THIRD DAY CHURCH by Mary Dorian 10-30-2020

ACTS 2:1-8 On the day Pentecost was being fulfilled, all the disciples were gathered in one place.

Suddenly they heard the sound of a violent blast of windrushing into the housefrom out of the heavenly realm. The roar of the wind was so overpowering it was all anyone could bear!

Then all at once a pillar of fire appeared before their eyes. It separated into tongues of fire that engulfedeach one of them.

They were all filled and equippedwith the Holy Spirit and were inspired to speak in tongues—empowered by the Spirit to speak in languages they had never learned!

Now, at that time there were Jewish worshiperswho had emigrated from many different lands to live in Jerusalem.

When the peopleof the city heard the roaring sound, crowds came running to where it was coming from, stunned over what was happening, because each one could hear the disciples speaking in his or her own language.

Bewildered, they said to one another, “Aren’t these all Galileans?

So how is it that we hear them speaking in our own languages?  TPT

2 Tim 1:6-7  And the special gift of ministry you received when I laid hands on you and prayed — keep that ablaze!

7 God doesn’t want us to be shy with his gifts, but bold and loving and sensible.  MSG

2Timothy 1:6-7 I’m writing to encourage you to fan into a flame and rekindle[a] the fire of the spiritual gift God imparted to you when I laid my hands upon you.

For God will never give you the spirit of fear, but the Holy Spirit who gives you mighty power, love, and self-control.  TPT

1 Chron 22:13 That’s what will make you successful, following the directions and doing the things that God commanded Moses for Israel. Courage! Take charge! Don’t be timid; don’t hold back.   MSG

Isa 7:13  So Isaiah told him, “Then listen to this, government of David! It’s bad enough that you make people tired with your pious, timid hypocrisies, but now you’re making God tired.

14 So the Master is going to give you a sign anyway. Watch for this: A girl who is presently a virgin will get pregnant. She’ll bear a son and name him Immanuel (God-With-Us).

15 By the time the child is twelve years old, able to make moral decisions,  MSG

Hag 2:5 ‘Put into action the word I covenanted with you when you left Egypt. I’m living and breathing among you right now. Don’t be timid. Don’t hold back.’   MSG

Rom 8:15  This resurrection life you received from God is not a timid, grave-tending life. It’s adventurously expectant, greeting God with a childlike “What’s next, Papa?”

16 God’s Spirit touches our spirits and confirms who we really are. We know who he is, and we know who we are: Father and children.

17 And we know we are going to get what’s coming to us — an unbelievable inheritance! We go through exactly what Christ goes through. If we go through the hard times with him, then we’re certainly going to go through the good times with him!  MSG

Acts 2:43 And a sense of awe (reverential fear) came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were performed through the apostles (the special messengers).

44 And all who believed (who adhered to and trusted in and relied on Jesus Christ) were united and [together] they had everything in common;

45 And they sold their possessions (both their landed property and their movable goods) and distributed the price among all, according as any had need.

46 And day after day they regularly assembled in the temple with united purpose, and in their homes they broke bread [including the Lord’s Supper]. They partook of their food with gladness and simplicity and generous hearts,

47 Constantly praising God and being in favor and goodwill with all the people; and the Lord kept adding [to their number] daily those who were being saved [from spiritual death].  AMP

▼▼▼

Acts 2:43  Everyone around was in awe — all those wonders and signs done through the apostles!

44 And all the believers lived in a wonderful harmony, holding everything in common.

45 They sold whatever they owned and pooled their resources so that each person’s need was met.

46 They followed a daily discipline of worship in the Temple followed by meals at home, every meal a celebration, exuberant and joyful,

47 as they praised God. People in general liked what they saw. Every day their number grew as God added those who were saved.  MSG

Acts 5:12  Now by the hands of the apostles (special messengers) numerous and startling signs and wonders were being performed among the people. And by common consent they all met together [at the temple] in the covered porch (walk) called Solomon’s.

13 And none of those who were not of their number dared to join and associate with them, but the people held them in high regard and praised and made much of them.

14 More and more there were being added to the Lord those who believed [those who acknowledged Jesus as their Savior and devoted themselves to Him joined and gathered with them], crowds both of men and of women,

15 So that they [even] kept carrying out the sick into the streets and placing them on couches and sleeping pads, [in the hope] that as Peter passed by, at least his shadow might fall on some of them.

16 And the people gathered also from the towns and hamlets around Jerusalem, bringing the sick and those troubled with foul spirits, and they were all cured.  AMP

▼▼▼

Acts 5:12 Through the work of the apostles, many God-signs were set up among the people, many wonderful things done. They all met regularly and in remarkable harmony on the Temple porch named after Solomon.

13 But even though people admired them a lot, outsiders were wary about joining them. 14 On the other hand, those who put their trust in the Master were added right and left, men and women both.

15 They even carried the sick out into the streets and laid them on stretchers and bedrolls, hoping they would be touched by Peter’s shadow when he walked by.

16 They came from the villages surrounding Jerusalem, throngs of them, bringing the sick and bedeviled. And they all were healed.

17 Provoked mightily by all this, the Chief Priest and those on his side, mainly the sect of Sadducees, went into action,

18 arrested the apostles, and put them in the town jail. 19 But during the night an angel of God opened the jailhouse door and led them out. MSG

2 Cor 12:12 Indeed, the signs that indicate a [genuine] apostle were performed among you fully and most patiently in miracles and wonders and mighty works.  AMP

▼▼▼

2 Cor 2:12 When I arrived in Troas to proclaim the Message of the Messiah, I found the place wide open: God had opened the door; all I had to do was walk through it.  MSG

Matt 3:11 I indeed baptize you in (with) water because of repentance [that is, because of your changing your minds for the better, heartily amending your ways, with abhorrence of your past sins]. But He Who is coming after me is mightier than I, Whose sandals I am not worthy or fit to take off or carry; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.  AMP

Luke12:49 “I have come to set the earth on fire. And how I long for every heart to be already ablaze with this fiery passion for God! TPT

Heb1:7 And about his angels he says, “I make my angels swift winds, and my ministersfiery flames.”  TPT

Heb 1:7 Regarding angels he says, The messengers are winds, the servants are tongues of fire.  MSG

Heb 12:29 For our God is a holy, devouring fire! TPT

Eph 5:27 That He might present the church to Himself in glorious splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such things [that she might be holy and faultless].  AMP

▼▼▼

Eph 5:27 All that he does in us is designed to make us a mature church for his pleasure, until we become a source of praise to him—glorious and radiant, beautiful and holy, without fault or flaw TPT

2 Peter 3:14 So, my beloved friends, with all that you have to look forward to, may you be eager to be found living pure lives when you come into his presence, without blemish and filled with peace.  TPT

Psalm 133:1-3 How truly wonderful and delightful to see brothers and sisters living together in sweet unity!
It’s as precious as the sacred scented oil flowing from the head of the high priest Aaron, dripping down upon his beard and running all the way down to the hem of his priestly robes.
This heavenly harmony can be compared to the dew dripping down from the skies upon Mount Hermon, refreshing the mountain slopes of Israel. For from this realm of sweet harmony God will release his eternal blessing, the promise of life forever! TPT

1 Cor 12:12 You can easily enough see how this kind of thing works by looking no further than your own body. Your body has many parts — limbs, organs, cells — but no matter how many parts you can name, you’re still one body. It’s exactly the same with Christ.

13 By means of his one Spirit, we all said good-bye to our partial and piecemeal lives. We each used to independently call our own shots, but then we entered into a large and integrated life in which he has the final say in everything. (This is what we proclaimed in word and action when we were baptized.) Each of us is now a part of his resurrection body, refreshed and sustained at one fountain — his Spirit — where we all come to drink. The old labels we once used to identify ourselves — labels like Jew or Greek, slave or free — are no longer useful. We need something larger, more comprehensive.

14 I want you to think about how all this makes you more significant, not less. A body isn’t just a single part blown up into something huge. It’s all the different-but-similar parts arranged and functioning together.  MSG

 ▼▼▼

1Corth 12:12-14 Just as the human body is one, though it has many parts that together form one body, so too is Christ.

13 For by one Spirit we all were immersed and mingled into one single body. And no matter our status—whether we are Jews or non-Jews, oppressed or free—we are all privileged to drink deeply of the same Holy Spirit.

14 In fact, the human body is not one single part but rather many parts mingled into one.

 TPT

Eph 2:14  The Messiah has made things up between us so that we’re now together on this, both non-Jewish outsiders and Jewish insiders. He tore down the wall we used to keep each other at a distance.  MSG

1 Chron 22:19 your part is to give yourselves, heart and soul, to praying to your God. So get moving — build the sacred house of worship to God! Then bring the Chest of the Covenant of God and all the holy furnishings for the worship of God into the sanctuary built in honor of God.”   MSG

Eph 4:11-16 filled earth with his gifts. He handed out gifts of apostle, prophet, evangelist, and pastor-teacher

12 to train Christians in skilled servant work, working within Christ’s body, the church,

13 until we’re all moving rhythmically and easily with each other, efficient and graceful in response to God’s Son, fully mature adults, fully developed within and without, fully alive like Christ.

14 No prolonged infancies among us, please. We’ll not tolerate babes in the woods, small children who are an easy mark for impostors.

15 God wants us to grow up, to know the whole truth and tell it in love — like Christ in everything. We take our lead from Christ, who is the source of everything we do.

16 He keeps us in step with each other. His very breath and blood flow through us, nourishing us so that we will grow up healthy in God, robust in love.  MSG

 ▼▼▼

Eph 4:11-16 And he has appointed some with grace to be apostles, and some with grace to be prophets, and some with grace to be evangelists, and some with grace to be pastors, and some with grace to be teachers.

12 And their calling is to nurture and prepare all the holy believers to do their own works of ministry, and as they do this they will enlarge and build up the body of Christ. 13 These grace ministries will function until we all attain oneness in the faith, until we all experience the fullness of what it means to know the Son of God, and finally we become one perfect manwith the full dimensions of spiritual maturity and fully developed in the abundance of Christ.

14 And then our immaturity will end! And we will not be easily shaken by trouble, nor led astray by novel teachings or by the false doctrines of deceiverswho teach clever lies. 15 But instead we will remain strong and always sincere in our love as we express the truth. All our direction and ministries will flow from Christ and lead us deeper into him, the anointed Head of his body, the church.

16 For his “body” has been formed in his image and is closely joined together and constantly connected as one. And every member has been given divine gifts to contribute to the growth of all; and as these gifts operate effectively throughout the whole body, we are built up and made perfect in love. TPT

GARMENT OF SALVATION AND RIGHTEOUSNESS 10-24-1010

GARMENTS OF SALVATION AND RIGHTEOUSNESS 10-25-2020

We are clothed with Christ. According to God we are galvanized and the clothing and  in the armor we wear in Christ is free from any corruption. It can never wear out or rust. If all this is a true , we must see ourselves Christ and all the Christ wears. As the church we must see ourselves the way the Father sees us and we must see each other in the same way. It is so important to know that we can withstand anything evil.

Ps 93:1 THE LORD reigns, He is clothed with majesty; the Lord is robed, He has girded Himself with strength and power; the world also is established, that it cannot be moved. AMP

Ps 104:1 BLESS (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul! O Lord my God, You are very great! You are clothed with honor and majesty–

2 [You are the one] Who covers Yourself with light as with a garment, Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain or a tent, AMP

Isa 59:17 He dressed in Righteousness, put it on like a suit of armor,

with Salvation on his head like a helmet, Put on Judgment like an overcoat,

and threw a cloak of Passion across his shoulders.  AMP

Zech 3:2 And the Lord said to Satan, The Lord rebuke you, O Satan! Even the Lord, Who [now and habitually] chooses Jerusalem, rebuke you! Is not this [returned captive Joshua] a brand plucked out of the fire?

3 Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments and was standing before the Angel [of the Lord].

4 And He spoke to those who stood before Him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And He said to [Joshua], Behold, I have caused your iniquity to pass from you, and I will clothe you with rich apparel.

5 And I [Zechariah] said, Let them put a clean turban on his head. So they put a clean turban on his head and clothed him with [rich] garments. And the Angel of the Lord stood by.  AMP

▼▼▼

Zech 3:3-4 Joshua, standing before the angel, was dressed in dirty clothes.

4 The angel spoke to his attendants, “Get him out of those filthy clothes,” and then said to Joshua, “Look, I’ve stripped you of your sin and dressed you up in clean clothes.”

5 I spoke up and said, “How about a clean new turban for his head also?” And they did it — put a clean new turban on his head. Then they finished dressing him, with God’s Angel looking on.  MSG

Isa 53:5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.

6 All we like sheep have gone astray, we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord has made to light upon Him the guilt and iniquity of us all.  AMP

Job 29:14 I put on righteousness, and it clothed me or clothed itself with me; my justice was like a robe and a turban or a diadem or a crown!  AMP

Rev 19:7-8  Let us celebrate, let us rejoice, let us give him the glory! The Marriage of the Lamb has come; his Wife has made herself ready.

8 She was given a bridal gown of bright and shining linen. The linen is the righteousness of the saints. MSG

Ps 132:16 I’ll dress my priests in salvation clothes; the holy people will sing their hearts out!

17 Oh, I’ll make the place radiant for David! I’ll fill it with light for my anointed!

18 I’ll dress his enemies in dirty rags, but I’ll make his crown sparkle with splendor.”

AMP

Gal 3:26-27 For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God through faith.

27 For as many [of you] as were baptized into Christ [into a spiritual union and communion with Christ, the Anointed One, the Messiah] have put on (clothed yourselves with) Christ. AMP

▼▼▼

GAL 3:26-27 You have all become true children of God by the faith of Jesus the Anointed One!

27 It was faith that immersed you into Jesus, the Anointed One, and now you are covered and clothed with his anointing.  TPT

Luke 24:49 And behold, I will send forth upon you what My Father has promised; but remain in the city [Jerusalem] until you are clothed with power from on high. AMP You stretch out the starry skies like a tapestry. TPT

COL 3:10 For you have acquired new creation life which is continually being renewed into the likeness of the One who created you; giving you the full revelation of God.  TPT

▼▼▼

Col 3:10  Now you’re dressed in a new wardrobe. Every item of your new way of life is custom-made by the Creator, with his label on it. All the old fashions are now obsolete.  MSG

Luke 15:22 “But the father wasn’t listening. He was calling to the servants, ‘Quick. Bring a clean set of clothes and dress him. Put the family ring on his finger and sandals on his feet.

PS 30″11 Then he broke through and transformed all my wailing into a whirling dance of ecstatic praise! He has torn the veil and lifted from me the sad heaviness of mourning. He wrapped me in the glory garments of gladness.  TPT

EPH 4:22-25 And he has taught you to let go of the lifestyle of the ancient man, the old self – life, which was corrupted by sinful and deceitful desires that spring from delusions.

23 Now it’s time to be made new by every revelation that’s been given to you.

24 And to be transformed as you embrace the glorious Christ-within as your new life and live in union with him! For God has re-created you all over again in his perfect righteousness, and you now belong to him in the realm of true holiness.

25 So discard every form of dishonesty and lying so that you will be known as one who always speaks the truth, for we all belong to one another. TPT

1 Peter 5:5 Likewise, you who are younger and of lesser rank, be subject to the elders (the ministers and spiritual guides of the church) — [giving them due respect and yielding to their counsel]. Clothe (apron) yourselves, all of you, with humility [as the garb of a servant, so that its covering cannot possibly be stripped from you, with freedom from pride and arrogance] toward one another. For God sets Himself against the proud (the insolent, the overbearing, the disdainful, the presumptuous, the boastful) — [and He opposes, frustrates, and defeats them], but gives grace (favor, blessing) to the humble.  AMP

▼▼▼

1 PET 5:5 In the same way, the younger ones should willingly supportthe leadership of the elders. In every relationship, each of you must wrap around yourself the apron of a humble servant. Because: God resists you when you are proud but multiplies grace and favor when you are humble. TPT

Rom 13:12 The night is far gone and the day is almost here. Let us then drop (fling away) the works and deeds of darkness and put on the [full] armor of light. AMP

▼▼▼

RO 13:12 Night’s darkness is dissolving away as a new day of destiny dawns. So we must once and for all strip away what is done in the shadows of darkness, removing it like filthy clothes. And once and for all we clothe ourselves with the radiance of light as our weapon. TPT

Rom 13:14 But clothe yourself with the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah), and make no provision for [indulging] the flesh [put a stop to thinking about the evil cravings of your physical nature] to [gratify its] desires (lusts).  AMP

▼▼▼

Rom 13:14 Get out of bed and get dressed! Don’t loiter and linger, waiting until the very last minute. Dress yourselves in Christ, and be up and about!  MSG

Col 3:14 And regardless of what else you put on, wear love. It’s your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it.  MSG

 ▼▼▼

Col 3:14 And above all these [put on] love and enfold yourselves with the bond of perfectness [which binds everything together completely in ideal harmony]. AMP

EPH 6:11-17 Put on God’s complete set of armorprovided for us, so that you will be protected as you fight against the evil strategies of the accuser!

12 Your hand-to-hand combat is not with human beings, but with the highest principalities and authorities operating in rebellion under the heavenly realms. For they are a powerful class of demon-godsand evil spirits that holdthis dark world in bondage.

13 Because of this, you must wear all the armor that God provides so you’re protected as you confront the slanderer, for you are destined for all thingsand will rise victorious.

14 Put on truth as a belt to strengthen you to stand in triumph. Put on holiness as the protective armor that covers your heart.

15 Stand on your feet alert, then you’ll always be ready to share the blessings of peace.

16 In every battle, take faith as your wrap-around shield, for it is able to extinguish the blazing arrows coming at you from the Evil One!

17–18 Embrace the power of salvation’s full deliverance, like a helmet to protect your thoughts from lies. And take the mighty razor-sharp Spirit-sword[ of the spoken Word of God. Pray passionately[j] in the Spirit, as you constantly intercede with every form of prayer at all times. Pray the blessings of God upon all his believers.  TPT

Isa 61:3 To grant [consolation and joy] to those who mourn in Zion — to give them an ornament (a garland or diadem) of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit — that they may be called oaks of righteousness [lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice, and right standing with God], the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit   TPT

2 Cor 3:18 And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit. AMP

1 COR 6:19 Have you forgotten that your body is now the sacred temple of the Spirit of Holiness, who lives in you? You don’t belong to yourself any longer, for the gift of God, the Holy Spirit, lives inside your sanctuary. TPT

1 Cor 12:27 Now you [collectively] are Christ’s body and [individually] you are members of it, each part severally and distinct [each with his own place and function].  AMP

SECRETS REVEALED 10-23-2020

SECRETS REVEALED 10-23-2020

Secrets are things kept hidden are unexplained until a certain time. Also and things that are hidden except for those who are privileged are ones of our own company or craft. “Trade secret.” We are privileged to know the “trade secret” of the kingdom. Not many go to this place where God reveals His heart and His secrets but it’s for those who seek Him out. God solves mysteries and allows us to make His name known.

1 Cor 13:2 And if I have prophetic powers (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), and understand all the secret truths and mysteries and possess all knowledge, and if I have [sufficient] faith so that I can remove mountains, but have not love (God’s love in me) I am nothing (a useless nobody).  AMP

1 Cor 2:16 For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart.  AMP

1 COR 2:16 For Who has ever intimately known the mind of the Lord Yahwehwell enough to become his counselor? Christ has, and we possess Christ’s perceptions.

1 COR 2:9-13 This is why the Scriptures say: Things never discovered or heard of before, things beyond our ability to imaginethese are the many things God has in store for all his lovers.

10 But God now unveils these profound realities to us by the Spirit. Yes, he has revealed to us his inmost heart and deepest mysteries through the Holy Spirit, who constantly explores all things.

11 After all, who can really see into a person’s heart and know his hidden impulses except for that person’s spirit? So it is with God. His thoughts and secrets are only fully understood by his Spirit, the Spirit of God.

12 For we did not receive the spirit of this world system but the Spirit of God, so that we might come to understand and experience all that grace has lavished upon us.

13 And wearticulate these realities with the words imparted to us by the Spirit and not with the words taught by human wisdom. We join together Spirit-revealed truths with Spirit-revealed words.  TPT

Dan 2:16-20 And Daniel went in and desired of the king that he would set a date and give him time, and he would show the king the interpretation.

17 Then Daniel went to his house and made the thing known to Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions,

18 So that they would desire and request mercy of the God of heaven concerning this secret, that Daniel and his companions should not perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.

19 Then the secret was revealed to Daniel in a vision of the night, and Daniel blessed the God of heaven.

20 Daniel answered, Blessed be the name of God forever and ever! For wisdom and might are His! AMP

Dan 2:22-24 He reveals the deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with Him!

RO 16:25-27 I give all my praises and gloryto the one who has more than enough power to make you strong and keep you steadfast through the promises found in the wonderful news that I preach; that is, the proclamation of Jesus, the Anointed One. 1 Cor 4:1 Don’t imagine us leaders to be something we aren’t. We are servants of Christ, not his masters. We are guides into God’s most sublime secrets, not security guards posted to protect them.

2 The requirements for a good guide are reliability and accurate knowledge.  MSG

1 Cor 15:51 But let me tell you something wonderful, a mystery I’ll probably never fully understand. We’re not all going to die — but we are all going to be changed.

52 You hear a blast to end all blasts from a trumpet, and in the time that you look up and blink your eyes — it’s over. On signal from that trumpet from heaven, the dead will be up and out of their graves, beyond the reach of death, never to die again. At the same moment and in the same way, we’ll all be changed.

53 In the resurrection scheme of things, this has to happen: everything perishable taken off the shelves and replaced by the imperishable, this mortal replaced by the immortal. 54 Then the saying will come true: Death swallowed by triumphant Life!

55 Who got the last word, oh, Death? Oh, Death, who’s afraid of you now?  MSG

Eph 1:9-10 Making known to us the mystery (secret) of His will (of His plan, of His purpose). [And it is this:] In accordance with His good pleasure (His merciful intention) which He had previously purposed and set forth in Him,

10 [He planned] for the maturity of the times and the climax of the ages to unify all things and head them up and consummate them in Christ, [both] things in heaven and things on the earth.  AMP

▼▼▼

EPH 1:9-10 And through the revelation of the Anointed One, he unveiled his secret desires to us—the hidden mystery of his long-range plan, which he was delighted to implement from the very beginning of time.

10 And because of God’s unfailing purpose, this detailed plan will reign supreme through every period of time until the fulfillment of all the ages finally reaches its climax—when God makes all things newin all of heaven and earth through Jesus Christ.  TPT

Eph 3:3-6 I got the inside story on this from God himself, as I just wrote you in brief.

4 As you read over what I have written to you, you’ll be able to see for yourselves into the mystery of Christ.

5 None of our ancestors understood this. Only in our time has it been made clear by God’s Spirit through his holy apostles and prophets of this new order.

6 The mystery is that people who have never heard of God and those who have heard of him all their lives (what I’ve been calling outsiders and insiders) stand on the same ground before God. They get the same offer, same help, same promises in Christ Jesus. The Message is accessible and welcoming to everyone, across the board.  MSG

▼▼▼

EPH 3:3-6 For this wonderful mystery, which I briefly described, was given to me by divine revelation,

so that whenever you read it you will be able to understand my revelation and insight into the secret mystery of the Messiah.

There has never been a generation that has been given the detailed understanding of this glorious and divine mystery until now. He kept it a secret until this generation. God is revealing it only now to his sacred apostles and prophets by the Holy Spirit.

Here’s the secret: The gospel of grace has made you, non-Jewish believers, into coheirs of his promise through your union with him. And you have now become members of his body—one with the Anointed One!  TPT

Phil 4:12 I know how to be abased and live humbly in straitened circumstances, and I know also how to enjoy plenty and live in abundance. I have learned in any and all circumstances the secret of facing every situation, whether well-fed or going hungry, having a sufficiency and enough to spare or going without and being in want. AMP

▼▼▼

PHIL 4:12 I know what it means to lack, and I know what it means to experience overwhelming abundance. For I’m trained in the secret of overcoming all things, whether in fullness or in hunger. And I find that the strength of Christ’s explosive power infuses me to conquer every difficulty. TPT

COL 2:2-5 I am contending for you that your hearts will be wrapped in the comfort of heaven and woven together into love’s fabric. This will give you accessto all the riches of God as you experience the revelation of God’s great mystery—Christ.

For our spiritual wealth is in him, like hidden treasure waiting to be discovered—heaven’s wisdom and endless riches of revelation knowledge.

I want you to know this so that no one will come and lead you into errorthrough their persuasive arguments and clever words.

Even though I’m separated from you geographically, my spirit is present there with you. And I’m overjoyed to see how disciplinedand deeply committed you are because you have such a solid faith in Christ, the Anointed One. TPT

▼▼▼

Col 2:2-5 I want you woven into a tapestry of love, in touch with everything there is to know of God. Then you will have minds confident and at rest, focused on Christ, God’s great mystery.

3 All the richest treasures of wisdom and knowledge are embedded in that mystery and nowhere else. And we’ve been shown the mystery!

4 I’m telling you this because I don’t want anyone leading you off on some wild-goose chase, after other so-called mysteries, or “the Secret.”

5 I’m a long way off, true, and you may never lay eyes on me, but believe me, I’m on your side, right beside you. I am delighted to hear of the careful and orderly ways you conduct your affairs, and impressed with the solid substance of your faith in Christ. MSG

1 Tim 3:16 And great and important and weighty, we confess, is the hidden truth (the mystic secret) of godliness. He [God] was made visible in human flesh, justified and vindicated in the [Holy] Spirit, was seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, [and] taken up in glory.  AMP

Rev 10:7 that when the seventh Angel blew his trumpet, which he was about to do, the Mystery of God, all the plans he had revealed to his servants, the prophets, would be completed.  MSG

REV 10:7 For in the day when the seventh angel is to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be fulfilled, just as he announced to his servants the prophets.TPT

COMFORT AND TIMES OF REFRESHING 10-18-2020

COMFORT AND TIMES OF REFRESHING  10-17-2020

God has always been a God of comfort. We need Him today to bring comfort and refreshing in these times. The Lord brings comfort right to us when we need it the most. His comfort comes with his actions on our behalf. Comfort is a state of physical ease or freedom from pain or distress. It comes to ease a personal from grief, and sorrows. It is to soothe, to strengthen greatly. Jesus came as the word a direct loving response from God to bring comfort to the people of that day. They were poor and controlled by the religious leaders. Jesus came to bring comfort to the people not religion to soothe and ease them from their distress. Jesus brought comfort in this way; if someone were sick he healed them if they were oppressed he set them free. Whatever pain or situation Jesus brought comfort lasting comfort. Jesus brought comfort during the storm, not after but well it was going on.

ISA 40:1 Your God says to you: “Comfort, comfort my peoplewith gentle, compassionate words

2 Speak tenderly from the heartto revive those in Jerusalem, and proclaim that their warfare is overHer debt of sin is paid for, and she will not be treated as guilty. Prophesy to her that she has received from the hand of Yahweh twice as many blessings as all her sins.” TPT

Matt 11:28 “Are you weary, carrying a heavy burden? Then come to me. I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis.

29 Simply join your life with mine. Learn my ways and you’ll discover that I’m gentle, humble, easy to please. You will find refreshment and rest in me.

30 For all that I require of you will be pleasantand easy to bear.”  TPT

Jer 31:13 Young women will dance and be happy, young men and old men will join in.

I’ll convert their weeping into laughter, lavishing comfort, invading their grief with joy.  MSG

▼▼▼

Jer 31:13 Then will the maidens rejoice in the dance, and the young men and old together. For I will turn their mourning into joy and will comfort them and make them rejoice after their sorrow.  AMP

Ex 3:9-10 “The Israelite cry for help has come to me, and I’ve seen for myself how cruelly they’re being treated by the Egyptians.

10 It’s time for you to go back: I’m sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people, the People of Israel, out of Egypt.”   MSG

PS 23:4 Lord, even when your path takes me through the valley of deepest darkness, fear will never conquer me, for you already have! You remain close to me and lead me through it all the way. Your authority is my strength and my peace. The comfort of your love takes away my fear. I’ll never be lonely, for you are near. TPT

Ps 119:50 This is my comfort and consolation in my affliction: that Your word has revived me and given me life.  AMP

ISA 57:18-19 Even though I’ve seen their ways, I will heal them. I will guide them forward and repay them with comfort, giving mourners the language of praise.
19 I offer peace to those who are far from me, and I offer peace to those who are near, and I will heal their deepest wounds,
says Yahweh.  TPT

John 1:14 And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth.  AMP

12 You will recognize him by this miracle sign: You will find a baby wrapped in strips of cloth and lying in a feeding trough!”

13 Then all at once, a vast number of glorious angels appeared, the very armies of heaven! And they all praised God, singing:

14 “Glory to God in the highest realms of heaven! For there is peaceand a good hopegiven to the sons of men.”  TPT

Isa 61:2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord [the year of His favor] and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn,

3 To grant [consolation and joy] to those who mourn in Zion — to give them an ornament (a garland or diadem) of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit — that they may be called oaks of righteousness [lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice, and right standing with God], the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. AMP

Isa 66:13  As a mother comforts her child, so I’ll comfort you. You will be comforted in Jerusalem.”

14 You’ll see all this and burst with joy — you’ll feel ten feet tall —  As it becomes apparent that God is on your side and against his enemies. MSG

2 COR 1:3 All praises belong to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he is the Father of tender mercy and the God of endless comfort.

He always comes alongside us to comfort us in every suffering so that we can come alongside those who are in any painful trial. We can bring them this same comfort that God has poured out upon us.

And just as we experience the abundance of Christ’s own sufferings, even more of God’s comfort will cascade upon us through our union with Christ.

If troubles weigh us down, that just means that we will receive even more comfort to pass on to you for your deliverance! For the comfort pouring into us empowers us to bring comfort to you. And with this comfort upholding you, you can endure victoriously the same suffering that we experience.

Now our hope for you is unshakable, because we know that just as you share in our sufferings you will also share in God’s comforting strength. TPT

39 Awake now, he told the wind to pipe down and said to the sea, “Quiet! Settle down!” The wind ran out of breath; the sea became smooth as glass.  MSG

Mark 6:50 For they all saw Him and were agitated (troubled and filled with fear and dread). But immediately He talked with them and said, Take heart! I AM! Stop being alarmed and afraid.

61 Still another said to him, “Lord, I want to follow you too. But first let me go home and say good-bye to my entire family.”

62 Jesus responded, “Why do you keep looking backward to your past and have second thoughts about following me? When you turn back you are useless to God’s kingdom realm.” TPT

LU 14:16 Jesus replied with this parable: “There was a man who invited many to join him in a great feast.

17 When the day for the feast arrived, the host instructed his servant to notify all the invited guests and tell them, ‘Come, for everything is now ready for you!’

18 But one by one they all made excuses. One said, ‘I can’t come. I just bought some property and I’m obligated to go and look it over.’

19 Another said, ‘Please accept my regrets, for I just purchased five teams of oxenand I need to make sure they can pull the plow.’

20 Another one said, ‘I can’t come because I just got married.’

21 “The servant reported back to the host and told him of all their excuses. So the master became angry and said to his servant, ‘Go at once throughout the city and invite anyone you find—the poor, the blind, the disabled, the hurting, and the lonely—and invite them to my banquet.’  TPT

17 Gideon said, “If you’re serious about this, do me a favor: Give me a sign to back up what you’re telling me.

18 Don’t leave until I come back and bring you my gift.” He said, “I’ll wait till you get back.”  MSG

Judg 6:37-40  Behold, I will put a fleece of wool on the threshing floor. If there is dew on the fleece only and it is dry on all the ground, then I shall know that You will deliver Israel by my hand, as You have said.

38 And it was so. When he rose early next morning and squeezed the dew out of the fleece, he wrung from it a bowlful of water.

39 And Gideon said to God, Let not your anger be kindled against me, and I will speak but this once. Let me make trial only this once with the fleece, I pray you; let it now be dry only upon the fleece and upon all the ground let there be dew.

9 Even though they watched me at work for forty years, your ancestors refused to let me do it my way; over and over they tried my patience.

10 And I was provoked, oh, so provoked! I said, “They’ll never keep their minds on God; they refuse to walk down my road.”

Matt 12:38 Later a few religion scholars and Pharisees got on him. “Teacher, we want to see your credentials. Give us some hard evidence that God is in this. How about a miracle?”

39 Jesus said, “You’re looking for proof, but you’re looking for the wrong kind. All you want is something to titillate your curiosity, satisfy your lust for miracles. The only proof you’re going to get is what looks like the absence of proof: Jonah-evidence.

40 Like Jonah, three days and nights in the fish’s belly, the Son of Man will be gone three days and nights in a deep grave.

41 “On Judgment Day, the Ninevites will stand up and give evidence that will condemn this generation, because when Jonah preached to them they changed their lives. A far greater preacher than Jonah is here, and you squabble about ‘proofs.’

42 On Judgment Day, the Queen of Sheba will come forward and bring evidence that will condemn this generation, because she traveled from a far corner of the earth to listen to wise Solomon. Wisdom far greater than Solomon’s is right in front of you, and you quibble over ‘evidence.’   MSG

Num 13:27-33 Then they told the story of their trip: “We went to the land to which you sent us and, oh! It does flow with milk and honey! Just look at this fruit!

28 The only thing is that the people who live there are fierce, their cities are huge and well fortified. Worse yet, we saw descendants of the giant Anak.

29 Amalekites are spread out in the Negev; Hittites, Jebusites, and Amorites hold the hill country; and the Canaanites are established on the Mediterranean Sea and along the Jordan.”

30 Caleb interrupted, called for silence before Moses and said, “Let’s go up and take the land — now. We can do it.”

31 But the others said, “We can’t attack those people; they’re way stronger than we are.”

32 They spread scary rumors among the People of Israel. They said, “We scouted out the land from one end to the other — it’s a land that swallows people whole. Everybody we saw was huge.

33 Why, we even saw the Nephilim giants (the Anak giants come from the Nephilim). Alongside them we felt like grasshoppers. And they looked down on us as if we were grasshoppers.”  MSG

Num 14:6-9 Joshua son of Nun and Caleb son of Jephunneh, members of the scouting party, ripped their clothes

4 From the wilderness and this Lebanon east to the Great River, the Euphrates River — all the Hittite country — and then west to the Great Sea. It’s all yours.

5 All your life, no one will be able to hold out against you. In the same way I was with Moses, I’ll be with you. I won’t give up on you; I won’t leave you.

6 Strength! Courage! You are going to lead this people to inherit the land that I promised to give their ancestors.

7 Give it everything you have, heart and soul. Make sure you carry out The Revelation that Moses commanded you, every bit of it. Don’t get off track, either left or right, so as to make sure you get to where you’re going.

8 And don’t for a minute let this Book of The Revelation be out of mind. Ponder and meditate on it day and night, making sure you practice everything written in it. Then you’ll get where you’re going; then you’ll succeed.

HOLY SPIRIT AND THE CHURCH

HOLY SPIRIT AND THE CHURCH 10-4-2020

Jesus left us here in good hands. Every member of the body of Christ is in the care of  and leader ship of the Holy Spirit. We are to be baptized which means to be totally immersed and submerged in the Holy Spirit. In Jesus baptism it was necessary that he be filled with the Holy Spirit. There are many who think the Holy Spirit is unnecessary or even optional in our Christian life. Jesus defeated the devil because he was empowered by the Holy Spirit. Jesus describes the Holy Spirit as rivers of living water. The church could not fulfill its purpose till the Holy Spirit came to empower them. God is calling us to be ever filled, to a refreshment, a renewed empowerment from the Holy Spirit.

MATT 3:11 Those who repent I baptize with water, but there is coming a Man after me who is more powerful than I am. In fact, I’m not even worthy enough to pick up his sandals. He will submerge you into union with the Spirit of Holiness and with a raging fire!TPT

AMP

Acts 1:4 As they met and ate meals together, he told them that they were on no account to leave Jerusalem but “must wait for what the Father promised: the promise you heard from me.

5 John baptized in water; you will be baptized in the Holy Spirit. And soon.”

6 When they were together for the last time they asked, “Master, are you going to restore the kingdom to Israel now? Is this the time?”

7 He told them, “You don’t get to know the time. Timing is the Father’s business.

8 What you’ll get is the Holy Spirit. And when the Holy Spirit comes on you, you will be able to be my witnesses in Jerusalem, all over Judea and Samaria, even to the ends of the world.”  MSG

Then all at once a pillar of fire appeared before their eyes. It separated into tongues of fire that engulfedeach one of them.

They were all filled and equippedwith the Holy Spirit and were inspiredto speak in tongues—empowered by the Spirit to speak in languages they had never learned! TPT

32 All the believers were one in mind and heart. Selfishness was not a part of their community, for they shared everything they had with one another. TPT

ACTS 9:31  After this, the church all over Judea, Galilee, and Samaria experienced a season of peace. The congregations grew larger and larger, with the believers being empowered and encouraged by the Holy Spirit. They worshiped God in wonder and awe, and walked in the fear of the Lord. TPT

RO 8:4-6 So now every righteous requirement of the law can be fulfilled through the Anointed One living his life in us. And we are free to live, not according to our flesh, but by the dynamic power of the Holy Spirit!

2 Cor 3:6  [It is He] Who has qualified us [making us to be fit and worthy and sufficient] as ministers and dispensers of a new covenant [of salvation through Christ], not [ministers] of the letter (of legally written code) but of the Spirit; for the code [of the Law] kills, but the [Holy] Spirit makes alive.  AMP

Gal 3:3 Are you so foolish and so senseless and so silly? Having begun [your new life spiritually] with the [Holy] Spirit, are you now reaching perfection [by dependence] on the flesh?

4 Have you suffered so many things and experienced so much all for nothing (to no purpose) — if it really is to no purpose and in vain?

5 Then does He Who supplies you with His marvelous [Holy] Spirit and works powerfully and miraculously among you do so on [the grounds of your doing] what the Law demands, or because of your believing in and adhering to and trusting in and relying on the message that you heard?  AMP

Gal 5:16 But I say, walk and live [habitually] in the [Holy] Spirit [responsive to and controlled and guided by the Spirit]; then you will certainly not gratify the cravings and desires of the flesh (of human nature without God).  AMP

Gal 5:25 If we live by the [Holy] Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. [If by the Holy Spirit we have our life in God, let us go forward walking in line, our conduct controlled by the Spirit.]  AMP

ROM 8:26-27 And in a similar way, the Holy Spirit takes hold of us in our human frailty to empower us in our weakness. For example, at times we don’t even know how to pray, or know the best things to ask for. But the Holy Spirit rises up within us to super-intercedeon our behalf, pleading to God with emotional sighstoo deep for words.

27 God, the searcher of the heart, knows fully our longings, yet he also understands the desires of the Spirit, because the Holy Spirit passionately pleads before God for us, his holy ones, in perfect harmony with God’s plan and our destiny.  TPT

1 COR 2:9-13This is why the Scriptures say: Things never discovered or heard of before, things beyond our ability to imagine—these are the many things God has in store for all his lovers.

TPT

TPT

RO 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of rules about food and drink, but is in the realm of the Holy Spirit, filled with righteousness, peace, and joy.  TPT

1 COR 2:4-5 he message I preached and how I preached it was not an attempt to sway you with persuasive arguments but to prove to you the almighty power of God’s Holy Spirit.

For God intended that your faith not be established on man’s wisdom but by trusting in his almighty power. TPT

1 COR 2:9-13This is why the Scriptures say: Things never discovered or heard of before, things beyond our ability to imagine—these are the many things God has in store for all his lovers.

TPT

1 Cor 6:19 Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received [as a Gift] from God? You are not your own, AMP

▼▼▼

1 COR 6:19 Have you forgotten that your body is now the sacred temple of the Spirit of Holiness, who lives in you? You don’t belong to yourself any longer, for the gift of God, the Holy Spirit, lives inside your sanctuary. TPT

1 Cor 12:4 God’s various gifts are handed out everywhere; but they all originate in God’s Spirit.

5 God’s various ministries are carried out everywhere; but they all originate in God’s Spirit.  MSG

1 COR 12:11 Remember, it is the same Holy Spirit who distributes, activates, and operates these different gifts as he chooses for each believer.[ TPT

2 Cor 1:22 [He has also appropriated and acknowledged us as His by] putting His seal upon us and giving us His [Holy] Spirit in our hearts as the security deposit and guarantee [of the fulfillment of His promise]. AMP

2 Cor 5:5 Now He Who has fashioned us [preparing and making us fit] for this very thing is God, Who also has given us the [Holy] Spirit as a guarantee [of the fulfillment of His promise]. AMP

Eph 1:3 May blessing (praise, laudation, and eulogy) be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) Who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual (given by the Holy Spirit) blessing in the heavenly realm!  AMP

Luke 12:10-12 “If you bad-mouth the Son of Man out of misunderstanding or ignorance, that can be overlooked. But if you’re knowingly attacking God himself, taking aim at the Holy Spirit, that won’t be overlooked.

11 “When they drag you into their meeting places, or into police courts and before judges, don’t worry about defending yourselves — what you’ll say or how you’ll say it.

12 The right words will be there. The Holy Spirit will give you the right words when the time comes.”  MSG

Eph 4:30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God [do not offend or vex or sadden Him], by Whom you were sealed (marked, branded as God’s own, secured) for the day of redemption (of final deliverance through Christ from evil and the consequences of sin).  AMP

Matt 9:37-38 Then He said to His disciples, The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few.

38 So pray to the Lord of the harvest to force out and thrust laborers into His harvest.   AMP  ▼▼▼

MATT 9:37-38 He turned to his disciples and said, “The harvest is huge and ripe! But there are not enough harvesters to bring it all in.

38 As you go, plead with the Owner of the Harvest to thrust out many more reapers to harvest his grain!” TPT

Eph 3:16 May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality].  AMP

ROM 15:13   Now may God, the inspiration and fountain of hope, fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in him. And may the power of the Holy Spirit continually surround your life with his super-abundance until you radiate with hope! TPT

THE LIGHT OF REVELATION 10-2-2020

THE LIGHT OF REVELATION  10-2-2020

 VIDEO BILL JOHNSON GODS REVELATION

We are reminded in Isaiah to rise and shine to let the revelation of who God is be revealed upon us. We, the body of Christ become a sign to the world. God reveals many things to us showing us our future and what is to come. Light is Heaven’s revelation.  Light is a revealing or a revelation that is communicating divine truth. It’s an enlightening or an astonishing disclosure. Revelation is used to make known to the public or to the world the things of God. All the earth is groaning waiting to see the revelation of the sons of God. Revelation is to disclose the times -to have mysteries disclosed, or revealed to us. Paul discloses his  revealed mysteries to us in the word of God. Reveal means to know and to live accordingly.

Isa 60:1-3 Get out of bed, Jerusalem! Wake up. Put your face in the sunlight. God’s bright glory has risen for you.

2 The whole earth is wrapped in darkness, all people sunk in deep darkness,

But God rises on you, his sunrise glory breaks over you.

3 Nations will come to your light, kings to your sunburst brightness. MSG

 ▼▼▼

ISA 60:1-3 “Rise up in splendor and be radiant, for your light has dawned, and Yahweh’s glorynow streams from you!
Look carefully! Darkness blankets the earth, and thick gloomcovers the nations,
but Yahweh arisesupon you and the brightness of his glory appears over you!
Nations will be attracted to your radiant lightand kings to the sunrise-glory of your new day. TPT

2 Cor 4:6 It started when God said, “Light up the darkness!” and our lives filled up with light as we saw and understood God in the face of Christ, all bright and beautiful.  MSG

▼▼▼

2 COR 4:6  Let brilliant light shine out of darkness,” is the one who has cascaded his light into us—the brilliant dawning light of the glorious knowledge of God as we gaze into the face of Jesus Christ.  TPT

MATT 11:25-27 Then Jesus exclaimed, “Father, thank you, for you are Lord, the Supreme Ruler over heaven and earth! And you have hidden the great revelation of your authority from those who are proud and wise in their own eyes. Instead, you have shared it with these who humble themselves.

26 Yes, Father, your plan delights your heart, as you’ve chosen this way to extend your kingdom—by giving it to those who have become like trusting children.

27 You have entrusted me with all that you are and all that you have. No one fully and intimately knows the Son except the Father. And no one fully and intimately knows the Father except the Son. But the Son is able to unveil the Father to anyone he chooses.  TPT

EPH 1:17-19 I pray that the Father of glory, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, would impart to you the riches of the Spirit of wisdom and the Spirit of revelationto know him through your deepening intimacy with him.

18 I pray that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination, flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of his calling—that is, the wealth of God’s glorious inheritances that he finds in us, his holy ones!

19 I pray that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God’s power made available to you through faith. Then your lives will be an advertisement of this immense power as it works through you! This is the mighty power  TPT

PAUL  Gal 1:15-16 But when He, Who had chosen and set me apart [even] before I was born and had called me by His grace (His undeserved favor and blessing), saw fit and was pleased

16 To reveal (unveil, disclose) His Son within me so that I might proclaim Him among the Gentiles (the non-Jewish world) as the glad tidings (Gospel), immediately I did not confer with flesh and blood [did not consult or counsel with any frail human being or communicate with anyone]. AMP

EPH 6:19 And pray also that God’s revelation would be released through me every time I preach the wonderful mystery of the hope-filled gospel.   TPT

MYSTERY  Col 1:27 God wanted everyone, not just Jews, to know this rich and glorious secret inside and out, regardless of their background, regardless of their religious standing. The mystery in a nutshell is just this: Christ is in you, therefore you can look forward to sharing in God’s glory. It’s that simple. That is the substance of our Message.  MSG

Eph 3:4-6 As you read over what I have written to you, you’ll be able to see for yourselves into the mystery of Christ.

MSG

ISA 52:10 Yahweh has unveiled his holy armbefore the eyes of all the nations. To the ends of the earth, everyone everywhere will see the salvation of our God! TPT

Eph 3:9 Also to enlighten all men and make plain to them what is the plan [regarding the Gentiles and providing for the salvation of all men] of the mystery kept hidden through the ages and concealed until now in [the mind of] God Who created all things by Christ Jesus.

10 [The purpose is] that through the church the complicated, many-sided wisdom of God in all its infinite variety and innumerable aspects might now be made known to the angelic rulers and authorities (principalities and powers) in the heavenly sphere.  AMP

▼▼▼

EPH 3:9-10 My passion is to enlighten every person to this divine mystery. It was hidden for ages past until now, and kept a secret in the heart of God, the Creator of all.

10 The purpose of this was to unveil before every throne and rank of angelic orders in the heavenly realm God’s full and diverse wisdom revealed through the church.TPT

1 Cor 2:7 God’s wisdom is something mysterious that goes deep into the interior of his purposes. You don’t find it lying around on the surface. It’s not the latest message, but more like the oldest — what God determined as the way to bring out his best in us, long before we ever arrived on the scene.

8 The experts of our day haven’t a clue about what this eternal plan is. If they had, they wouldn’t have killed the Master of the God-designed life on a cross.

9 That’s why we have this Scripture text: No one’s ever seen or heard anything like this, Never so much as imagined anything quite like it — What God has arranged for those who love him. MSG

1 Cor 2:10  But you’ve seen and heard it because God by his Spirit has brought it all out into the open before you. The Spirit, not content to flit around on the surface, dives into the depths of God, and brings out what God planned all along.

11 Who ever knows what you’re thinking and planning except you yourself? The same with God — except that he not only knows what he’s thinking,

12 but he lets us in on it. God offers a full report on the gifts of life and salvation that he is giving us.

13 We don’t have to rely on the world’s guesses and opinions. We didn’t learn this by reading books or going to school; we learned it from God, who taught us person-to-person through Jesus, and we’re passing it on to you in the same firsthand, personal way.  MSG

PROPHETS  Amos 3:7  Surely the Lord God will do nothing without revealing His secret to His servants the prophets.

8 The lion has roared; who will not fear? The Lord God has spoken; who can but prophesy?  AMP

Hos 12:10  I speak through the prophets to give clear pictures of the way things are. Using prophets, I tell revealing stories.  MSG

Dan 2:19 Then the secret was revealed to Daniel in a vision of the night, and Daniel blessed the God of heaven.  AMP

HEB 12:25 Make very sure that you never refuse to listen to God when he speaks! For the God who spoke on earth from Sinai is the same God who now speaks from heaven. Those who heard himspeak his living Word on earth found nowhere to hide, so what chance is there for us to escape if we turn our backs on God and refuse to hear his warnings as he speaks from heaven? TPT

REV GIVEN TO SHARE  Rev 1:1 [THIS IS] the revelation of Jesus Christ [His unveiling of the divine mysteries]. God gave it to Him to disclose and make known to His bond servants certain things which must shortly and speedily come to pass in their entirety. And He sent and communicated it through His angel (messenger) to His bond servant John,  AMP

Rev 1:1 A revealing of Jesus, the Messiah. God gave it to make plain to his servants what is about to happen. He published and delivered it by Angel to his servant John.  MSG

Rev 4:1 AFTER THIS I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven! And the first voice which I had heard addressing me like [the calling of] a war trumpet said, Come up here, and I will show you what must take place in the future.  AMP  ▼▼▼

Rev 4:1 Then I looked, and, oh! — a door open into Heaven. The trumpet-voice, the first voice in my vision, called out, “Ascend and enter. I’ll show you what happens next.”   MSG

LUKE 8:17-18 Because this revelation lamp now shines within you, nothing will be hidden from you—it will all be revealed. Every secret of the kingdomwill be unveiled and out in the open, made known by the revelation-light.

18 So pay careful attention to your hearts as you hear my teaching, for to those who have open hearts, even more revelation will be given to them until it overflows. And for those who do not listen with open hearts, what little light they imagine to have will be taken away.” TPT

2 TIM 1:10 This truth is now being unveiled by the revelation of the anointed Jesus, our life-giver, who has dismantled death, obliterating all its effects on our lives, and has manifested his immortal life in us by the gospel. TPT

John 1:18 No man has ever seen God at any time; the only unique Son, or the only begotten God, Who is in the bosom [in the intimate presence] of the Father, He has declared Him [He has revealed Him and brought Him out where He can be seen; He has interpreted Him and He has made Him known].  AMP

ROM 3:21-22 But now, independently of the law, the righteousness of God is tangible and brought to light through Jesus, the Anointed One. This is the righteousness that the Scriptures prophesied would come. It is God’s righteousness made visible through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ. And now all who believe in him receive that gift. For there is really no difference between us.

ISA 48:6 You have heard what I foretold and have seen it all unfold, so admitthat it happened and I was right From now on I will tell you about new things never seen before, hidden things, well-guarded secrets you know nothing about.  TPT

PRAYER  Eph 1:17-19 [For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him,

19 And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength, AMP
