BELIEVING- (Why is it hard to believe)  5-22-2020

Believing-to accept something as true without natural proof to support it. Heart belief- not head. Believing was never meant to hard-It comes from the heart. 

Job 13:3 Surely I wish to speak to the Almighty, and I desire to argue and reason my case with God [that He may explain the conflict between what I believe of Him and what I see of Him].  AMP

JN 3:12 If you’re unable to understand and believe what I’ve told you about the natural realm, what will you do when I begin to unveil the heavenly realm? TPT

Jonah 2:8 They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.  KJV

Jonah 3:4 Jonah entered the city, went one day’s walk and preached, “In forty days Nineveh will be smashed.”

5 The people of Nineveh listened, and trusted God. They proclaimed a citywide fast and dressed in burlap to show their repentance. Everyone did it — rich and poor, famous and obscure, leaders and followers.

6 When the message reached the king of Nineveh, he got up off his throne, threw down his royal robes, dressed in burlap, and sat down in the dirt.

7 Then he issued a public proclamation throughout Nineveh, authorized by him and his leaders: “Not one drop of water, not one bite of food for man, woman, or animal, including your herds and flocks!

8 Dress them all, both people and animals, in burlap, and send up a cry for help to God. Everyone must turn around, turn back from an evil life and the violent ways that stain their hands.

9 Who knows? Maybe God will turn around and change his mind about us, quit being angry with us and let us live!”

10 God saw what they had done, that they had turned away from their evil lives. He did change his mind about them. What he said he would do to them he didn’t do.  MSG

Mark 5:34 And He said to her, Daughter, your faith (your trust and confidence in Me, springing from faith in God) has restored you to health. Go in (into) peace and be continually healed and freed from your [distressing bodily] disease.

35 While He was still speaking, there came some from the ruler’s house, who said [to Jairus], Your daughter has died. Why bother and distress the Teacher any further?

36 Overhearing but ignoring what they said, Jesus said to the ruler of the synagogue, Do not be seized with alarm and struck with fear; only keep on believing.  AMP

Mark 5:39 And when He had gone in, He said to them, Why do you make an uproar and weep? The little girl is not dead but is sleeping.

40 And they laughed and jeered at Him. But He put them all out, and, taking the child’s father and mother and those who were with Him, He went in where the little girl was lying.

41 Gripping her [firmly] by the hand, He said to her, Talitha cumi — which translated is, Little girl, I say to you, arise [from the sleep of death]!

42 And instantly the girl got up and started walking around — for she was twelve years old. And they were utterly astonished and overcome with amazement. AMP

MK 5:36 But Jesus refused to listen to what they were toldand said to the Jewish official, “Don’t yield to fear. All you need to do is to keep on believing.” TPT

JN 20:27 Then, looking into Thomas’ eyes, he said, “Put your finger here in the wounds of my hands. Here—put your hand into my wounded side and see for yourself. Thomas, don’t give in to your doubts any longer, just believe!”

28 Then the words spilled out of his heart—“You are my Lord, and you are my God!”

29 Jesus responded, “Thomas, now that you’ve seen me, you believe. But there are those who have never seen me with their eyes but have believed in me with their hearts, and they will be blessed even more!”  TPT

Isa 43:10 You are My witnesses, says the Lord, and My servant whom I have chosen, that you may know Me, believe Me and remain steadfast to Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me.

11 I, even I, am the Lord, and besides Me there is no Savior.

12 I have declared [the future] and have saved [the nation in times of danger], and I have shown [that I am God] — when there was no strange and alien god among you; therefore you are My witnesses, says the Lord, that I am God.

13 Yes, from the time of the first existence of day and from this day forth I am He; and there is no one who can deliver out of My hand. I will work, and who can hinder or reverse it?  AMP

Matt 21:22 Absolutely everything, ranging from small to large, as you make it a part of your believing prayer, gets included as you lay hold of God.”  MSG

2 Cor 4:13 Yet we have the same spirit of faith as he had who wrote, I have believed, and therefore have I spoken. We too believe, and therefore we speak, 

14 Assured that He Who raised up the Lord Jesus will raise us up also with Jesus and bring us [along] with you into His presence. AMP

2 COR 4:13 We have the same Spirit of faith that is described in the Sc riptures when it says, “First I believed, then I spoke in faith.” So we also first believe then speak in faith.

LU 8:12 The hard pathway represents the hard hearts of men who hear the word of God but the slandererquickly snatches away what was sown in their hearts to keep them from believing and experiencing salvation.

13 The seed falling on the gravel represents those who initially respond to the word with joy, but soon afterward, when a season of harassment of the enemy and difficulty come to them, they whither and fall away, for they have no root in the truth and their faith is temporary.

14 The seed that falls into the weeds represents the hearts of those who hear the word of God but their growth is quickly choked off by their own anxious cares, the riches of this world, and the fleeting pleasures of this life. This is why they never become mature and fruitful.

15 The seed that fell into good, fertile soil represents those lovers of truth who hear it deep within their hearts. They respond by clinging to the word, keeping it dear as they endure all things in faith. This is the seed that will one day bear much fruit in their lives.” TPT

John 6:28 This made them ask him, “What must we do to carry out the work of God?”

29 “The work of God for you,” replied Jesus, “is to believe in the one whom he has sent to you.” PHILLIPS

John 12:44 But Jesus loudly declared, The one who believes in Me does not [only] believe in and trust in and rely on Me, but [in believing in Me he believes] in Him Who sent Me.

45 And whoever sees Me sees Him Who sent Me.  AMP

Acts 8:34 The eunuch said, “Tell me, who is the prophet talking about: himself or some other?”

35 Philip grabbed his chance. Using this passage as his text, he preached Jesus to him.

36 As they continued down the road, they came to a stream of water. The eunuch said, “Here’s water. Why can’t I be baptized?”

38 He ordered the chariot to stop. They both went down to the water, and Philip baptized him on the spot.

39 When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of God suddenly took Philip off, and that was the last the eunuch saw of him. But he didn’t mind. He had what he’d come for and went on down the road as happy as he could be. MSG

Acts 16:31 And they answered, Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ [give yourself up to Him,  take yourself out of your own keeping and entrust yourself into His keeping] and you will be saved, [and this applies both to] you and your household as well.  AMP

Rom 3:22 Namely, the righteousness of God which comes by believing with personal trust and confident reliance on Jesus Christ (the Messiah). [And it is meant] for all who believe. For there is no distinction,  AMP

TIME TO ADVANCE 5-17-2020

The question. What do we do next? What do we do now? What time is it? The answer:  It’s time to advance. Get up out of the ball field or the battle has been raging, out of the valley of dry bones. Move forward. Leaving the dead to bury the dead. Advance forward. Make progress with purpose.

“Advance, make progress.  This pandemic has tried to slow down the progress of my people.”

Hab 3:19 The Lord God is my Strength, my personal bravery, and my invincible army; He makes my feet like hinds’ feet and will make me to walk [not to stand still in terror, but to walk] and make [spiritual] progress upon my high places [of trouble, suffering, or responsibility]!  AMP

Ezek 37:4 He said to me, “Prophesy over these bones: ‘Dry bones, listen to the Message of God!'”

5 God, the Master, told the dry bones, “Watch this: I’m bringing the breath of life to you and you’ll come to life.

 6 I’ll attach sinews to you, put meat on your bones, cover you with skin, and breathe life into you. You’ll come alive and you’ll realize that I am God!”

7 I prophesied just as I’d been commanded. As I prophesied, there was a sound and, oh, rustling! The bones moved and came together, bone to bone.

8 I kept watching. Sinews formed, then muscles on the bones, then skin stretched over them. But they had no breath in them.

9 He said to me, “Prophesy to the breath. Prophesy, son of man. Tell the breath, ‘God, the Master, says, Come from the four winds. Come, breath. Breathe on these slain bodies. Breathe life!'”

Deut 2:3 You have roamed around this mountain country long enough; turn northward.  AMP

Josh 3:5 And Joshua said to the people, Sanctify yourselves [that is, separate yourselves for a special holy purpose], for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you. AMP

Gal 5:25 If we live by the [Holy] Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. [If by the Holy Spirit we have our life in God, let us go forward walking in line, our conduct controlled by the Spirit.]  AMP

PHIL 3:12 I admit that I haven’t yet acquired the absolute fullness that I’m pursuing, but I run with passion into his abundance so that I may reach the purpose that Jesus Christ has called me to fulfill and wants me to discover. TPT

Phil 3:13 I do not consider, brethren, that I have captured and made it my own [yet]; but one thing I do [it is my one aspiration]: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead,

14 I press on toward the goal to win the [supreme and heavenly] prize to which God in Christ Jesus is calling us upward.

15 So let those [of us] who are spiritually mature and full-grown have this mind and hold these convictions; and if in any respect you have a different attitude of mind, God will make that clear to you also.  AMP

Phil 3:13 Friends, don’t get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I’ve got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward — to Jesus.

14 I’m off and running, and I’m not turning back.

15 So let’s keep focused on that goal, those of us who want everything God has for us. If any of you have something else in mind, something less than total commitment, God will clear your blurred vision — you’ll see it yet!  MSG

PHIL 3:13 I don’t depend on my own strength to accomplish this; however I do have one compelling focus: I forget all of the past as I fasten my heart to the future instead.

14 I run straight for the divine invitation of reaching the heavenly goal and gaining the victory-prize through the anointing of Jesus.

15 So let all who are fully mature have this same passion, and if anyone is not yet gripped by these desires, God will reveal it to them.  TPT

Heb 10:22 Let us all come forward and draw near with true (honest and sincere) hearts in unqualified assurance and absolute conviction engendered by faith (by that leaning of the entire human personality on God in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness), having our hearts sprinkled and purified from a guilty (evil) conscience and our bodies cleansed with pure water.

23 So let us seize and hold fast and retain without wavering the hope we cherish and confess and our acknowledgement of it, for He Who promised is reliable (sure) and faithful to His word.

24 And let us consider and give attentive, continuous care to watching over one another, studying how we may stir up (stimulate and incite) to love and helpful deeds and noble activities,

25 Not forsaking or neglecting to assemble together [as believers], as is the habit of some people, but admonishing (warning, urging, and encouraging) one another, and all the more faithfully as you see the day approaching. AMP

Heb 10:22 So let’s do it — full of belief, confident that we’re presentable inside and out.

23 Let’s keep a firm grip on the promises that keep us going. He always keeps his word.

24 Let’s see how inventive we can be in encouraging love and helping out,

25 not avoiding worshiping together as some do but spurring each other on, especially as we see the big Day approaching.  MSG

HEB 10:22 we come closer to God and approach himwith an open heart, fully convinced by faith that nothing will keep us at a distance from him. For our hearts have been sprinkled with blood to remove impurity and we have been freed from an accusing conscience and now we are clean, unstained, and presentable to God inside and out!

23 So now we must cling tightly to the hope that lives within us, knowing that God always keeps his promises!

24 Discover creative ways to encourage othersand to motivate them toward acts of compassion, doing beautiful works as expressions of love.

25 This is not the time to pull away and neglectmeeting together, as some have formed the habit of doing, because we need each other! In fact, we should come together even more frequently, eager to encourage and urge each other onward as we anticipate that day dawning. TPT

Heb 6:1 THEREFORE LET us go on and get past the elementary stage in the teachings and doctrine of Christ (the Messiah), advancing steadily toward the completeness and perfection that belong to spiritual maturity. Let us not again be laying the foundation of repentance and abandonment of dead works (dead formalism) and of the faith [by which you turned] to God,

2 With teachings about purifying, the laying on of hands, the resurrection from the dead, and eternal judgment and punishment. [These are all matters of which you should have been fully aware long, long ago.]

3 If indeed God permits, we will [now] proceed [to advanced teaching].  AMP

Heb 6:1 So come on, let’s leave the preschool fingerpainting exercises on Christ and get on with the grand work of art. Grow up in Christ. The basic foundational truths are in place: turning your back on “salvation by self-help” and turning in trust toward God;

2 baptismal instructions; laying on of hands; resurrection of the dead; eternal judgment.

3 God helping us, we’ll stay true to all that. But there’s so much more. Let’s get on with it!   MSG

HEB 6:1 Now is the time for us to progress beyond the basic message of Christand advance into perfection. The foundation has already been laid for us to build upon: turning away from our dead worksto embrace faith in God,

teaching about different baptisms, impartation by the laying on of hands, resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.

So with God’s enablementwe will move on to deeper truths. TPT

Ps 24:3 Who shall go up into the mountain of the Lord? Or who shall stand in His Holy Place?

4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted himself up to falsehood or to what is false, nor sworn deceitfully. 

5 He shall receive blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

6 This is the generation [description] of those who seek Him [who inquire of and for Him and of necessity require Him], who seek Your face, [O God of] Jacob. Selah [pause, and think of that]!  AMP

16 He who believes [who adheres to and trusts in and relies on the Gospel and Him Whom it sets forth] and is baptized will be saved [from the penalty of eternal death]; but he who does not believe [who does not adhere to and trust in and rely on the Gospel and Him Whom it sets forth] will be condemned.

17 And these attesting signs will accompany those who believe: in My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new languages;

18 They will pick up serpents; and [even] if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will get well.  AMP

18 they will take snakes in their hands, they will drink poison and not be hurt, they will lay hands on the sick and make them well.”  MSG

PS 18:33  Through you I ascend to the highest peaks of your glory to stand in the heavenly places, strong and secure in you.
34 You’ve trained me with the weapons of warfare-worship; now I’ll descend into battle with power to chase and conquer my foes.
35 You empower me for victory with your wrap-around presence. Your power within makes me strong to subdue, and by stooping down in gentleness you strengthened me and made me great!
36 You’ve set me free from captivityand now I’m standing complete, ready to fight some more!
37 I caught up with my enemies and conquered them, and didn’t turn back until the war was won! TPT

JUDE 1:20 But you, my delightfully loved friends, constantly and progressively build yourselves up on the foundation of your most holy faithby praying every moment in the Spirit.

21 Fasten your hearts to the love of God and receive the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who gives us eternal life.

22 Keep being compassionate to those who still have doubts,

23 and snatch others out of the fire to save them. Be merciful over and over to them, but always couple your mercy with the fear of God. Be extremely careful to keep yourselves free from the pollutions of the flesh.

24 Now, to the one with enough power to prevent you from stumbling into sinand bring you faultless before his glorious presence to stand before him with ecstatic delight,

Eph 4:1 In light of all this, here’s what I want you to do. While I’m locked up here, a prisoner for the Master, I want you to get out there and walk — better yet, run! — on the road God called you to travel. I don’t want any of you sitting around on your hands. I don’t want anyone strolling off, down some path that goes nowhere. MSG

EXCHANGE 5-15-2020

THE EXTANGE  5-15-2020 

Weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. Did you ever notice that the birds sing while it is still dark? They start singing their song in anticipation of the light. Is it possible to live in the joy of the Lord before the natural feels like it? Yes! If you have sadness you can sing out for joy. Joy is a constant in us just like the Holy Spirit is constant in us.

Ps 30:1  I WILL extol You, O Lord, for You have lifted me up and have not let my foes rejoice over me.

2 O Lord my God, I cried to You and You have healed me.

3 O Lord, You have brought my life up from Sheol (the place of the dead); You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit (the grave).

4 Sing to the Lord, O you saints of His, and give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name.

5 For His anger is but for a moment, but His favor is for a lifetime or in His favor is life. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.AMP  ▼▼▼

Ps 30:1  I give you all the credit, God — you got me out of that mess, you didn’t let my foes gloat.

2 God, my God, I yelled for help and you put me together.

3 God, you pulled me out of the grave, gave me another chance at life when I was down-and-out.

4 All you saints! Sing your hearts out to God! Thank him to his face!

5 He gets angry once in a while, but across a lifetime there is only love. The nights of crying your eyes out  give way to days of laughter. MSG

Jer 33:11 [There shall be heard again] the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voices of those who sing as they bring sacrifices of thanksgiving into the house of the Lord, Give praise and thanks to the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good; for His mercy and kindness and steadfast love endure forever! For I will cause the captivity of the land to be reversed and return to be as it was at first, says the Lord.  AMP

Jer 33:11 But the time is coming when you’re going to hear laughter and celebration, marriage festivities, people exclaiming, “Thank God-of-the-Angel-Armies. He’s so good! His love never quits,” as they bring thank offerings into God’s Temple. I’ll restore everything that was lost in this land. I’ll make everything as good as new.’ I, God, say so.  MSG

Ps 30:11  You did it: you changed wild lament into whirling dance; You ripped off my black mourning band and decked me with wildflowers.

12 I’m about to burst with song; I can’t keep quiet about you. God, my God, I can’t thank you enough.  MSG

ZION- The Church (militant or triumphant): ZION-is transferred to heaven, as the true dwelling-place of God.

Isa 61:3 To grant [consolation and joy] to those who mourn in Zion — to give them an ornament (a garland or diadem) of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit — that they may be called oaks of righteousness [lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice, and right standing with God], the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.  AMP

IS 61:3 to strengthen those crushed by despair who mourn in Zion— to give them a beautiful bouquetin the place of ashes, the oil of blissinstead of tears,and the mantle of joyous praiseinstead of the spirit of heaviness. Because of this, they will be known as Mighty Oaksof Righteousness, plantedby Yahweh as a living display of his glory. TPT  SPIRIT OF FAILURE

ISA 51:11 Do it again! Those Yahweh has set free will return to Zion and come celebrating with songs of joy! They will be crowned with never-ending joy! Gladness and joy will overwhelm them; despair and depression will disappear!TPT

ISA 12:3 With triumphant joy you will drink deeplyfrom the wellsof salvation.
In that glorious day, you will say to one another, “Give thanks to the Lord and ask him for more!  Tell the world about all that he does! Let them know how magnificent he is!”
Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done marvelous wonders, and let his fame be known throughout the earth!

Covenant. The new covenant has done what nothing else could do. Guarantees that we have been made whole and completely perfected. Covenant it is a solemn binding agreement. It’s ratified by blood. They can come to God and will receive an inheritance only he can give. It’s forgiveness it’s eternal life it’s wholeness it’s unconditional. And all depends on God and his grace.

Heb 8:13 When God speaks of a new [covenant or agreement], He makes the first one obsolete (out of use). And what is obsolete (out of use and annulled because of age) is ripe for disappearance and to be dispensed with altogether.

Everything we once were in Adamhas been placed onto his cross and nailed permanently there as a public display of cancellation.

15 Then Jesus made a public spectacle of all the powers and principalities of darkness, stripping away from them every weapon and all their spiritual authority and powerto accuse us. And by the power of the cross, Jesus led them around as prisoners in a procession of triumph. He was not their prisoner; they were his!  TPT

Our weapon that cannot be conquered is knowing who we are in Christ. And who He is for us. So we are in the world but knowing who we are in Christ and not entertaining for a moment any thoughts that are different. It is the power of the Holy Spirit Who enables us to be Christ here on this earth and have a victory over every work of the evil one.

2 Cor 10:3 For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons.

4 For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds,

5 [Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One),

6 Being in readiness to punish every [insubordinate for his] disobedience, when your own submission and obedience [as a church] are fully secured and complete.

7 Look at [this obvious fact] which is before your eyes. If anyone is confident that he is Christ’s, let him reflect and remind himself that even as he is Christ’s, so too are we.

8 For even though I boast rather freely about our power and authority, which the Lord gave for your upbuilding and not for demolishing you, yet I shall not be put to shame [for exceeding the truth],  AMP

2 Cor 10:3 The world is unprincipled. It’s dog-eat-dog out there! The world doesn’t fight fair. But we don’t live or fight our battles that way — never have and never will.

4 The tools of our trade aren’t for marketing or manipulation, but they are for demolishing that entire massively corrupt culture.

5 We use our powerful God-tools for smashing warped philosophies, tearing down barriers erected against the truth of God, fitting every loose thought and emotion and impulse into the structure of life shaped by Christ.

6 Our tools are ready at hand for clearing the ground of every obstruction and building lives of obedience into maturity.

7 You stare and stare at the obvious, but you can’t see the forest for the trees. If you’re looking for a clear example of someone on Christ’s side, why do you so quickly cut me out? Believe me, I am quite sure of my standing with Christ.

8 You may think I overstate the authority he gave me, but I’m not backing off. Every bit of my commitment is for the purpose of building you up, after all, not tearing you down. MSG

2 COR 10:3 For although we live in the natural realm, we don’t wage a military campaign employing human weapons, using manipulation to achieve our aims. Instead, our spiritual weapons are energized with divine power to effectively dismantle the defenses behind which people hide.

We can demolish every deceptive fantasythat opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thoughtand insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.

Since we are armed with such dynamic weaponry, we stand ready to punishany trace of rebellion, as soon as you choose complete obedience.

You seem to always be looking at people by their outward appearances. If someone is confident that he belongs to Christ, he should remind himself of this: we belong to Christ no less than he does.

I am not ashamed, even if I’ve come across as one who has overstated the authority given to us by the Lord. For it is the authority to help build you up, not tear you down.  TPT

COL 2:18 Don’t let anyone disqualify you from your prize! Don’t let their pretended sincerity fool you as they deliberately lead you into their initiation of angel worship. For they take pleasure in pretending to be experts of something they know nothing about. Their reasoning is meaningless and comes only from their own opinions.  TPT

Isa 54:17 But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from Me [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the Lord. 19 In other words, it was through the Anointed One that God was shepherding the world, not even keeping records of their transgressions, and he has entrusted to us the ministry of opening the door of reconciliation to God.

Gal 6:15 Can’t you see the central issue in all this? It is not what you and I do — submit to circumcision, reject circumcision. It is what God is doing, and he is creating something totally new, a free life!

Our reward is not just limited to land or money. It is whatever the desires of our hearts are. Abraham’s reward was a son. God did more than just one son but gave many as the stars and the grains of sand. Every word is something given as a gift to someone. Sometimes because a service is done, or just because the giver wants to do so because of his love and honor for someone. REWARD is an honoring or a strengthening.

FAITH BRINGS REWARDS Heb 10:35 Do not, therefore, fling away your fearless confidence, for it carries a great and glorious compensation of reward. AMP

Sometimes in the midst of a crisis or difficult situation you just don’t know what to say. Words seem to not express the depth of your heart at that moment in time.

We find out that we need to respond to who we are and then we can truly say if God is for us who can stand against us.

Rom 8:28 That’s why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good.

29 God knew what he was doing from the very beginning. He decided from the outset to shape the lives of those who love him along the same lines as the life of his Son. The Son stands first in the line of humanity he restored. We see the original and intended shape of our lives there in him.

30 After God made that decision of what his children should be like, he followed it up by calling people by name. After he called them by name, he set them on a solid basis with himself. And then, after getting them established, he stayed with them to the end, gloriously completing what he had begun.

Our hearts are amazing. They have the capability to be soft or to be hard. They can lead us in the way we should go. People live out of their hearts more than their brains or any logic. The heart is more than a muscle that pumps blood. It is the central and innermost part of who we are. The essence of a man’s life from God’s perspective begins with the condition of a man’s heart. Jesus knew all men by their hearts.

Being led by the Spirit is going to take a very new and strategic meaning in the days to come. At a moments notice Holy Spirit will tell you something that will absolutely change the direction that you were going.

Lead- to submit the following another. To go a different direction. Maybe to go off the path. To be lead is to be guided in a new way, to escort to walk with. God has always used signs to lead his people in the way they should go. Through a pillar by night a cloud by day. God led Israel to safety through the Red Sea. Sometimes it doesn’t seem responsible for us to go the direction God leads us. We are led by the Spirit of God who is the Holy Spirit, the eternal one leading us in the way we should go.

MT 13:15 Their minds are dull and slow to perceive, their ears are plugged and are hard of hearing, and they have deliberately shut their eyes to the truth. Otherwise they would open their eyes to see, and open their ears to hear, and open their minds to understand. Then they would turn to me and let me instantly heal them. TPT

Let’s take the assurance of who we are into the next decade and not look back. Everywhere Jesus went The religious wanted to know who gave him authority to do what he was doing. Jesus’ ability to do mighty miracles came from who he was! His actions only confirmed his identity. The secret isn’t in five steps to heal the sick but it’s us being in Christ. To Become–is the change from one state to another. Jesus went from his heavenly State to becoming flesh.

 

LU 9:18  One time, when Jesus was praying in a quiet place with his disciples nearby, he came over to them and asked, “Who do people think I am?”

19 They answered, “Some are convinced you’re the prophet John who has returned. Others say you are Elijah, or perhaps one of the Jewish prophets brought back from the dead.”

20 Jesus asked them, “But who do you believe that I am?” Peter said, “You are the Anointed One, God’s Messiah!” TPT

 

LU 4:18  The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, and he has anointed me to be hope for the poor, freedom for the brokenhearted, and new eyes for the blind, and to preach to prisoners, ‘You are set free!’ I have come to share the message of Jubilee, for the time of God’s great acceptance has begun.”

20 After he read this he rolled up the scroll, handed it back to the minister, and sat down. Everyone stared at Jesus, wondering what he was about to say.

John 14:9 Jesus replied, Have I been with all of you for so long a time, and do you not recognize and know Me yet, Philip? Anyone who has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say then, Show us the Father? AMP

 

Mark 2:7 Why does this Man talk like this? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins [remove guilt, remit the penalty, and bestow righteousness instead] except God alone?

8 And at once Jesus, becoming fully aware in His spirit that they thus debated within themselves, said to them, Why do you argue (debate, reason) about all this in your hearts?

9 Which is easier: to say to the paralyzed man, Your sins are forgiven and put away, or to say, Rise, take up your sleeping pad or mat, and start walking about [and keep on walking]?

10 But that you may know positively and beyond a doubt that the Son of Man has right and authority and power on earth to forgive sins — He said to the paralyzed man,

11 I say to you, arise, pick up and carry your sleeping pad or mat, and be going on home. AMP     ▼

JOHN 20:23  I send you to preach the forgiveness of sins—and people’s sins will be forgiven. But if you don’t proclaim the forgiveness of their sins, they will remain guilty.” TPT

 

John 1:14 And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth. RO 6:5 For since we are permanently grafted into him to experience a death like his, then we are permanently grafted into him to experience a resurrection like his and the new life that it imparts.

Could it be any clearer that our former identity is now and forever deprived of its power? For we were co-crucified with him to dismantle the stronghold of sin within us, so that we would not continue to live one moment longer submitted to sin’s power.

Obviously, a dead person is incapable of sinning.

And if we were co-crucified with the Anointed One, we know that we will also share in the fullness of his life. TPT

 

COL 1:27 Living within you is the Christ who floods you with the expectation of glory! This mystery of Christ, embedded within us, becomes a heavenly treasure chest of hope filled with the riches of glory for his people, and God wants everyone to know  TPT

 

RO 8:29  For he knew all about us before we were born and he destined us from the beginning to share the likeness of his Son. This means the Son is the oldest among a vast family of brothers and sisters who will become just like him.

30 Having determined our destiny ahead of time, he called us to himself and transferred his perfect righteousness to everyone he called. And those who possess his perfect righteousness he co-glorified with his Son! TPT

 

2 COR 5:21 For God made the only one who did not know sin to become sin for us, so that we who did not know righteousness might become the righteousness of God through our union with him. TPT

2 COR 8:9 For you have experienced the extravagant grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that although he was infinitely rich, he impoverished himself for our sake, so that by his poverty, we could become rich beyond measure. TPT

 

Eph 3:19 [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]! Heb 3:14 For we have become fellows with Christ (the Messiah) and share in all He has for us, if only we hold our first newborn confidence and original assured expectation [in virtue of which we are believers] firm and unshaken to the end. AMP

COL 2:7 our spiritual roots go deeply into his life as you are continually infused with strength, encouraged in every way. For you are established in the faith you have absorbed and enriched by your devotion to him! TPT

2 Cor 3:18 All of us! Nothing between us and God, our faces shining with the brightness of his face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like him. MSG

2 COR 3:18  We can all draw close to him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into his very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. TPT

1 Cor 10:17 Because there is one loaf, our many-ness becomes one-ness — Christ doesn’t become fragmented in us. Rather, we become unified in him. We don’t reduce Christ to what we are; he raises us to what he is. MSG

2 COR 5:20 We are ambassadors of the Anointed One who carry the message of Christ to the world, as though God were tenderly pleading with them directly through our lips. So we tenderly plead with you on Christ’s behalf, “Turn back to God and be reconciled to him.”   TPT

 

1 JN 3:2  Beloved, we are God’s children right now; however, it is not yet apparent what we will become. But we do know that when it is finally made visible, we will be just like him, for we will see him as he truly is.
