SACRIFICE 4-19-19

SACRIFICE 4-19-19 VIDEO GOOD FRIDAY SKIT GUYS PT2

Sacrifice– to offer up something, to give up something for a better cause. To declare something as holy to God. The giving up of something out of a desire to draw closer to someone. Sacrifice started early in mankind‘s history. From the cross Jesus brought this sacrifice to the Father.

Gen 4:4 And Abel brought of the firstborn of his flock and of the fat portions. And the Lord had respect and regard for Abel and for his offering, AMP

Hebrews 11:4  Faith moved Abel to choose a more acceptable sacrifice to offer God than his brother Cain, and God declared him righteous because of his offering of faith. By his faith, Abel still speaks instruction to us today, even though he is long dead. TPT

▼▼▼

Heb 11:4 [Prompted, actuated] by faith Abel brought God a better and more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, because of which it was testified of him that he was righteous [that he was upright and in right standing with God], and God bore witness by accepting and acknowledging his gifts. And though he died, yet [through the incident] he is still speaking. AMP

Heb 12:24 And to Jesus, the Mediator (Go-between, Agent) of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood which speaks [of mercy], a better and nobler and more gracious message than the blood of Abel [which cried out for vengeance]. AMP

▼▼▼

Hebrews 12:24  And we have come to Jesus who established a new covenant with his blood sprinkled upon the mercy seat; blood that continues to speak from heaven, “forgiveness,” a better message than Abel’s blood that cries from the earth, “justice. TPT

1 John 4:10 This is the kind of love we are talking about — not that we once upon a time loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to clear away our sins and the damage they’ve done to our relationship with God. MSG

Romans 5:7  Now, who of us would dare to die for the sake of a wicked person? We can all understand if someone was willing to die for a truly noble person.

But Christ proved God’s passionate love for us by dying in our place while we were still lost and ungodly!

And there is still much more to say of his unfailing love for us! For through the blood of Jesus we have heard the powerful declaration, “You are now righteous in my sight.” And because of the sacrifice of Jesus, you will never experience the wrath of God. TPT

John 10:14 “I am the Good Shepherd. I know my own sheep and my own sheep know me.

15 In the same way, the Father knows me and I know the Father. I put the sheep before myself, sacrificing myself if necessary. MSG

▼▼▼

John 10:14 “I alone am the Good Shepherd, and I know those whose hearts are mine, for they recognize me and know me,

15 just as my Father knows my heart and I know my Father’s heart. I am ready to give my life for the sheep. TPT

Romans 3:25-Jesus’ God-given destiny was to be the sacrifice to take away sins, and now he is our mercy seat because of his death on the cross. We come to him for mercy, for God has made a provision for us to be forgiven by faith in the sacred blood of Jesus. This is the perfect demonstration of God’s justice, because until now, he had been so patient—holding back his justice out of his tolerance for us. So he covered over the sins of those who lived prior to Jesus’ sacrifice.

26 And when the season of tolerance came to an end, there was only one possible way for God to give away his righteousness and still be true to both his justice and his mercy—to offer up his own Son. So now, because we stand on the faithfulness of Jesus, God declares us righteous in his eyes! TPT

Romans 8:3 For God achieved what the law was unable to accomplish, because the law was limited by the weakness of human nature. Yet God sent us his Son in human form to identify with human weakness. Clothed with humanity, God’s Son gave his body to be the sin-offering so that God could once and for all condemn the guilt and power of sin.

So now every righteous requirement of the law can be fulfilled through the Anointed One living his life in us. And we are free to live, not according to our flesh, but by the dynamic power of the Holy Spirit. TPT

Heb 5:9 Then, having arrived at the full stature of his maturity and having been announced by God as high priest in the order of Melchizedek,

10 he became the source of eternal salvation to all who believingly obey him. MSG   ▼▼▼

Heb 5:9 And, [His completed experience] making Him perfectly [equipped], He became the Author and Source of eternal salvation to all those who give heed and obey Him,

10 Being designated and recognized and saluted by God as High Priest after the order (with the rank) of Melchizedek. AMP

Hebrews 7:27 Unlike the former high priests, he is not compelled to offer daily sacrifices. They had to bring a sacrifice first for their own sins, then for the sins of the people, but he finished the sacrificial system, once and for all, when he offered himself.

28 The law appointed flawed men as high priests, but God’s promise, sealed with his oath, which succeeded the law, appoints a perfect Son who is complete forever! TPT

Hebrews 9:24 For the Messiah did not enter into the earthly tabernacle made by men, which was but an echo of the true sanctuary, but he entered into heaven itself to appear before the face of God in our place.

25 Under the old system year after year the high priest entered the most holy sanctuary with blood that was not his own. But the Messiah did not need to repeatedly offer himself year after year,

26 for that would mean he must suffer repeatedly ever since the fall of the world. But now he has appeared at the fulfillment of the ages to abolish sin once and for all by the sacrifice of himself!

27 Every human being is appointed to die once, and then to face God’s judgment.[

28 But when we die we will be face-to-face with Christ, the One who experienced death once for all to bear the sins of many! And now to those who eagerly await him, he will appear a second time; not to deal with sin, but to bring us the fullness of salvation. TPT

Heb 9:26 if that had been the case, he would have to sacrifice himself repeatedly throughout the course of history. But instead he sacrificed himself once and for all, summing up all the other sacrifices in this sacrifice of himself, the final solution of sin.   MSG

Revelation 1:5  and from Jesus Christ the Faithful Witness, the Firstborn from among the dead and the ruling King, who rules over the kings of the earth!

Now to the one who constantly loves us and has loosed us from our sins by his own blood, TPT

Gal 1:4 We know the meaning of those words because Jesus Christ rescued us from this evil world we’re in by offering himself as a sacrifice for our sins. God’s plan is that we all experience that rescue.

5 Glory to God forever! Oh, yes! MSG

▼▼▼

Galatians 1:4  I pray over you a release of the blessings of God’s undeserved kindness and total well-being that flows from our Father – God and from the Lord Jesus. He’s the Anointed Messiah who offered himself as the sacrifice for our sins! He has taken us out of this evil world system and set us free through our salvation, just as God desired.

All the glory will go to God alone, throughout time and eternity. Amen! TPT

Hebrews 1:3 The Son is the dazzling radiance of God’s splendor, the exact expression of God’s true nature—his mirror image. He holds the universe together and expands it by the mighty power of his spoken word. He accomplished for us the complete cleansing of sins, and then took his seat on the highest throne at the right hand of the majestic One. TPT

Hebrews 10:4 For what power does the blood of bulls and goats have to remove sin’s guilt?

So when Jesus the Messiah came into the world he said, “Since your ultimate desire was not another animal sacrifice, you have clothed me with a body that I might offer myself instead!
Multiple burnt offerings and sin-offerings cannot satisfy your justice.
So I said to you, ‘God—I will be the One to go and do your will, to fulfill all that is written of me in your Word!’ ”

First he said, “Multiple burnt-offerings and sin-offerings cannot satisfy your justice” (even though the law required them to be offered).

And then he said, “God, I will be the One to go and do your will.” So by being the sacrifice that removes sin, he abolishes animal sacrifices and replaces that entire system with the new covenant.

10 By God’s will we have been purified and made holy once and for all through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus, the Messiah!

11 Yet every day priests still serve, ritually offering the same sacrifices again and again—sacrifices that can never take away sin’s guilt.

12 But when this Priest had offered the one supreme sacrifice for sin for all time he sat down on a throne at the right hand of God, TPT

Lev 1:4 And he shall lay [both] his hands upon the head of the burnt offering [transferring symbolically his guilt to the victim], and it shall be an acceptable atonement for him. AMP

Jer 33:8 And I will cleanse them from all the guilt and iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will forgive all their guilt and iniquities by which they have sinned and rebelled against Me. AMP

Mark 2:5 And when Jesus saw their faith [their confidence in God through Him], He said to the paralyzed man, Son, your sins are forgiven [you] and put away [that is, the penalty is remitted, the sense of guilt removed, and you are made upright and in right standing with God].

6 Now some of the scribes were sitting there, holding a dialogue with themselves as they questioned in their hearts,

7 Why does this Man talk like this? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins [remove guilt , remit the penalty, and bestow righteousness instead] except God alone? AMP

1 Cor 6:11 And such some of you were [once]. But you were washed clean (purified by a complete atonement for sin and made free from the guilt of sin), and you were consecrated (set apart, hallowed), and you were justified [pronounced righteous, by trusting] in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the [Holy] Spirit of our God. AMP

1 John 1:9  But if we freely admit our sins when his light uncovers them, he will be faithful to forgive us every time. God is just to forgive us our sins because of Christ, and he will continue to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. TPT

Ephesians 1:7  Since we are now joined to Christ, we have been given the treasures of redemption by his blood—the total cancellation of our sins—all because of the cascading riches of his grace. TPT

▼▼▼

Eph 1:7 Because of the sacrifice of the Messiah, his blood poured out on the altar of the Cross, we’re a free people — free of penalties and punishments chalked up by all our misdeeds. And not just barely free, either. Abundantly free! MSG

1 John 2:2 When he served as a sacrifice for our sins, he solved the sin problem for good — not only ours, but the whole world’s. MSG

Romans 4:25 Jesus was handed over to be crucified for the forgiveness of our sins and was raised back to life to prove that he had made us right with God! TPT

John 6:53 Jesus replied to them, “Listen to this eternal truth: Unless you eat the body of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you will not have eternal life. 54 Eternal life comes to the one who eats my body and drinks my blood, and I will raise him up in the last day.

55 For my body is real food for your spirit and my blood is real drink.

56 The one who eats my body and drinks my blood lives in me and I live in him

57 The Father of life sent me, and he is my life. In the same way, the one who feeds upon me, I will become his life. TPT   COMMUNION

ETERNITY-ETERNAL GOD 4-14-19

ETERNITY ETERNAL GOD 4-14-19 VIDEO GOD OF ETERNITY

Eternity. We know God is good, as Father, as love, as the deliver in times of trouble, as our healer. But He is the eternal one there is an aspect of this characteristic that is waiting for us to know and receive as revelation. No beginning, no end. God is unchangeable. He never ages He never sleeps or slumbers.

No matter what the devil or demon say or do God is steadfast in His plans and purposes. God is eternal. As the fall Adam and Eve lost the eternal. They did die until Jesus rose from the dead. Death was eternal. But is no longer.

Death where is your sting? No separation. The sentence it was passed on the world with death. It was permanent separation from God no life.

No one could take Jesus life he gave it. Jesus confession was it no one could take it. Paul’s couldn’t be taken unless he gave it. Paul imparted this revelation to Timothy.

Ps 93:2 Your throne ever firm — you’re Eternal! MSG

Psalm 93:2 Lord, you have reigned as King from the very beginning of time.
Eternity is your home.
TPT

Psalm 92:8 But you, O Lord, are exalted forever in the highest place of endless glory, TPT

Isa 57:15 For this is what the high and majestic one says, the one who fills the eternal realm with Glory, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in high and holy places but also with the bruised and lowly in spirit, those who are humble and quick to repent. I dwell with them to revive the spirit of the humble, to revive the hearts of those were broken over their sin.

16 You will not find me continually accusing them or holding anger against them, less they feel defeated and lose heart before me. For I am the one who gave breath of life to my people.” TPT

Rev 1:18 And the Ever-living One [I am living in the eternity of the eternities]. I died, but see, I am alive forevermore; and I possess the keys of death and Hades (the realm of the dead). AMP

Rom 1:20 For ever since the creation of the world His invisible nature and attributes, that is, His eternal power and divinity, have been made intelligible and clearly discernible in and through the things that have been made (His handiworks). So [men] are without excuse [altogether without any defense or justification],   AMP

▼▼▼

Romans 1:20  Opposition to truth cannot be excused on the basis of ignorance, because from the creation of the world, the invisible qualities of God’s nature have been made visible, such as his eternal power and transcendence. He has made his wonderful attributes easily perceived, for seeing the visible makes us understand the invisible. So then, this leaves everyone without excuse. TPT

John 1:1 In the very beginning the Living Expression was already there.

And the Living Expression was with God, yet fully God.

They were together—face-to-face, in the very beginning.
And through his creative inspiration this Living Expression made all things, for nothing has existence apart from him!
Life came into being because of him, for his life is light for all humanity.
And this Living Expression is the Light that bursts through gloom[— the Light that darkness could not diminish! TPT

John 3:16 For this is how much God loved the world—he gave his one and only, unique Son as a gift. So now everyone who believes in him will never perish but experience everlasting life.

17 “God did not send his Son into the world to judge and condemn the world, but to be its Savior and rescue it!

18 So now there is no longer any condemnation for those who believe in him, but the unbeliever already lives under condemnation because they do not believe in the name of God’s beloved Son. TPT

1 John 2:25 This is exactly what Christ promised: eternal life, real life! MSG

John 17:2 You have already given me authority over all people so that I may give the gift of eternal life to all those that you have given to me.
Eternal life means to know and experience you as the only true God, and to know and experience Jesus Christ, as the Son whom you have sent. TPT

John 6:54 He who feeds on My flesh and drinks My blood has (possesses now) eternal life, and I will raise him up [from the dead] on the last day.

55 For My flesh is true and genuine food, and My blood is true and genuine drink.

56 He who feeds on My flesh and drinks My blood dwells continually in Me, and I [in like manner dwell continually] in him.

57 Just as the living Father sent Me and I live by (through, because of) the Father, even so whoever continues to feed on Me [whoever takes Me for his food and is nourished by Me] shall [in his turn] live through and because of Me.

58 This is the Bread that came down from heaven. It is not like the manna which our forefathers ate, and yet died; he who takes this Bread for his food shall live forever. AMP

▼▼▼

John 6:54 Eternal life comes to the one who eats my body and drinks my blood, and I will raise him up in the last day.

55 For my body is real food for your spirit and my blood is real drink.

56 The one who eats my body and drinks my blood lives in me and I live in him.

57 The Father of life sent me, and he is my life. In the same way, the one who feeds upon me, I will become his life.

58 I am not like the bread your ancestors ate and later died. I am the living Bread that comes from heaven. Eat this Bread and you will live forever!” TPT

Romans 5:21  And just as sin reigned through death, so also this sin-conquering grace will reign as king through righteousness, imparting eternal life through Jesus, our Lord and Messiah! TPT

Romans 6:22 But now, as God’s loving servants, you live in joyous freedom from the power of sin. So consider the benefits you now enjoy—you are brought deeper into the experience of true holiness that ends with eternal life!

23 For sin’s meager wages is death, but God’s lavish gift is life eternal, found in your union with our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One. TPT

Gal 6:8 For he who sows to his own flesh (lower nature, sensuality) will from the flesh reap decay and ruin and destruction, but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. AMP

▼▼▼

GAL 6:8 The harvest you reap reveals the seed that was planted. If you plant the corrupt seeds of self – life into this natural realm, you can expect to experience a harvest of corruption. If you plant the good seeds of Spirit-life you will reap the beautiful fruits that grow from the everlasting life of the Spirit. TPT

1 Timothy 6:12 So fight with faith for the winner’s prize! Lay your hands upon eternal life, for this is your calling—celebrating in faith before the multitude of witnesses!

13 So now, I instruct you before the God of resurrection life and before Jesus, the Anointed One, who demonstrated a beautiful testimony even before Pontius Pilate, TPT Jesus said you can’t take my life. Paul is hard pressed

1 John 1:2  This Life-Giver was made visible and we have seen him. We testify to this truth: the eternal Life-Giver lived face-to-face with the Father and has now dawned upon us.
So we proclaim to you what we have seen and heard about this Life-Giver
so that we may share and enjoy this life together. For truly our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus, the Anointed One.
TPT

1 John 5:11 This is the true testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life has its source in his Son.

12 Whoever has the Son has eternal life; whoever does not have the Son does not possess eternal life.

13 I’ve written this letter to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you will be assured and know without a doubt that you have eternal life.

14 Since we have this confidence, we can also have great boldness before him, for if we present any request agreeable to his will, he will hear us.

15 And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we also know that we have obtained the requests we ask of him. TPT

ACTS 15:16 After this I will come back, and will rebuild the house of David, which has fallen; I will rebuild its [very] ruins, and I will set it up again,

17 So that the rest of men may seek the Lord, and all the Gentiles upon whom My name has been invoked,

18 Says the Lord, Who has been making these things known from the beginning of the world. AMP

1 Cor 6:19 Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received [as a Gift] from God? You are not your own, AMP

Eph 2:20 You are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Christ Jesus Himself the chief Cornerstone.

21 In Him the whole structure is joined (bound, welded) together harmoniously, and it continues to rise (grow, increase) into a holy temple in the Lord [a sanctuary dedicated, consecrated, and sacred to the presence of the Lord].

22 In Him [and in fellowship with one another] you yourselves also are being built up [into this structure] with the rest, to form a fixed abode (dwelling place) of God in (by, through) the Spirit. AMP

18 And it was of His own [free] will that He gave us birth [as sons] by [His] Word of Truth, so that we should be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures [a sample of what He created to be consecrated to Himself]. AMP ▼▼▼

James 1:17 Every gift God freely gives us is good and perfect, streaming down from the Father of lights, who shines from the heavens with no hidden shadow or darkness and is never subject to change.

18 God was delighted to give us birth by the truth of his infallible Word so that we would fulfill his chosen destiny for us and become the favorite ones out of all his creation. TPT

FUTURE HOPE 4-12-19

FUTURE HOPE 4-12-19 VIDEO HOPE DUBUNKED

We have a choice these days to remain a victim of our past failures worries and fears, or let the Holy Spirit show us to move into our future. The future cannot be stopped for us. No one can be snatched out of God’s hands. In the Bible hope means not only do we desire something good for the future but we expect it to happen. HOPE-comes from a Hebrew word to twist or weave as strands of rope making capable to hold up even under a heavy load. A cord- expectation (like shackles) favorable & confident. David when he was desperate he argued with his own soul about his future. So future hope does it mean to “cross your fingers” but it’s rather to expect great things from God. Abe received the royal-proclamation,” the Aramaic word for “promise.”

Hebrews 6:11 But we long to see you passionately advance until the end and you find your hope fulfilled.

12 So don’t allow your hearts to grow dull or lose your enthusiasm, but follow the example of those who fully received what God has promised because of their strong faith and patient endurance.

13 Now when God made a promise to Abraham, since there was no one greater than himself, he swore an oath on his own integrity to keep the promise as sure as God exists!

14 So he said, “Have no doubt, I promise to bless you over and over and give you a son and multiply you without measure!”

15 So Abraham waited patiently in faith and succeeded in seeing the promise fulfilled.

16 It is very common for people to swear an oath by something greater than themselves, for the oath will confirm their statements and end all dispute.

17 So in the same way, God wanted to end all doubt and confirm it even more forcefully to those who would inherit his promises. His purpose was unchangeable, so God added his vow to the promise.

18 So it is impossible for God to lie for we know that his promise and his vow will never change! And now we have run into his heart to hide ourselves in his faithfulness. This is where we find his strength and comfort, for he empowers us to seize what has already been established ahead of time—an unshakeable hope! TPT

HEB 11:10 His eyes of faith were set on the city with unshakable foundations, whose architect and builder is God himself.

11 Sarah’s faith embraced the miracle power to conceive even though she was barren and was past the age of childbearing, for the authority of her faith rested in the One who made the promise, and she tapped into his faithfulness.

12 In fact, so many children were subsequently fathered by this aged man of faith—one who was as good as dead, that he now has offspring as innumerable as the sand on the seashore and as the stars in the sky! TPT

HEB 11:15  And if their hearts were still remembering what they left behind, they would have found an opportunity to go back.

16 But they couldn’t turn back for their hearts were fixed on what was far greater, that is, the heavenly realm! TPT

Heb 11:20 [With eyes of] faith Isaac, looking far into the future, invoked blessings upon Jacob and Esau. AMP

▼▼▼

Heb 11:20 By an act of faith, Isaac reached into the future as he blessed Jacob and Esau. MSG

▼▼▼

Hebrews 11:20  The power of faith prompted Isaac to impart a blessing to his sons, Jacob and Esau, concerning their prophetic destinies. TPT

HEB 11:22 Faith inspired Joseph and opened his eyes to see into the future, for as he was dying he prophesied about the exodus of Israel out of Egypt, and gave instructions that his bones were to be taken from Egypt with them. TPT

Or “remembering the exodus.” This is amazing, since the exodus had not yet happened, so how could Joseph “remember” it? This is the eye of faith that imparts prophetic vision of the future.

Ps 42:5 Why are you cast down, O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, my Help and my God.

6 O my God, my life is cast down upon me [and I find the burden more than I can bear]; therefore will I [earnestly] remember You from the land of the Jordan [River] and the [summits of Mount] Hermon, from the little mountain Mizar.

7 [Roaring] deep calls to [roaring] deep at the thunder of Your waterspouts; all Your breakers and Your rolling waves have gone over me.

8 Yet the Lord will command His loving-kindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me, a prayer to the God of my life. AMP

▼▼▼

Ps 42:5 So then, my soul, why would you be depressed? Why would you sink into despair? Just keep hoping and waiting on God, your Savior. For no matter what, I will still sing with praise, for living before his face is my saving grace!
Here I am depressed and downcast. Yet I will still remember you as I ponder the place where your glory streams down from the mighty mountaintops, lofty and majestic—the mountains of your awesome presence.
My deep need calls out to the deep kindness of your love. Your waterfall of weeping sent waves of sorrow over my soul, carrying me away, cascading over me like a thundering cataract.
Yet all day long God’s promises of love pour over me. Through the night I sing his songs, for my prayer to God has become my life. TPT

GOD’S FAITHFULNESS Isa 43:10 Yahweh says, you are my witnesses, my chosen servants, I chose you in order that you would know me intimately, believing me always, and fully understand that I am the only God, there was no god before me, and there will be no god after me.

11 I only I, I am Yahweh, and there is no savior-God but me.

12 I am the only one who revealed this to you. I saved you, foretold the future and brought it to pass, it was not some foreign god who did this! You are my witnesses that I am God, declares Yahweh.

13 From the very beginning, I am the only God! No one could be snatched from my hand. When I chose to act, who can reverse it?

Isa 44:7 Who is like me? Go ahead and speak up. I’ll wait for him to announce it and explain it all to me! Who else has announced from the everlasting what is to come? Let them prophesy what is yet to be.

8 Do not fear nor be shaken! Haven’t I foretold it announcing it to you ahead of time? You are my witnesses, so tell me is there any god besides me? There is no other rock of shelter, I know not one. TPT

Jer 33:6 “But now take another look. I’m going to give this city a thorough renovation, working a true healing inside and out. I’m going to show them life whole, life brimming with blessings.

7 I’ll restore everything that was lost to Judah and Jerusalem. I’ll build everything back as good as new.

8 I’ll scrub them clean from the dirt they’ve done against me. I’ll forgive everything they’ve done wrong, forgive all their rebellions.

9 And Jerusalem will be a center of joy and praise and glory for all the countries on earth. They’ll get reports on all the good I’m doing for her. They’ll be in awe of the blessings I am pouring on her. MSG

HS John 16:13 But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future]. AMP

▼▼▼

John 16:13 But when the Friend comes, the Spirit of the Truth, he will take you by the hand and guide you into all the truth there is. He won’t draw attention to himself, but will make sense out of what is about to happen and, indeed, out of all that I have done and said. MSG

Acts 2:18 Yes, and on My menservants also and on My maidservants in those days I will pour out of My Spirit, and they shall prophesy [telling forth the divine counsels and predicting future events pertaining especially to God’s kingdom]. AMP

Acts 2:18  The Holy Spirit will come upon all my servants, men and women alike, and they will prophesy. TPT

overcoming strongholds 3-31-19

OVERCOMING STRONGHOLDS 3-31-19 VIDEO OVERCOMING EMOTIONAL

Paul under the influence of the Holy Spirit explains what strongholds are. Any argument or pretension that sets itself against the knowledge of God. It is anything pretending to be bigger or more powerful than God. It try’s to steal our focus and makes us feel overpowered. It tries to consume us emotionally. The battlefield is how we think what is in our mind. A strong hold must be demolished we don’t just ignore them. The word is like dynamite it blows up strongholds. It’s like our fortress. We think the way God thinks and we are free from strongholds.

2 Cor 10:3 For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons.

4 For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds,

5 [Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One),

6 Being in readiness to punish every [insubordinate for his] disobedience, when your own submission and obedience [as a church] are fully secured and complete. AMP

▼▼▼

2 Corinthians 10:3  For although we live in the natural realm, we don’t wage a military campaign employing human weapons, using manipulation to achieve our aims. Instead, our spiritual weapons are energized with divine power to effectively dismantle the defenses behind which people hide.

We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.

Since we are armed with such dynamic weaponry, we stand ready to punish any trace of rebellion, as soon as you choose complete obedience.

1 Tim 1:18 I’m passing this work on to you, my son Timothy. The prophetic word that was directed to you prepared us for this. All those prayers are coming together now so you will do this well, fearless in your struggle,

19 keeping a firm grip on your faith and on yourself. After all, this is a fight we’re in. There are some, you know, who by relaxing their grip and thinking anything goes have made a thorough mess of their faith. MSG

1 Peter 5:8 Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour.

9 Withstand him; be firm in faith [against his onset — rooted, established, strong, immovable, and determined], knowing that the same (identical) sufferings are appointed to your brotherhood (the whole body of Christians) throughout the world. AMP

▼▼▼

1 Peter 5:8 Be well balanced and always alert, because your enemy, the devil, roams around incessantly, like a roaring lion looking for its prey to devour.

Take a decisive stand against him and resist his every attack with strong, vigorous faith. For you know that your believing brothers and sisters around the world are experiencing the same kinds of troubles you endure. TPT

Col 2:15 [God] disarmed the principalities and powers that were ranged against us and made a bold display and public example of them, in triumphing over them in Him and in it [the cross]. AMP

▼▼▼

Col 2:15 He stripped all the spiritual tyrants in the universe of their sham authority at the Cross and marched them naked through the streets. MSG ▼▼▼

Colossians 2:15 Then Jesus made a public spectacle of all the powers and principalities of darkness, stripping away from them every weapon and all their spiritual authority and power to accuse us. And by the power of the cross, Jesus led them around as prisoners in a procession of triumph. He was not their prisoner; they were his! TPT

Our weapons mentioned in Ephesians are important. Weapons are all defensive except for the word. It is an offense of weapon. Two major weapons are the word and praying in the spirit. Satan gives us imaginations to try to defeat us but he is already defeated.

Eph 6:10 And that about wraps it up. God is strong, and he wants you strong.

11 So take everything the Master has set out for you, well-made weapons of the best materials. And put them to use so you will be able to stand up to everything the Devil throws your way.

12 This is no afternoon athletic contest that we’ll walk away from and forget about in a couple of hours. This is for keeps, a life-or-death fight to the finish against the Devil and all his angels.

13 Be prepared. You’re up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it’s all over but the shouting you’ll still be on your feet.

14 Truth, righteousness,

15 peace,

16 faith,

17 and salvation are more than words. Learn how to apply them. You’ll need them throughout your life. God’s Word is an indispensable weapon.

18 In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other’s spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out. MSG

▼▼▼

Ephesians 6:10  Now my beloved ones, I have saved these most important truths for last: Be supernaturally infused with strength through your life-union with the Lord Jesus. Stand victorious with the force of his explosive power flowing in and through you.

11 Put on God’s complete set of armor provided for us, so that you will be protected as you fight against the evil strategies of the accuser!

12 Your hand-to-hand combat is not with human beings, but with the highest principalities and authorities operating in rebellion under the heavenly realms. For they are a powerful class of demon-gods and evil spirits that hold this dark world in bondage.

13 Because of this, you must wear all the armor that God provides so you’re protected as you confront the slanderer, for you are destined for all things and will rise victorious.

14 Put on truth as a belt to strengthen you to stand in triumph. Put on holiness as the protective armor that covers your heart.

15 Stand on your feet alert, then you’ll always be ready to share the blessings of peace.

16 In every battle, take faith as your wrap-around shield, for it is able to extinguish the blazing arrows coming at you from the Evil One

17–18 Embrace the power of salvation’s full deliverance, like a helmet to protect your thoughts from lies. And take the mighty razor-sharp Spirit-sword[ of the spoken Word of God. Pray passionately in the Spirit, as you constantly intercede with every form of prayer at all times. Pray the blessings of God upon all his believers. TPT

Heb 4:12 For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart.

13 And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight, but all things are open and exposed, naked and defenseless to the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do. AMP

▼▼▼

Hebrews 4:12  For we have the living Word of God, which is full of energy, and it pierces more sharply than a two-edged sword. It will even penetrate to the very core of our being where soul and spirit, bone and marrow meet ] It interprets and reveals the true thoughts and secret motives of our hearts.

13 There is not one person who can hide their thoughts from God, for nothing that we do remains a secret, and nothing created is concealed, but everything is exposed and defenseless before his eyes, to whom we must render an account.

This new unique view of God given to us by John, which signifies the presence of God himself in the flesh. Some have translated this rich term as “Word.” It could also be translated “Message” or “Blueprint.” Jesus Christ is the eternal Word, the creative Word, and the Word made visible. He is the divine self-expression of all that God is, contains, and reveals in incarnated flesh. Just as we express ourselves in words, God has perfectly expressed himself in Christ.

1 Thess 2:13 And we also [especially] thank God continually for this, that when you received the message of God [which you heard] from us, you welcomed it not as the word of [mere] men, but as it truly is, the Word of God, which is effectually at work in you who believe [exercising its superhuman power in those who adhere to and trust in and rely on it]. Rom 4:18 [For Abraham, human reason for] hope being gone, hoped in faith that he should become the father of many nations, as he had been promised, So [numberless] shall your descendants be.

19 He did not weaken in faith when he considered the [utter] impotence of his own body, which was as good as dead because he was about a hundred years old, or [when he considered] the barrenness of Sarah’s [deadened] womb

20 No unbelief or distrust made him waver (doubtingly question) concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong and was empowered by faith as he gave praise and glory to God,

21 Fully satisfied and assured that God was able and mighty to keep His word and to do what He had promised.

22 That is why his faith was credited to him as righteousness (right standing with God).

23 But [the words], It was credited to him, were written not for his sake alone,

24 But [they were written] for our sakes too. [Righteousness, standing acceptable to God] will be granted and credited to us also who believe in (trust in, adhere to, and rely on) God, Who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead, AMP

Rom 4:18 When everything was hopeless, Abraham believed anyway, deciding to live not on the basis of what he saw he couldn’t do but on what God said he would do. And so he was made father of a multitude of peoples. God himself said to him, “You’re going to have a big family, Abraham!”

19 Abraham didn’t focus on his own impotence and say, “It’s hopeless. This hundred-year-old body could never father a child.” Nor did he survey Sarah’s decades of infertility and give up.

20 He didn’t tiptoe around God’s promise asking cautiously skeptical questions. He plunged into the promise and came up strong, ready for God,

21 sure that God would make good on what he had said.

22 That’s why it is said, “Abraham was declared fit before God by trusting God to set him right.”

23 But it’s not just Abraham;

24 it’s also us! The same thing gets said about us when we embrace and believe the One who brought Jesus to life when the conditions were equally hopeless.

Luke 10:38 Now while they were on their way, it occurred that Jesus entered a certain village, and a woman named Martha received and welcomed Him into her house.

39 And she had a sister named Mary, who seated herself at the Lord’s feet and was listening to His teaching.

40 But Martha [overly occupied and too busy] was distracted with much serving; and she came up to Him and said, Lord, is it nothing to You that my sister has left me to serve alone? Tell her then to help me [to lend a hand and do her part along with me]!

41 But the Lord replied to her by saying, Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things;

Luke 10:38 As Jesus and the disciples continued on their journey, they came to a village where a woman welcomed Jesus into her home. Her name was Martha and she had a sister named Mary. Mary sat down attentively before the Master, absorbing every revelation he shared.

40 But Martha became exasperated by finishing the numerous household chores in preparation for her guests, so she interrupted Jesus and said, “Lord, don’t you think it’s unfair that my sister left me to do all the work by myself? You should tell her to get up and help me.”

41 The Lord answered her, “Martha, my beloved Martha. Why are you upset and troubled, pulled away by all these many distractions? Are they really that important?

42 Mary has discovered the one thing most important by choosing to sit at my feet. She is undistracted, and I won’t take this privilege from her.” TPT

JOHN 11:1 In the village of Bethany there was a man named Lazarus, and his sisters, Mary and Martha. Mary was the one who would anoint Jesus’ feet with costly perfume and dry his feet with her long hair. One day Lazarus became very sick to the point of death.

So his sisters sent a message to Jesus, “Lord, our brother Lazarus, the one you love, is very sick. Please come!”

When he heard this, he said, “This sickness will not end in death for Lazarus, but will bring glory and praise to God. This will reveal the greatness of the Son of God by what takes place.”

5–6 Now even though Jesus loved Mary, Martha, and Lazarus, he remained where he was for two more days.

Finally, on the third day, he said to his disciples, “Come. It’s time to go to Bethany. TPT

▼▼▼

John 11:1 NOW A certain man named Lazarus was ill. He was of Bethany, the village where Mary and her sister Martha lived.

2 This Mary was the one who anointed the Lord with perfume and wiped His feet with her hair. It was her brother Lazarus who was [now] sick.

3 So the sisters sent to Him, saying, Lord, he whom You love [so well] is sick.

4 When Jesus received the message, He said, This sickness is not to end in death; but [on the contrary] it is to honor God and to promote His glory, that the Son of God may be glorified through (by) it.

5 Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus. [They were His dear friends, and He held them in loving esteem.]

6 Therefore [even] when He heard that Lazarus was sick, He still stayed two days longer in the same place where He was.

7 Then after that interval He said to His disciples, Let us go back again to Judea.

Luke 11:9 So I say to you, Ask and keep on asking and it shall be given you; seek and keep on seeking and you shall find; knock and keep on knocking and the door shall be opened to you.

10 For everyone who asks and keeps on asking receives; and he who seeks and keeps on seeking finds; and to him who knocks and keeps on knocking, the door shall be opened.

11 What father among you, if his son asks for a loaf of bread, will give him a stone; or if he asks for a fish, will instead of a fish give him a serpent?

12 Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion?

13 If you then, evil as you are, know how to give good gifts [gifts that are to their advantage] to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask and continue to ask Him!

14 Now Jesus was driving out a demon that was dumb; and it occurred that when the demon had gone out, the dumb man spoke. And the crowds marveled. AMP

▼▼▼

Luke 11:9 So it is with your prayers. Ask and you’ll receive. Seek and you’ll discover. Knock on heaven’s door, and it will one day open for you. Every persistent person will get what he asks for. Every persistent seeker will discover what he needs. And everyone who knocks persistently will one day find an open door.

11 “Let me ask you this: Do you know of any father who would give his son a snake on a plate when he asked for a serving of fish? Of course not!

12 Do you know of any father who would give his daughter a spider when she had asked for an egg? Of course not!

13 If imperfect parents know how to lovingly take care of their children and give them what they need, how much more will the perfect heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit’s fullness when his children ask him.”

14 One day there was a crowd gathered around Jesus, and among them was a man who was mute. Jesus drove out of the man the spirit that made him unable to speak. Once the demon left him, the mute man’s tongue was loosed and he was able to speak again. The stunned crowd saw it all and marveled in amazement over this miracle! TPT

John 11:40 Jesus said to her, Did I not tell you and promise you that if you would believe and rely on Me, you would see the glory of God?

42 Yes, I know You always hear and listen to Me, but I have said this on account of and for the benefit of the people standing around, so that they may believe that You did send Me [that You have made Me Your Messenger].

43 When He had said this, He shouted with a loud voice, Lazarus, come out!

44 And out walked the man who had been dead, his hands and feet wrapped in burial cloths (linen strips), and with a [burial] napkin bound around his face. Jesus said to them, Free him of the burial wrappings and let him go. AMP

▼▼▼

John 11:40 Jesus looked at her and said, “Didn’t I tell you that if you will believe in me, you will see God unveil his power?”

41 So they rolled away the heavy stone. Jesus gazed into heaven and said, “Father, thank you that you have heard my prayer,

42 for you listen to every word I speak. Now, so that these who stand here with me will believe that you have sent me to the earth as your messenger, I will use the power you have given me.”

43 Then with a loud voice Jesus shouted with authority: “Lazarus! Come out of the tomb!”

44 Then in front of everyone, Lazarus, who had died four days earlier, slowly hobbled out—he still had grave clothes tightly wrapped around his hands and feet and covering his face! Jesus said to them, “Unwrap him and let him loose.

WEALTH IS TO SOW AND BE GOOD STEWARDS OF 3-24-19 VIDEO wealth

Wealth is to sow and be good stewards of. If you can cooperate with God in this you have access to his wealth. Wealth is having plenty. It is what you do with wealth that is important. Our hearts follow our money. Abraham, Isaac, Solomon, Joseph, Job , Hezekiah Joseph of Arimathea, Nicodemus and the wisemen all were very wealthy but they use their wealth for kingdom purposes. Being a good steward is someone who manages anothers wealth. Money is both natural and supernatural.  In God’s banking system wealth never suffers inflation or loss.

Job 31:24 If I have made gold my trust and hope or have said to fine gold, You are my confidence,

25 If I rejoiced because my wealth was great and because my [powerful] hand [alone] had gotten much,

26 If I beheld [as an object of worship] the sunlight when it shone or the moon walking in its brightness,

27 And my heart has been secretly enticed by them or my mouth has kissed my hand [in homage to them],

28 This also would have been [a heinous and principal] iniquity to demand the judges’ action and punishment, for I would have denied and been false to the God Who is above. AMP

Jer 9:23 Thus says the Lord: Let not the wise and skillful person glory and boast in his wisdom and skill; let not the mighty and powerful person glory and boast in his strength and power; let not the person who is rich [in physical gratification and earthly wealth] glory and boast in his [temporal satisfactions and earthly] riches;

24 But let him who glories glory in this: that he understands and knows Me [personally and practically, directly discerning and recognizing My character], that I am the Lord, Who practices loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth, for in these things I delight, says the Lord. AMP

Jer 9:23 God’s Message: “Don’t let the wise brag of their wisdom. Don’t let heroes brag of their exploits. Don’t let the rich brag of their riches.

Matt 6:21 For your heart will always pursue what you value as your treasure.

22 “The eyes of your spirit allow revelation-light to enter into your being. If your heart is unclouded, the light floods in!

Matthew 6:21 “For your thoughts [heart] will always be focused on your treasure. Hebrews 13:5 Don’t be obsessed with money but live content with what you have, for you always have God’s presence. For hasn’t he promised you,

[I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]

Unlike Ananias and Sapphera, Barnabas was a good steward. He sold some of his own land on the island of Cyprus and laid the money at the apostles feet. Not only did this help feed and clothe people but it had a far reaching effect of unlocking spiritual doors as well. He’s giving unlocked his assignment as well. He and Paul were the first to be commission since Jesus ascension. They were sent to Cyprus where Barnabas had sold his land previously. The island was saved and the gospel was welcome.

Acts 13:2 While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, Separate now for Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.

3 Then after fasting and praying, they put their hands on them and sent them away.

ACTS 13:2 While they were worshiping as priests before the Lord in prayer and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “I have called Barnabas and Saul to do an important work for me. Now, release them to go and fulfill it.”

5 Nor [was this gift of theirs merely the contribution] that we expected, but first they gave themselves to the Lord and to us [as His agents] by the will of God [entirely disregarding their personal interests, they gave as much as they possibly could, having put themselves at our disposal to be directed by the will of God] —   AMP

2 COR 8:2 For even during a season of severe difficulty and tremendous suffering, they became even more filled with joy. From the depths of their extreme poverty, super-abundant joy overflowed into an act of extravagant generosity.

For I can verify that they spontaneously gave, not only according to their means but far beyond what they could afford.

They actually begged us for the privilege of sharing in this ministry of giving to God’s holy people who are living in poverty.

They exceeded our expectations by first dedicating themselves fully to the Lord and then to us, according to God’s pleasure. TPT

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH GOD’S KINGDOM

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH THE KINGDOM OF GOD 3-21-19 VIDEO KING

KINGDOM- “kingdom from the heavens.” It is headed by Jesus Christ for the purpose of re-establishing the kingdom of God over this rebellious part of God’s realm. Sometimes the word “kingdom” is misunderstood. The kingdom is not something we are waiting to inhabit like heaven or paradise. The kingdom is within you now. The words of Jesus spoke concerning the kingdom showed it was now and for the future when He returns. “Seek ye first the kingdom of God” looks and acts like Jesus Christ. It’s not of this world. The kingdom of God doesn’t exist to control behavior but to transform lives. The kingdom of God is set upon the foundation of loving people. It’s not an eye for an eye. Its enemies are not people but the principalities and powers of darkness evil in the heavenly places. John prepare the way to the kingdom. Offering repentance from sin but Jesus became the very nature of sin. He is God’s way into the kingdom. Jesus shared about being fully sold out. The kingdom has a cost.

1 Cor 4:20 For the kingdom of God consists of and is based on not talk but power (moral power and excellence of soul). AMP

▼▼▼

1 COR 4:20  For the kingdom realm of God comes with power, not simply impressive words. TPT

POWER- ability, abundance, meaning, might (-ily, -y, -y deed), (worker of) miracle (-s), power, strength, mighty (wonderful) work.

Isa 9:6 A child has been born for us: a son is been given to us. The responsible of complete dominion will rest on his shoulders, and his name will be: the wonderful one! The extraordinary strategist! The mighty God! The father of eternity! The prince of peace!

7 Great and vast is his dominion. He will bring immeasurable peace and prosperity. He will rule on David’s throne and over David’s kingdom to establish and uphold it by promoting justice and righteousness from this time forward and forevermore. The marvelous passion that the Lord Yahweh commander of the angel armies, as for his people will ensure that it is finished!     IT IS FINISHED TPT

LU 3:2  John went preaching and baptizing throughout the Jordan Valley. He persuaded people to turn away from their sins and turn to God for the freedom of forgiveness. TPT

LU 16:16 The law of Moses and the revelation of the prophets have prepared you for the arrival of the kingdom realm announced by John. And now, when this wonderful news of God’s kingdom realm is preached, people’s hearts burn with extreme passion to press in and receive it. TPT

JESUS PREACHED THE KINGDOM

Luke 17:20 Asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He replied to them by saying, The kingdom of God does not come with signs to be observed or with visible display,

21 Nor will people say, Look! Here [it is]! or, See, [it is] there! For behold, the kingdom of God is within you [in your hearts] and among you [surrounding you]. AMP

▼▼▼

Luke 17:20  Jesus was once asked by the Jewish religious leaders, “When will God’s kingdom realm come?” Jesus responded, “God’s kingdom realm does not come simply by obeying principles or by waiting for signs.

21 The kingdom is not discovered in one place or another, for God’s kingdom realm is already expanding within some of you.”   TPT

MATT 4:17 From that time on Jesus began to proclaim his message with these words: “Keep turning away from your sins and come back to God, for heaven’s kingdom realm is now accessible. TPT

Matt 6:10 Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. AMP ▼▼▼

MATT 6:10 Manifest your kingdom realm, and cause your every purpose to be fulfilled on earth, just as it is fulfilled in heaven. TPT

Luke 9:27 However I tell you truly, there are some of those standing here who will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God. AMP

LUKE 9:62 Jesus responded, “Why do you keep looking backward to your past and have second thoughts about following me? When you turn back you are useless to God’s kingdom realm. TPT

Luke 12:31 Each and every day he will supply your needs as you seek his kingdom passionately, above all else.

32 So don’t ever be afraid, dearest friends! Your loving Father joyously gives you his kingdom realm with all its promises! TPT

LU 10:9 Then heal the sick, and tell them all, ‘God’s kingdom realm has arrived and is now within your reach!’ TPT

MARK 10 23 Jesus looked at the faces of his disciples and said, “How hard it is for the wealthy to enter into God’s kingdom realm.”

24 The disciples were startled when they heard this. But Jesus again said to them, “Children, it is next to impossible for those who trust in their riches to find their way into God’s kingdom realm.

25 It is easier to stuff a rope through the eye of a needle than for a wealthy person to enter into God’s kingdom realm.”

26 But this left them all the more astonished, and they whispered to one another, “Then who could ever be saved?”

27 Jesus looked at them and replied, “With people it is impossible, but not with God—God makes all things possible!”

28 Then Peter spoke up and said, “Can’t you see that we’ve left everything we had to cling to you?”

29 “Listen to my words,” Jesus said. “Anyone who leaves his home behind and chooses me over children, parents, family, and possessions, all for the sake of the gospel,

30 it will come back to him a hundred times as much in this lifetime—homes, family, mothers, brothers, sisters, children, possessions—along with persecutions. And in the age to come, he will inherit eternal life.

31 But many who are considered to be the most important now will be the least important then. And many who are viewed as the least important now will be considered the most important then.” TPT

MARK 10:14 When Jesus saw what was happening, he became indignant with his disciples and said to them, “Let all the little children come to me and never hinder them! Don’t you know that God’s kingdom realm exists for such as these? 15 Listen to the truth I speak: Whoever does not open their arms to receive God’s kingdom like a teachable child will never enter it.” TPT

MARK 4:11 He said to them, “The privilege of intimately knowing the mystery of God’s kingdom realm has been granted to you, but not to the others, where everything is revealed in parables. TPT

Acts 1:3 To them also He showed Himself alive after His passion (His suffering in the garden and on the cross) by [a series of] many convincing demonstrations [unquestionable evidences and infallible proofs], appearing to them during forty days and talking [to them] about the things of the kingdom of God. Mark 15:43 Joseph, he of Arimathea, noble and honorable in rank and a respected member of the council (Sanhedrin), who was himself waiting for the kingdom of God, daring the consequences, took courage and ventured to go to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus.

44 But Pilate wondered whether He was dead so soon, and, having called the centurion, he asked him whether [Jesus] was already dead.

45 And when he learned from the centurion [that He was indeed dead], he gave the body to Joseph. AMP

MARK 15:43 So a prominent Jewish leader named Joseph, from the village of Ramah, courageously went to see Pilate and asked to have custody of the body of Jesus. Joseph was a highly regarded member of the Jewish council and a follower of Jesus who had focused his hope on God’s kingdom realm.

44 Pilate was amazed to hear that Jesus was already dead, so he summoned the Roman officer, who confirmed it.

45 After it was confirmed, Pilate consented to give the corpse to Joseph. TPT

1 Timothy 6:12 So fight with faith for the winner’s prize! Lay your hands upon eternal life, for this is your calling—celebrating in faith before the multitude of witnesses!

▼▼▼

1 Tim 6:12 Fight the good fight of the faith; lay hold of the eternal life to which you were summoned and [for which] you confessed the good confession [of faith] before many witnesses.

13 In the presence of God, Who preserves alive all living things, and of Christ Jesus, Who in His testimony before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I [solemnly] charge you AMP

JOHN 18:36 Jesus looked at Pilate and said, “The royal power of my kingdom realm doesn’t come from this world. If it did, then my followers would be fighting to the end to defend me from the Jewish leaders. My kingdom realm authority is not from this realm.” TPT

Acts 2:18 Yes, and on My menservants also and on My maidservants in those days I will pour out of My Spirit, and they shall prophesy [telling forth the divine counsels and predicting future events pertaining especially to God’s kingdom]. AMP

1 Cor 15:50 But I tell you this, brethren, flesh and blood cannot [become partakers of eternal salvation and] inherit or share in the kingdom of God; nor does the perishable (that which is decaying) inherit or share in the imperishable (the immortal).

1 Cor 15:24 After that comes the end (the completion), when He delivers over the kingdom to God the Father after rendering inoperative and abolishing every [other] rule and every authority and power.

▼▼▼

1 COR 15:24 Then the final stage of completion comes, when he will bring to an end every other rulership, authority, and power, and he will hand over his kingdom to Father God.

God’s redemption

OUR REDEMPTIVE GOD 2-21-19 VIDEO POLICE ALLI PEREZ 2

Redemptive-Act of redeeming. Recovery as something pawned or mortgaged. Deliverance-is saving faith, saved from sin and all the repercussions. Yes The purchase of a slaves freedom. Regaining what was due, the payment made by somebody else. Redeemer-One who extends his garment over us as a covering, protection. The Hebrews knew the hem of the garment was the extension of the wearers identity and status. God is our redeemer. He is the one who will stand up for his people and vindicate them.

Ruth 2:12 The Lord recompense you for what you have done, and a full reward be given you by the Lord, the God of Israel, under Whose wings you have come to take refuge! AMP

Matt 9:20 And behold, a woman who had suffered from a flow of blood for twelve years came up behind Him and touched the fringe of His garment;

21 For she kept saying to herself, If I only touch His garment, I shall be restored to health.

22 Jesus turned around and, seeing her, He said, Take courage, daughter! Your faith has made you well. And at once the woman was restored to health. AMP

Rom 3:25 Whom God put forward [before the eyes of all] as a mercy seat and propitiation by His blood [the cleansing and life-giving sacrifice of atonement and reconciliation, to be received] through faith. This was to show God’s righteousness, because in His divine forbearance He had passed over and ignored former sins without punishment.

26 It was to demonstrate and prove at the present time (in the now season) that He Himself is righteous and that He justifies and accepts as righteous him who has [true] faith in Jesus. AMP

▼▼▼

RO 3:25 Jesus’ God-given destiny was to be the sacrifice to take away sins, and now he is our mercy seat because of his death on the cross.

TPT

▼▼▼

Ro 3:25  Jesus exhibits God‘s mercy. His blood propitiation persuade humankind that God has dealt with the historic record of their sin.

26 all along God refused to let go of man. At this very moment God’s act of righteousness is pointing mankind to the evidence of their innocence, with Jesus as the source of faith.  Mirror

“propitiation”– The mercy seat becomes a picture for the sacrificial, redemptive work of Christ. The mercy seat was the lid to the ark of the covenant, which was carried throughout the wilderness for years and finally found a home in the temple in Jerusalem. “Blood of mercy” was sprinkled on the mercy seat (or “place of satisfaction”) yearly on the Day of Atonement, which covered the sins of the people until Jesus sprinkled his blood on the mercy seat in the heavens. The mercy seat was not seen by the people; only the high priest went into the holy of holies to sprinkle blood upon the mercy seat. Yet Jesus was publicly offered as the satisfaction for sin’s consequences.

1 Cor 1:30 But it is from Him that you have your life in Christ Jesus, Whom God made our Wisdom from God, [revealed to us a knowledge of the divine plan of salvation previously hidden, manifesting itself as] our Righteousness [thus making us upright and putting us in right standing with God], and our Consecration [making us pure and holy], and our Redemption [providing our ransom from eternal penalty for sin]. This is the Greek word ekklēsia, which is commonly used for church. However, ekklēsia means more than a church meeting, for it signified in Greek culture the governing assembly which had the authority to make decisions for the entire city. This is Jesus who is God’s uniquely Firstborn. In Christ we are all the first-born and have all the rights and blessings that Jesus has. The Aramaic can be translated “and to the Spirit who has perfected the righteous ones.”

1 Thess 5:2 You know as well as I that the day of the Master’s coming can’t be posted on our calendars. He won’t call ahead and make an appointment any more than a burglar would.

3 About the time everybody’s walking around complacently, congratulating each other — “We’ve sure got it made! Now we can take it easy!” — suddenly everything will fall apart. It’s going to come as suddenly and inescapably as birth pangs to a pregnant woman.

4 But friends, you’re not in the dark, so how could you be taken off guard by any of this?

5 You’re sons of Light, daughters of Day. We live under wide open skies and know where we stand.

6 So let’s not sleepwalk through life like those others. Let’s keep our eyes open and be smart.

7 People sleep at night and get drunk at night.

8 But not us! Since we’re creatures of Day, let’s act like it. Walk out into the daylight sober, dressed up in faith, love, and the hope of salvation. MSG
