YOU HAVE BEEN TRANSFORMED INTO HIS LIKENESS 7-31-26 VIDEO

To be transformed means that you’re already like him. The Holy Spirit will teach you to move in that likeness. God is performing in you a metamorphic transformation just like a butterfly. You are now created in God‘s image. Recreated in Christ to do those good works. Be imitators of God we are transformed into God‘s likeness by reflecting Christ character.

2 COR 3:18 Now, we all, with new understanding, see ourselves in him as in a mirror. The days of window-shopping are over! In him every face is unveiled. In gazing with wonder at the blueprint of God displayed in human form, we suddenly realize that we are looking into a mirror, where every feature of his image, articulated in Christ, is reflected within us! The Spirit of the Lord engineers this radical transformation; we are led from an inferior mind-set to the revealed endorsement of our authentic identity.  MIRROR

MATT 17:1 Six days later, three of them saw that glory. Jesus took Peter and the brothers, James and John, and led them up a high mountain.

2 His appearance changed from the inside out, right before their eyes. Sunlight poured from his face. His clothes were filled with light.

3 Then they realized that Moses and Elijah were also there in deep conversation with him.

4 Peter broke in, “Master, this is a great moment! What would you think if I built three memorials here on the mountain – one for you, one for Moses, one for Elijah?”

5 While he was going on like this, babbling, a light-radiant cloud enveloped them, and sounding from deep in the cloud a voice: “This is my Son, marked by my love, focus of my delight. Listen to him.”   MSG

ROM 12:2 Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in his eyes. TPT

ROM 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you].  AMP

LUKE 9:27 The Kingdom of God is not a future event beyond your reach! You don’t have to wait till you’re dead to see it; some of you standing here are about to dramatically witnesses what I am talking about!  

28 The following week, this conversation was endorsed when Jesus took Peter, John and Jacob [James] with him and ascended the mountain to pray.  

29 And while he was praying his appearance was spectacularly changed by the radiance of God’s splendor bursting through his skin; his face and even his clothes became dazzling white like light.

30 Look! Both Moses and Elijah were there with him and talking to him.

31 Their appearance was equally glorious, and their conversation focussed on his departing and the fulfilling of everything the law and the prophets pointed to, which was about to take place in Jerusalem. MIRROR

EPH 2:10 For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].  AMP

ROM 8:29 He pre-designed and engineered us from the start to be jointly fashioned in the same mold and image of his Son according to the exact blueprint of his thought. We see the original and intended pattern of our lives preserved in his Son. He is the firstborn from the same womb that reveals our genesis.  

30 Jesus reveals that we pre-existed in God; he defined us. He rendered us innocent and also adorned us with splendor and esteem.    MIRROR

PHIL 3:20 But there’s far more to life for us. We’re citizens of high heaven! We’re waiting the arrival of the Savior, the Master, Jesus Christ,

EPH 5:1 Watch what God does, and then you do it, like children who learn proper behavior from their parents.

2 Mostly what God does is love you. Keep company with him and learn a life of love. Observe how Christ loved us. His love was not cautious but extravagant. He didn’t love in order to get something from us but to give everything of himself to us. Love like that.  MSG

3 This harmony can be compared to the dew dripping from Mount Hermon, which flows down upon the hills of Zion. Indeed, that is where Yahweh has decreed his blessings

EPH 4:3 alert at noticing differences and quick at mending fences.
4 You were all called to travel on the same road and in the same direction, so stay together, both outwardly and inwardly.
5 You have one Master, one faith, one baptism,
6 one God and Father of all, who rules over all, works through all, and is present in all. Everything you are and think and do is permeated with Oneness.
7 But that doesn’t mean you should all look and speak and act the same. Out of the generosity of Christ, each of us is given his own gift. MSG

COL 3:12 So, chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you: compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline.

1 COR 12:12 You can easily enough see how this kind of thing works by looking no further than your own body. Your body has many parts – limbs, organs, cells – but no matter how many parts you can name, you’re still one body. It’s exactly the same with Christ.
13 By means of his one Spirit, we all said good-bye to our partial and piecemeal lives. We each used to independently call our own shots, but then we entered into a large and integrated life in which he has the final say in everything. (This is what we proclaimed in word and action when we were baptized.) Each of us is now a part of his resurrection body, refreshed and sustained at one fountain – his Spirit – where we all come to drink. The old labels we once used to identify ourselves – labels like Jew or Greek, slave or free – are no longer useful. We need something larger, more comprehensive.
14 I want you to think about how all this makes you more significant, not less. A body isn’t just a single part blown up into something huge. It’s all the different-but-similar parts arranged and functioning together.
15 If Foot said, “I’m not elegant like Hand, embellished with rings; I guess I don’t belong to this body,” would that make it so?
16 If Ear said, “I’m not beautiful like Eye, limpid and expressive; I don’t deserve a place on the head,” would you want to remove it from the body?
17 If the body was all eye, how could it hear? If all ear, how could it smell?
18 As it is, we see that God has carefully placed each part of the body right where he wanted it.
19 But I also want you to think about how this keeps your significance from getting blown up into self-importance. For no matter how significant you are, it is only because of what you are a part of. An enormous eye or a gigantic hand wouldn’t be a body, but a monster.
20 What we have is one body with many parts, each its proper size and in its proper place. No part is important on its own.
21 Can you imagine Eye telling Hand, “Get lost; I don’t need you”? Or, Head telling Foot, “You’re fired; your job has been phased out”?
22 As a matter of fact, in practice it works the other way – the “lower” the part, the more basic, and therefore necessary. You can live without an eye, for instance, but not without a stomach.
23 When it’s a part of your own body you are concerned with, it makes no difference whether the part is visible or clothed, higher or lower. You give it dignity and honor just as it is, without comparisons.
24 If anything, you have more concern for the lower parts than the higher. If you had to choose, wouldn’t you prefer good digestion to full-bodied hair?
25 The way God designed our bodies is a model for understanding our lives together as a church: every part dependent on every other part, the parts we mention and the parts we don’t,
26 the parts we see and the parts we don’t. If one part hurts, every other part is involved in the hurt, and in the healing. If one part flourishes, every other part enters into the exuberance.
27 You are Christ’s body – that’s who you are! You must never forget this. Only as you accept your part of that body does your “part” mean anything. MSG

ROM 15:5 Now may God, the source of great endurance and comfort, grace you with unity among yourselves, which flows from your relationship with Jesus, the Anointed One.
6 Then, with a unanimous rush of passion, you will with one voice glorify God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

You are highly favored. See yourself through God‘s eyes. God sees you as an absolute treasure. You are safe secure free from condemnation. You are God‘s temple. You are redeemed and forgiven. You are members of the body of Christ. You have access to God through the Holy Spirit. God created you with the purpose. Before the foundation of the world, God plan for you. You are not an accident. There was no one else like you. You are God‘s treasure. The object of his love. You are created in God‘s image. It’s in His DNA that you’ve been recreated in Christ. God chose you to be alive for such a time as this. We are blessed from the realm of heaven. God has planned for your life on this earth. You are God’s wonderful treasure, and no one can snatch you out of His hand.

In the same way the complete person is honored, not just the fingers that skillfully play the harp. Everyone is equally included in the same joy.

Let the Father renew your strength. You can and should expect more. He’s the God of more. The word of God is a source of unshakable hope. He offers encouragement for every season of life.
Ps 46:1 God is a safe place to hide, ready to help when we need him.

ISA 41:10 Do not yield to fear, for I am always near. Never turn your gaze from me, for I am your faithful God. I will infuse you with my strength and help you in every situation. I will hold you firmly with my victorious right hand.’ TPT

Those who fulfill destiny in the Bible align their lives with God‘s purpose. They continue even if obstacles are in the way. Joseph endured betrayal by his brothers and was wrongfully imprisoned, yet he rose up and saved his family and famine. Esther a Jewish orphan became the queen of Persia. David begun as a humble Shepherd boy and overcame Goliath. He became a great king. Moses, who had insecurities and a speech problem ended up leading the Israelites out of Egypt and receive the 10 Commandments. Destiny-comes from the word DESTINATION which is the end result. The journey’s end. A landing place.
EPH 1:11 It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living,
12 part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone. MSG

Hebrews 12:1-3 Do you see what this means – all these pioneers who blazed the way, all these veterans cheering us on? It means we’d better get on with it. Strip down, start running – and never quit! No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins.
Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed – that exhilarating finish in and with God – he could put up with anything along the way: cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God.
When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls! Mess

He is our Father. It would be so wrong if we would not depend on hearing our Father‘s voice, especially for our future. God‘s voice can be very loud or very quite. God can speak through a still small voice. Communicating with God is like having a conversation with a close friend. God speaks to us as a Voice from heaven to us.
MATT 4:4 Jesus answered by quoting Deuteronomy: “It takes more than bread to stay alive. It takes a steady stream of words from God’s mouth.” MSG
