KNOWING THE CHARACTER OF OUR GOD 5-31-26
What if today, May 31, the last day of the month you made a pledge to know the father better. What if we would become a people who wanted to be His people. Like David wanted to know Him by being after His heart, what if that could be us. The true knowledge of God is not just intellectual, but intimate personal and life-changing. Experience God‘s love tells us so much about who He is. He is our father who knew us before we were born. To know the Father, we must know Jesus.
JN 17:3 This life of the ages, invites them to engage in the inexhaustible adventure of knowing you, the only true God and Jesus as the Christ whom you have commissioned! MIRROR

JER 29:13-14 “When you come looking for me, you’ll find me.

1 JN 4:7 Beloved, love always includes others, since love springs from God; its source is found in the fellowship of the Father, Spirit and Son. Everyone who encounters love immediately knows that they too are born of the same source! It is not possible to fully participate in love without discovering God. To love is to know God; to know God is to love.
8 Not to love, is not to know God. There is nothing in love that distracts from who God is. Love is who God is – they are inseparable. MIRROR

1 JN 4:10 Love is not defined by our love for God, but by his love for us! It is not our response to God that attracts his attention; we have always had his undivided affection as declared in the prophetic promise and finally demonstrated in his Son’s commission and work of atonement for our sins.

HOSEA 6:3 ‘“So let us know and become personally acquainted with Him; let us press on to know and understand fully the [greatness of the] Lord [to honor, heed, and deeply cherish Him]. PS 46:10 ‘“Be still and know (recognize, understand) that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth.” ‘ AMP
JN 3:16-17 The entire cosmos is the object of God’s affection! And he is not about to abandon his creation – the gift of his Son is for mankind to realize their origin in him who mirrors their authentic birth – begotten not of flesh but of the Father! God has no intention to condemn anyone – he sent his Son, not to be the Judge but the Savior of the world. MIRROR

MIC 6:8 But he’s already made it plain how to live, what to do, what God is looking for in men and women. It’s quite simple: Do what is fair and just to your neighbor, be compassionate and loyal in your love, And don’t take yourself too seriously – take God seriously. MSG

ROM 5:8 But Christ proved God’s passionate love for us by dying in our place while we were still lost and ungodly!
9 And there is still much more to say of his unfailing love for us! For through the blood of Jesus we have heard the powerful declaration, “You are now righteous in my sight.” And because of the sacrifice of Jesus, you will never experience the wrath of God.
10 So if while we were still enemies, God fully reconciled us to himself through the death of his Son, then something greater than friendship is ours. Now that we are at peace with God, and because we share in his resurrection life, how much more we will be rescued from sin’s dominion! TPT

ROM 5:8 Christ arrives right on time to make this happen. He didn’t, and doesn’t, wait for us to get ready. He presented himself for this sacrificial death when we were far too weak and rebellious to do anything to get ourselves ready. And even if we hadn’t been so weak, we wouldn’t have known what to do anyway. We can understand someone dying for a person worth dying for, and we can understand how someone good and noble could inspire us to selfless sacrifice. But God put his love on the line for us by offering his Son in sacrificial death while we were of no use whatever to him.
9-11 Now that we are set right with God by means of this sacrificial death, the consummate blood sacrifice, there is no longer a question of being at odds with God in any way. If, when we were at our worst, we were put on friendly terms with God by the sacrificial death of his Son, now that we’re at our best, just think of how our lives will expand and deepen by means of his resurrection life! Now that we have actually received this amazing friendship with God, we are no longer content to simply say it in plodding prose. We sing and shout our praises to God through Jesus, the Messiah! MSG

JAMES 1:17 Every desirable and beneficial gift comes out of heaven. The gifts are rivers of light cascading down from the Father of Light. There is nothing deceitful in God, nothing two-faced, nothing fickle.

SIGNS AND WONDERS 5-29-26 VIDEO
Signs of wonders will break out all over the world. Clouds of rain and glory. Signs and wonders are experiences that are miraculously bringing people into the kingdom. Causing them to trust God. The Father grants all humanity access to heavenly signs and wonders. Wonders are miraculous act supernatural occurrences performed by God to reveal his power.
2 COR 12:12 All the signs that mark a true apostle were in evidence while I was with you through both good times and bad: signs of portent, signs of wonder, signs of power. MSG

JAMES 5:15 Believing-prayer will heal you, and Jesus will put you on your feet. And if you’ve sinned, you’ll be forgiven – healed inside and out.
16 Make this your common practice: Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you can live together whole and healed. The prayer of a person living right with God is something powerful to be reckoned with.
17 Elijah, for instance, human just like us, prayed hard that it wouldn’t rain, and it didn’t – not a drop for three and a half years.
18 Then he prayed that it would rain, and it did. The showers came and everything started growing again.
19 My dear friends, if you know people who have wandered off from God’s truth, don’t write them off. Go after them. Get them back

MK 8:22 They arrived at Bethsaida. Some people brought a sightless man and begged Jesus to give him a healing touch.

PENTECOST  5-24-26 VIDEO MIRACLES OF HOLY LIGHT CAUGHT ON CAM

The feast of Pentecost is a celebration of the harvest called the feast of weeks. Also, it’s remembrance of when Moses received the law. But to us, Pentecost is a celebration the birthday of the Christian church and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Peter talks to the crowd about what is happening on Pentecost. The results were the Holy Spirit was present and able to inhabit us. When the Bible talks about being baptized with the Holy Spirit and fire, the true translation is baptized in the Holy Spirit and light. We are living in a time and there’s more to come for the fulfillment of the prophecy of Joel.

JN 14:26 The Friend, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send at my request, will make everything plain to you. He will remind you of all the things I have told you.

27 I’m leaving you well and whole. That’s my parting gift to you. Peace. I don’t leave you the way you’re used to being left – feeling abandoned, bereft. So don’t be upset. Don’t be distraught.

ACTS 2:1 When the Feast of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place.

2 Without warning there was a sound like a strong wind, gale force – no one could tell where it came from. It filled the whole building.

3 Then, like a wildfire, the Holy Spirit spread through their ranks,

4 and they started speaking in a number of different languages as the Spirit prompted them.

5 There were many Jews staying in Jerusalem just then, devout pilgrims from all over the world.

6 When they heard the sound, they came on the run. Then when they heard, one after another, their own mother tongues being spoken, they were thunderstruck.

7 They couldn’t for the life of them figure out what was going on, and kept saying, “Aren’t these all Galileans?

ACTS 2:1 On the day Pentecost was being fulfilled, all the disciples were gathered in one place.

2 Suddenly they heard the sound of a violent blast of wind rushing into the house from out of the heavenly realm. The roar of the wind was so overpowering it was all anyone could bear!

3 Then all at once a pillar of fire appeared before their eyes. It separated into tongues of fire that engulfed each one of them.

4 They were all filled and equipped with the Holy Spirit and were inspired to speak in tongues—empowered by the Spirit to speak in languages they had never learned!

Now, at that time there were Jewish worshipers who had emigrated from many different lands to live in Jerusalem.

6 When the people of the city heard the roaring sound, crowds came running to where it was coming from, stunned over what was happening, because each one could hear the disciples speaking in his or her own language.

7 Bewildered, they said to one another, “Aren’t these all Galileans?

8 So how is it that we hear them speaking in our own languages?  TPT

ACT 2:14 That’s when Peter stood up and, backed by the other eleven, spoke out with bold urgency: “Fellow Jews, all of you who are visiting Jerusalem, listen carefully and get this story straight.

15 These people aren’t drunk as some of you suspect. They haven’t had time to get drunk – it’s only nine o’clock in the morning.

16 This is what the prophet Joel announced would happen:

17 “In the Last Days,” God says, “I will pour out my Spirit on every kind of people: Your sons will prophesy, also your daughters; Your young men will see visions, your old men dream dreams.

18 When the time comes, I’ll pour out my Spirit On those who serve me, men and women both, and they’ll prophesy.

19 I’ll set wonders in the sky above and signs on the earth below, Blood and fire and billowing smoke,

20 the sun turning black and the moon blood-red, Before the Day of the Lord arrives, the Day tremendous and marvelous;

21 And whoever calls out for help to me, God, will be saved.”

ACTS 2:37 Cut to the quick, those who were there listening asked Peter and the other apostles, “Brothers! Brothers! So now what do we do?”

38 Peter said, “Change your life. Turn to God and be baptized, each of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, so your sins are forgiven. Receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

39 The promise is targeted to you and your children, but also to all who are far away – whomever, in fact, our Master God invites.”   MSG

ACT 2:43 Everyone around was in awe – all those wonders and signs done through the apostles!

44 And all the believers lived in a wonderful harmony, holding everything in common.

45 They sold whatever they owned and pooled their resources so that each person’s need was met.

46 They followed a daily discipline of worship in the Temple followed by meals at home, every meal a celebration, exuberant and joyful,

47 as they praised God. People in general liked what they saw. Every day their number grew as God added those who were saved. MSG

ACTS 4:31 While they were praying, the place where they were meeting trembled and shook. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak God’s Word with fearless confidence.

32 The whole congregation of believers was united as one – one heart, one mind! They didn’t even claim ownership of their own possessions. No one said, “That’s mine; you can’t have it.” They shared everything.  MSG

ACTS 10:44 No sooner were these words out of Peter’s mouth than the Holy Spirit came on the listeners.

45 The believing Jews who had come with Peter couldn’t believe it, couldn’t believe that the gift of the Holy Spirit was poured out on “outsider” Gentiles,  MSG

ACTS 11:15 “So I started in, talking. Before I’d spoken half a dozen sentences, the Holy Spirit fell on them just as he did on us the first time.

16 I remembered Jesus’ words: ‘John baptized with water; you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’

17 So I ask you: If God gave the same exact gift to them as to us when we believed in the Master Jesus Christ, how could I object to God?”

18 Hearing it all laid out like that, they quieted down. And then, as it sank in, they started praising God. “It’s really happened! God has broken through to the other nations, opened them up to Life!”   MSG

ACTS 20:21 Urging Jews and Greeks alike to a radical life-change before God and an equally radical trust in our Master Jesus.

22 “But there is another urgency before me now. I feel compelled to go to Jerusalem. I’m completely in the dark about what will happen when I get there.

23 I do know that it won’t be any picnic, for the Holy Spirit has let me know repeatedly and clearly that there are hard times and imprisonment ahead.

24 But that matters little. What matters most to me is to finish what God started: the job the Master Jesus gave me of letting everyone I meet know all about this incredibly extravagant generosity of God.  MSG

ROM 15:13 God who is the engineer of expectation fills you to the brim with tranquil delight. The dynamic of the Holy Spirit causes faith to exceed any possible hesitation in hope. MIRROR

ACTS 7:55 But Stephen, overtaken with great faith, was full of the Holy Spirit. He fixed his gaze into the heavenly realm and saw the glory and splendor of God—and Jesus, who stood up at the right hand of God.

56“Look!” Stephen said. “I can see the heavens opening and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God to welcome me home!”   TPT

JN 4:10 Jesus answered, “If you knew the generosity of God and who I am, you would be asking me for a drink, and I would give you fresh, living water.”  MSG

38 He who believes in Me [who cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me] as the Scripture has said, From his innermost being shall flow [continuously] springs and rivers of living water.

39 But He was speaking here of the Spirit, Whom those who believed (trusted, had faith) in Him were afterward to receive. For the [Holy] Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified (raised to honor).  AMP

JOEL 2:24 And plenty of food for your body – silos full of grain, casks of wine and barrels of olive oil.

25 “I’ll make up for the years of the locust, the great locust devastation – Locusts savage, locusts deadly, fierce locusts, locusts of doom, That great locust invasion I sent your way.

26 You’ll eat your fill of good food. You’ll be full of praises to your God, The God who has set you back on your heels in wonder. Never again will my people be despised.

THE CONFLICT BETWEEN TRUTH AND LIES 5-22-26

We’re living in the season of not knowing the truth because of the lies that have been spread across our country and world. The world is not sure who to trust and who to believe. Truth always leads us to freedom. When the truth of God is told there is power released. The Holy Spirit is a Spirit of truth. The Holy Spirit reinforces the presence of Jesus. We are to pray that the truth comes together in our lives.
JN 8:31 Jesus then said to those Jews who were believing in him, “To take my word to its complete conclusion and then to abide in seamless union with its logic is to truly be my disciples.
32 In this abiding you will fully know the truth about who you are and this knowing will be your freedom. MIRROR

JN 8:31 Then Jesus turned to the Jews who had claimed to believe in him. “If you stick with this, living out what I tell you, you are my disciples for sure.
32 Then you will experience for yourselves the truth, and the truth will free you.” MSG

JN 8:40 But here you are, desiring to destroy me because I declare to you the truth which I heard from a place of intimate acquaintance with God; this certainly does not reflect Abraham’s faith! MIRROR

JN 8:44 You are the offspring of a perverse mindset and you prove its diabolical parenthood in your willingness to execute its cravings. The intention was to murder humanity’s awareness of their god-identity from the beginning since it is in violent opposition to the idea of the image and likeness of God in human form. It cannot abide the truth. Lying is the typical language of the distorted desire of the father of deception.
45 And here I am communicating that which is absolutely true but you are not at all convinced! MIRROR

PS 51:6 What you’re after is truth from the inside out. Enter me, then; conceive a new, true life. MSG

We’re living in the season of not knowing the truth because of the lies that have been spread across our country and world. The world is not sure who to trust and who to believe. Truth always leads us to freedom. When the truth of God is told there is power released. The Holy Spirit is a Spirit of truth. The Holy Spirit reinforces the presence of Jesus. We are to pray that the truth comes together in our lives.
JN 8:31 Jesus then said to those Jews who were believing in him, “To take my word to its complete conclusion and then to abide in seamless union with its logic is to truly be my disciples.
