Israelites free from their slavery bondage. We are set free from sin by sacrifice of Jesus.
The body of Christ has been confined inside the church walls. But now we are both coming out of our hidden places and standing as a beacon of light to the whole world.

FREE-Free from ourselves (ultimate freedom) free from insecurities, fears, worries, sickness, generational curses, personal quirks, fee to belong to God and Him alone- free from our own keeping.

Ps 124:7 We are like a bird escaped from the snare of the fowlers; the snare is broken, and we have escaped!

8 Our help is in the name of the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. AMP

↓↓↓

Ps 124:7 We’ve flown free from their fangs, free of their traps, free as a bird.

Their grip is broken; we’re free as a bird in flight.

8 God’s strong name is our help, the same God who made heaven and earth.

MSG   ↓↓↓

Ps 124: 7 We are free from the hunter’s trap; their snare is broken and we have escaped!
For the same God who made everything, our Creator and our mighty maker, he himself is our helper and defender! TPT

Ps 91:3 That’s right — he rescues you from hidden traps, shields you from deadly hazards.

4 His huge outstretched arms protect you — under them you’re perfectly safe;

his arms fend off all harm. MSG

↓↓↓

PS 91:3 He will rescue you from every hidden trap of the enemy, and he will protect you from false accusation and any deadly curse.
His massive arms are wrapped around you, protecting you. You can run under his covering of majesty and hide. His arms of faithfulness are a shield keeping you from harm. TPT

Luke 13:11 There was a woman present, so twisted and bent over with arthritis that she couldn’t even look up. She had been afflicted with this for eighteen years.

12 When Jesus saw her, he called her over. “Woman, you’re free!”   MSG

Rom 8:15 For [the Spirit which] you have now received [is] not a spirit of slavery to put you once more in bondage to fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption [the Spirit producing sonship] in [the bliss of] which we cry, Abba (Father)! Father! AMP

↓↓↓

Rom 8:15 This resurrection life you received from God is not a timid, grave-tending life. It’s adventurously expectant, greeting God with a childlike “What’s next, Papa?” MSG

↓↓↓

RO 8:15 And you did not receive the “spirit of religious duty,” leading you back into the fear of never being good enough. But you have received the “Spirit of full acceptance,” enfolding you into the family of God. And you will never feel orphaned, for as he rises up within us, our spirits join him in saying the words of tender affection, “Beloved Father! TPT

2 Cor 3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (emancipation from bondage, freedom). AMP

↓↓↓

2 Cor 3:17 They suddenly recognize that God is a living, personal presence, not a piece of chiseled stone. And when God is personally present, a living Spirit, that old, constricting legislation is recognized as obsolete. We’re free of it!

MSG

Ex 20:2 I am God, your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of a life of slavery. MSG

Rom 6:22 But now that you’ve found you don’t have to listen to sin tell you what to do, and have discovered the delight of listening to God telling you, what a surprise! A whole, healed, put-together life right now, with more and more of life on the way!

23 Work hard for sin your whole life and your pension is death. But God’s gift is real life, eternal life, delivered by Jesus, our Master. MSG

Rom 7:6 But now that we’re no longer shackled to that domineering mate of sin, and out from under all those oppressive regulations and fine print, we’re free to live a new life in the freedom of God. MSG

↓↓↓

Ro 7:6 But now that we have been fully released from the power of the law, we are dead to what once controlled us. And our lives are no longer motivated by the obsolete way of following the written code, so that now we may serve God by living in the freshness of a new life in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Rom 8:1 With the arrival of Jesus, the Messiah, that fateful dilemma is resolved. Those who enter into Christ’s being-here-for-us no longer have to live under a continuous, low-lying black cloud. MSG

↓↓↓

Ro 8:1 So now the case is closed. There remains no accusing voice of condemnation against those who are joined in life-union with Jesus, the Anointed One. TPT

Gal 6:14 For my part, I am going to boast about nothing but the Cross of our Master, Jesus Christ. Because of that Cross, I have been crucified in relation to the world, set free from the stifling atmosphere of pleasing others and fitting into the little patterns that they dictate.

15 Can’t you see the central issue in all this? It is not what you and I do — submit to circumcision, reject circumcision. It is what God is doing, and he is creating something totally new, a free life!

16 All who walk by this standard are the true Israel of God — his chosen people. Peace and mercy on them! MSG

LIGHT The Aramaic word for “light” (noohra) is often used as a metaphor for teachings that bring enlightenment and revelation into the hearts of men.

Matt 5:14 “Here’s another way to put it: You’re here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world. God is not a secret to be kept. We’re going public with this, as public as a city on a hill.

15 If I make you light-bearers, you don’t think I’m going to hide you under a bucket, do you? I’m putting you on a light stand.

16 Now that I’ve put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand — shine! Keep open house; be generous with your lives. By opening up to others, you’ll prompt people to open up with God, this generous Father in heaven. MSG

Isa 60:1 ARISE [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you — rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you!

2 For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and dense darkness [all] peoples, but the Lord shall arise upon you [O Jerusalem], and His glory shall be seen on you.

3 And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.

AMP ↓↓↓

Isa 60:1 “Get out of bed, Jerusalem! Wake up. Put your face in the sunlight. God’s bright glory has risen for you.

2 The whole earth is wrapped in darkness, all people sunk in deep darkness,

But God rises on you, his sunrise glory breaks over you.

3 Nations will come to your light, kings to your sunburst brightness. MSG

Ps 118:27 The Lord is God, Who has shown and given us light [He has illuminated us with grace, freedom, and joy]. Decorate the festival with leafy boughs and bind the sacrifices to be offered with thick cords [all over the priest’s court, right up] to the horns of the altar. AMP

↓↓↓

Ps 118:27 God is God, he has bathed us in light. Festoon the shrine with garlands, hang colored banners above the altar! MSG

↓↓↓

PS 118:27 For the Lord our God has brought us his glory-light. I offer him my life in joyous sacrifice. Tied tightly to your altar I will bring you praise. For you are the God of my life and I lift you high, exalting you to the highest place. TPT

Isa 61:1 THE SPIRIT of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound, AMP

2 Sam 22:33 God is my strong Fortress; He guides the blameless in His way and sets him free. AMP

Ps 68:20 God is to us a God of deliverances and salvation; and to God the Lord belongs escape from death [setting us free]. AMP

Ps 118:5 Pushed to the wall, I called to God; from the wide open spaces, he answered.

6 God’s now at my side and I’m not afraid; who would dare lay a hand on me?

7 God’s my strong champion; I flick off my enemies like flies. MSG

↓↓↓

PS 118:5 Out of my deep anguish and pain I prayed, and God, you helped me as a father. You came to my rescue and broke open the way into a beautiful and broad place.
Now I know, Lord, that you are for me, and I will never fear what man can do to me.
For you stand beside me as my hero who rescues me. I’ve seen with my own eyes the defeat of my enemies. I’ve triumphed over them all! TPT

Matt 20:28 That is what the Son of Man has done: He came to serve, not be served — and then to give away his life in exchange for the many who are held hostage.”   MSG

1 Peter 2:16 [Live] as free people, [yet] without employing your freedom as a pretext for wickedness; but [live at all times] as servants of God. AMP

↓↓↓

1 Peter 2:16 Exercise your freedom by serving God, not by breaking the rules.

MSG

Gal 5:1 IN [this] freedom Christ has made us free [and completely liberated us]; stand fast then, and do not be hampered and held ensnared and submit again to a yoke of slavery [which you have once put off]. AMP↓↓↓

Gal 5:1 Christ has set us free to live a free life. So take your stand! Never again let anyone put a harness of slavery on you. MSG

↓↓↓

Gal 5:1 Let me be clear, the Anointed One has set us free—not partially, but completely and wonderfully free! We must always cherish this truth and stubbornly refuse to go back into the bondage of our past. TPT

Gal 3:13 Christ redeemed us from that self-defeating, cursed life by absorbing it completely into himself. Do you remember the Scripture that says, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”? That is what happened when Jesus was nailed to the Cross: He became a curse, and at the same time dissolved the curse.

14 And now, because of that, the air is cleared and we can see that Abraham’s blessing is present and available for non-Jews, too. We are all able to receive God’s life, his Spirit, in and with us by believing — just the way Abraham received it. MSG

↓↓↓

GAL 3:13 Yet, Christ paid the full price to set us free from the curse of the law. He absorbed it completely as he became a curse in our place. For it is written: “Everyone who is hung upon a tree is doubly cursed.”

14 Jesus, our Messiah, was cursed in our place and in so doing, dissolved the curse from our lives, so that all the blessings of Abraham can be poured out upon even non-Jewish believers. And now God gives us the promise of the wonderful Holy Spirit who lives within us when we believe in him. TPT

GAL 5:13 Beloved ones, God has called us to live a life of freedom in the Holy Spirit. But don’t view this wonderful freedom as an opportunity to set up a base of operations in the natural realm. Freedom means that we become so completely free of self-indulgence that we become servants of one another, expressing love in all we do. TPT

Isa 49:9 I tell prisoners, ‘Come on out. You’re free!’ and those huddled in fear, ‘It’s all right. It’s safe now.’ There’ll be foodstands along all the roads, picnics on all the hills — MSG

ALL THINGS

ALL THINGS 7-22-18 VIDEO SPOKEN WORD HE ROSE 2

What are all things? Everything! All things that pertain to life. All things concerning the kingdom. All things that are about us in our soul. All things about our heart. We receive all things when we come to Jesus. We have been given through Christ the ability to see all things in the future. Many prophets and kings long for it but we have received it. The Holy Spirit’s going to reveal all things for us. All things come from God to us as we have been reconciled through Christ. By inheritance to Christ who has inherited “all things“.

Matt 11:27 Jesus resumed talking to the people, but now tenderly. “The Father has given me all these things to do and say. This is a unique Father-Son operation, coming out of Father and Son intimacies and knowledge. No one knows the Son the way the Father does, nor the Father the way the Son does. But I’m not keeping it to myself; I’m ready to go over it line by line with anyone willing to listen.

28 “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest.

29 Walk with me and work with me — watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you.

30 Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.” MSG

↓↓↓

Matt 11:27 You have entrusted me with all that you are and all that you have. No one fully and intimately knows the Son except the Father. And no one fully and intimately knows the Father except the Son. But the Son is able to unveil the Father to anyone he chooses.

28 “Are you weary, carrying a heavy burden? Then come to me. I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis.

29 Simply join your life with mine. Learn my ways and you’ll discover that I’m gentle, humble, easy to please. You will find refreshment and rest in me.

30 For all that I require of you will be pleasant and easy to bear.” TPT

Lu 10:22 “Father, you have entrusted me with all that you are and all that you have. No one fully knows the Son except the Father. And no one fully knows the Father except the Son. But the Son is able to introduce and reveal the Father to anyone he chooses.” TPT

Rom 11:36 Everything comes from him; Everything happens through him;

Everything ends up in him. Always glory! Always praise! Yes. Yes. Yes. MSG

↓↓↓

Ro 11:36 And because God is the source and sustainer of everything, everything finds fulfillment in him. May all praise and honor be given to him forever! Amen! TPT

John 17:10 All [things that are] Mine are Yours, and all [things that are] Yours belong to Me; and I am glorified in (through) them. [They have done Me honor; in them My glory is achieved.]

11 And [now] I am no more in the world, but these are [still] in the world, and I am coming to You. Holy Father, keep in Your Name [in the knowledge of Yourself] those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We [are one]. AMP

John 14:26 But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you. AMP

John 16:15 Everything that the Father has is Mine. That is what I meant when I said that He [the Spirit] will take the things that are Mine and will reveal (declare, disclose, transmit) it to you. AMP

Rom 8:28 We are assured and know that [God being a partner in their labor] all things work together and are [fitting into a plan] for good to and for those who love God and are called according to [His] design and purpose. AMP

↓↓↓

Ro 8:28 So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together to fit into God’s perfect plan of bringing good into our lives, for we are his lovers who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose.

Ro 8:32 God has proved his love by giving us his greatest treasure, the gift of his Son. And since God freely offered him up as the sacrifice for us all, he certainly won’t withhold from us anything else he has to give. TPT

↓↓↓

Rom 8:32 He who did not withhold or spare [even] His own Son but gave Him up for us all, will He not also with Him freely and graciously give us all [other] things?   AMP

1 Cor 3:21 So let no one exult proudly concerning men [boasting of having this or that man as a leader], for all things are yours,

22 Whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas (Peter), or the universe or life or death, or the immediate and threatening present or the [subsequent and uncertain] future — all are yours,

23 And you are Christ’s, and Christ is God’s. AMP

↓↓↓

1 Cor 3:21 I don’t want to hear any of you bragging about yourself or anyone else. Everything is already yours as a gift —

22 Paul, Apollos, Peter, the world, life, death, the present, the future — all of it is yours,

23 and you are privileged to be in union with Christ, who is in union with God. MSG   ↓↓↓

1 Cor 3;21 So don’t be proud of your allegiance to any human leader. For actually, you already have everything! It has all been given for your benefit, 22 whether it is Paul or Apollos or Peter the Rock, or whether it’s the world or life or death, or whether it’s the present or the future—everything belongs to you! TPT

1 Cor 8:6 Yet for us there is [only] one God, the Father, Who is the Source of all things and for Whom we [have life], and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through and by Whom are all things and through and by Whom we [ourselves exist]. AMP

↓↓↓

1 Cor 8:6 They say — again, quite rightly — that there is only one God the Father, that everything comes from him, and that he wants us to live for him. Also, they say that there is only one Master — Jesus the Messiah — and that everything is for his sake, including us. Yes. It’s true. MSG

2 Cor 5:18 But all things are from God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Himself] and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation [that by word and deed we might aim to bring others into harmony with Him]. AMP

Matt 21:22 And whatever you ask for in prayer, having faith and [really] believing, you will receive. AMP

Mark 11:24 For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it]. AMP

↓↓↓

Mk 11:24 This is the reason I urge you to boldly believe for whatever you ask for in prayer—believe that you have received it and it will be yours. TPT

Rom 12:1 So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life — your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life — and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him.

2 Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you. MSG   ↓↓↓

Ro 12:1 Beloved friends, what should be our proper response to God’s marvelous mercies? I encourage you to surrender yourselves to God to be his sacred, living sacrifices. And live in holiness, experiencing all that delights his heart. For this becomes your genuine expression of worship.

2 Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in his eyes. TPT

2 Cor 6:10 immersed in tears, yet always filled with deep joy; living on handouts, yet enriching many; having nothing, having it all.

11 Dear, dear Corinthians, I can’t tell you how much I long for you to enter this wide-open, spacious life.

12 We didn’t fence you in. The smallness you feel comes from within you. Your lives aren’t small, but you’re living them in a small way.

13 I’m speaking as plainly as I can and with great affection. Open up your lives. Live openly and expansively! MSG

11 He had been around a long time and everyone was more or less in awe of him.

12 But when Philip came to town announcing the news of God’s kingdom and proclaiming the name of Jesus Christ, they forgot Simon and were baptized, becoming believers right and left!

1 Cor 6:2 Do you not know that the saints (the believers) will [one day] judge and govern the world? And if the world [itself] is to be judged and ruled by you, are you unworthy and incompetent to try [such petty matters] of the smallest courts of justice?
