RIGHTEOUSNESS GRANTED NOT EARNED  

Belongs to God, is God and is of value before Him. It is granted unconditionaly. More than action.  It becomes us our position and state of being. Right- wiseness 

Isa 64:6  For we have all become like one who is unclean [ceremonially, like a leper], and all our righteousness (our best deeds of rightness and justice) is like filthy rags or a polluted garment; we all fade like a leaf, and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away [far from God’s favor, hurrying us toward destruction].

 

Job 22:3 So what if you were righteous — would God Almighty even notice? Even if you gave a perfect performance, do you think he’d applaud? MSG

 

Isa 45:8 Let fall in showers, you heavens, from above, and let the skies rain down righteousness [the pure, spiritual, heaven-born possibilities that have their foundation in the holy being of God]; let the earth open, and let them [skies and earth] sprout forth salvation, and let righteousness germinate and spring up [as plants do] together; I the Lord have created it.  AMP

 

TRYING TO ACHIVE IT BY OUR EFFORTS

LAW-rule producing a state approved of God, by the observance of which we are approved of God. The impulse to sin inherent in fallen human nature, or emanating from the power of death, In contrasted the impulse to (right) action emanating from the Spirit. With Spirit given graces which constitute the fruit of the Spirit “there is no law,”   “the aim of the law is to restrain the evil tendencies natural to man in his fallen state, yet in experience law finds itself not merely ineffective, it actually provokes those tendencies to greater activity.

Rom 9:31 Whereas Israel, though ever in pursuit of a law [for the securing] of righteousness (right standing with God), actually did not succeed in fulfilling the Law.

32 For what reason? Because [they pursued it] not through faith, relying [instead] on the merit of their works [they did not depend on faith but on what they could do]. They have stumbled over the Stumbling Stone. AMP

 

Rom 10:3 For being ignorant of the righteousness that God ascribes [which makes one acceptable to Him in word, thought, and deed] and seeking to establish a righteousness (a means of salvation) of their own, they did not obey or submit themselves to God’s righteousness.

4 For Christ is the end of the Law [the limit at which it ceases to be, for the Law leads up to Him Who is the fulfillment of its types, and in Him the purpose which it was designed to accomplish is fulfilled. That is, the purpose of the Law is fulfilled in Him] as the means of righteousness (right relationship to God) for everyone who trusts in and adheres to and relies on Him. AMP

 

REASON FOR THE LAW

Gal 3:21 Is the Law then contrary and opposed to the promises of God? Of course not! For if a Law had been given which could confer [spiritual] life, then righteousness and right standing with God would certainly have come by Law.

22 But the Scriptures [picture all mankind as sinners] shut up and imprisoned by sin, so that [the inheritance, blessing] which was promised through faith in Jesus Christ (the Messiah) might be given (released, delivered, and committed) to [all] those who believe [who adhere to and trust in and rely on Him].

23 Now before the faith came, we were perpetually guarded under the Law, kept in custody in preparation for the faith that was destined to be revealed (unveiled, disclosed),

24 So that the Law served [to us Jews] as our trainer [our guardian, our guide to Christ, to lead us] until Christ [came], that we might be justified (declared righteous, put in right standing with God) by and through faith. AMP

 

Gal 3:19 What then was the purpose of the Law? It was added [later on, after the promise, to disclose and expose to men their guilt] because of transgressions and [to make men more conscious of the sinfulness] of sin; and it was intended to be in effect until the Seed (the Descendant, the Heir) should come, to and concerning Whom the promise had been made. And it [the Law] was arranged and ordained and appointed through the instrumentality of angels [and was given] by the hand (in the person) of a go-between [Moses, an intermediary person between God and man].  AMP

 

Ro 5:20 But then Law came in, [only] to expand and increase the trespass [making it more apparent and exciting opposition]. But where sin increased and abounded, grace (God’s unmerited favor) has surpassed it and increased the more and superabounded,

 

Rom 10:6 But trusting God to shape the right living in us is a different story — no precarious climb up to heavento recruit the Messiah,

7 no dangerous descent into hell to rescue the Messiah.

8 So what exactly was Moses saying? The word that saves is right here, as near as the tongue in your mouth, as close as the heart in your chest. It’s the word of faith that welcomes God to go to work and set things right for us. This is the core of our preaching.

9 Say the welcoming word to God — “Jesus is my Master” — embracing, body and soul, God’s work of doing in us what he did in raising Jesus from the dead. That’s it. You’re not “doing” anything; you’re simply calling out to God, trusting him to do it for you. That’s salvation.

10 With your whole being you embrace God setting things right, and then you say it, right out loud: “God has set everything right between him and me!”

Rom 10:9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. KJV

 

Rom 5:17 For if because of one man’s trespass (lapse, offense) death reigned through that one, much more surely will those who receive [God’s] overflowing grace (unmerited favor) and the free gift of righteousness [putting them into right standing with Himself] reign as kings in life through the one Man Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).

18 Well then, as one man’s trespass [one man’s false step and falling away led] to condemnation for all men, so one Man’s act of righteousness [leads] to acquittal and right standing with God and life for all men.

19 For just as by one man’s disobedience (failing to hear, heedlessness, and carelessness) the many were constituted sinners, so by one Man’s obedience the many will be constituted righteous (made acceptable to God, brought into right standing with Him).

 

ABRAHAM

Gal 3:6 Thus Abraham believed in and adhered to and trusted in and relied on God, and it was reckoned and placed to his account and credited as righteousness (as conformity to the divine will in purpose, thought, and action).

7 Know and understand that it is [really] the people [who live] by faith who are [the true] sons of Abraham.

8 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify (declare righteous, put in right standing with Himself) the Gentiles in consequence of faith, proclaimed the Gospel [foretelling the glad tidings of a Savior long beforehand] to Abraham in the promise, saying, In you shall all the nations [of the earth] be blessed.  AMP

 

Rom 4:7 Fortunate those whose crimes are carted off, whose sins are wiped clean from the slate.

8 Fortunate the person against whom the Lord does not keep score.

9 Do you think for a minute that this blessing is only pronounced over those of us who keep our religious ways and are circumcised? Or do you think it possible that the blessing could be given to those who never even heard of our ways, who were never brought up in the disciplines of God? We all agree, don’t we, that it was by embracing what God did for him that Abraham was declared fit before God?

10 Now think: Was that declaration made before or after he was marked by the covenant rite of circumcision? That’s right, before he was marked.

11 That means that he underwent circumcision as evidence and confirmation of what God had done long before to bring him into this acceptable standing with himself, an act of God he had embraced with his whole life.

12 And it means further that Abraham is father of all people who embrace what God does for them while they are still on the “outs” with God, as yet unidentified as God’s, in an “uncircumcised” condition. It is precisely these people in this condition who are called “set right by God and with God”! Abraham is also, of course, father of those who have undergone the religious rite of circumcision not just because of the ritual but because they were willing to live in the risky faith-embrace of God’s action for them, the way Abraham lived long before he was marked by circumcision. MSG

 

Rom 4:3  For what does the Scripture say? Abraham believed in (trusted in) God, and it was credited to his account as righteousness (right living and right standing with God).

4 Now to a laborer, his wages are not counted as a favor or a gift, but as an obligation (something owed to him).

5 But to one who, not working [by the Law], trusts (believes fully) in Him Who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited to him as righteousness (the standing acceptable to God).

6 Thus David congratulates the man and pronounces a blessing on him to whom God credits righteousness apart from the works he does: AMP

 

Rom 3:21 But now the righteousness of God has been revealed independently and altogether apart from the Law, although actually it is attested by the Law and the Prophets,

22 Namely, the righteousness of God which comes by believing with personal trust and confident reliance on Jesus Christ (the Messiah). [And it is meant] for all who believe. For there is no distinction,

23 Since all have sinned and are falling short of the honor and glory which God bestows and receives.

24 [All] are justified and made upright and in right standing with God, freely and gratuitously by His grace (His unmerited favor and mercy), through the redemption which is [provided] in Christ Jesus,  AMP

 

Rom 3:25 Whom God put forward [before the eyes of all] as a mercy seat and propitiation by His blood [the cleansing and life-giving sacrifice of atonement and reconciliation, to be received] through faith. This was to show God’s righteousness, because in His divine forbearance He had passed over and ignored former sins without punishment.

26 It was to demonstrate and prove at the present time (in the now season) that He Himself is righteous and that He justifies and accepts as righteous him who has [true] faith in Jesus. AMP

 

Rom 5:1 THEREFORE, SINCE we are justified (acquitted, declared righteous, and given a right standing with God) through faith, let us [grasp the fact that we] have [the peace of reconciliation to hold and to enjoy] peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). AMP

 

Rom 5:9 Therefore, since we are now justified (acquitted, made righteous, and brought into right relationship with God) by Christ’s blood, how much more [certain is it that] we shall be saved by Him from the indignation and wrath of God.  AMP

 

Rom 8:30 And those whom He thus foreordained, He also called; and those whom He called, He also justified (acquitted, made righteous, putting them into right standing with Himself). And those whom He justified, He also glorified [raising them to a heavenly dignity and condition or state of being].  AMP

 

Gal 2:20 Christ’s life showed me how, and enabled me to do it. I identified myself completely with him. Indeed, I have been crucified with Christ. My ego is no longer central. It is no longer important that I appear righteous before you or have your good opinion, and I am no longer driven to impress God. Christ lives in me. The life you see me living is not “mine,” but it is lived by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

21 I am not going to go back on that. Is it not clear to you that to go back to that old rule-keeping, peer-pleasing religion would be an abandonment of everything personal and free in my relationship with God? I refuse to do that, to repudiate God’s grace. If a living relationship with God could come by rule-keeping, then Christ died unnecessarily. MSG

 

1 Cor 6:11 And such some of you were [once]. But you were washed clean (purified by a complete atonement for sin and made free from the guilt of sin), and you were consecrated (set apart, hallowed), and you were justified [pronounced righteous, by trusting] in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the [Holy] Spirit of our God. AMP

 

Rom 14:17 [After all] the kingdom of God is not a matter of [getting the] food and drink [one likes], but instead it is righteousness (that state which makes a person acceptable to God) and [heart] peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.  AMP

 

1 Cor 1:30 But it is from Him that you have your life in Christ Jesus, Whom God made our Wisdom from God, [revealed to us a knowledge of the divine plan of salvation previously hidden, manifesting itself as] our Righteousness [thus making us upright and putting us in right standing with God], and our Consecration [making us pure and holy], and our Redemption [providing our ransom from eternal penalty for sin]. 2 Cor 5:21 For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness]. NATURE  Eph 4:22 Strip yourselves of your former nature [put off and discard your old unrenewed self] which characterized your previous manner of life and becomes corrupt through lusts and desires that spring from delusion;

23 And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude],

24 And put on the new nature (the regenerate self) created in God’s image, [Godlike] in true righteousness and holiness.  AMP

Phil 3:9 And that I may [actually] be found and known as in Him, not having any [self-achieved] righteousness that can be called my own, based on my obedience to the Law’s demands (ritualistic uprightness and supposed right standing with God thus acquired), but possessing that [genuine righteousness] which comes through faith in Christ (the Anointed One), the [truly] right standing with God, which comes from God by [saving] faith.  AMP

Phil 3:9 and be embraced by him. I didn’t want some petty, inferior brand of righteousness that comes from keeping a list of rules when I could get the robust kind that comes from trusting Christ — God’s righteousness.

NECK THING

The top 7 vertebrae (the “neck bones”) are called the cervical vertebrae. The next 12 are called the dorsal (or thoracic) vertebrae. The last 5 are called the lumbar vertebrae. Hundreds of thousands of nerve fibers from the brain pass through little openings in these vertebrae to control all the various parts and organs of the body. Slight dislocations of the vertebrae can pinch these nerves and interfere with the nerve impulses being passed to and from the brain. Our objective is to supernaturally align them.

Place your hands on each side of the persons face with your thumbs just in front of the base of the ear and the fingers extended to the cervical vertebrae. Move the head forward and backward and turn from side to side commanding in “Jesus Name” all the cranial bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and vertebrae to go into place Most neck problems headaches, deafness arthritis TMJ over bite and deteriorated discs are healed in this manner

 

THE ARM THING-GROWING OUT ARMS

When people have upper back or shoulder problems, one arm often appears to be shorter than the other arm because some muscles or bones are damaged or are out of alignment, causing the pain. When God moves the back or shoulders, you can visibly watch the shorter arm extend itself until it is the same length as the other arm. So do the arm thing

 

Statistics show 80% of the populations have some kind of back pain.

 

Have the person stand up straight with his toes pointing forward, and make sure his toes are lined up with each other (so his body isn’t slightly twisted). Then have him stretch his arms and fingers out in front of him as far as they will go. Have him hold his fingers out straight, with his palms facing each other. Have him put his palms together, then he can bend his elbows and look at his fingertips while his palms are pressed together so that he can see whether or not his arms are the same length. Now have him stretch his arms and fingers out in front again, palms facing each other but not quite touching. The purpose of having him stretch his arms out like this is so that you can visibly see the miracle taking place as the shorter arm grows out, and also so that you will know when Jesus is finished doing the healing.

Speak “In Jesus’ Name I take authority and dominion over this back and shoulder area. I command the neck and back to move into place and be healed, and I command the shoulders, collar bone breast bone, ribs to go into place, in Jesus’ Name. I command the muscles, nerves, ligaments, and tendons to be healed and to go back to their normal position, normal length and strength, in Jesus’ Name. I rebuke all pain and command it to go, all stiffness go, all immobility be removed, in Jesus’ Name. I command the vertebrae and discs and shoulders to line up perfectly. ” Sometimes the shorter arm will grow out before you finish saying this. If not, tell the person to thank Jesus, and just keep thanking Him and giving praise and glory to God while commanding the arm to grow out. As the arm grows out, keep watching the fingertips because I usually see the shorter arm continue to grow until it is longer than the other arm, then it reverses itself and gets shorter until both arms are the same length

CARPAL TUNNEL TECHNIQUE

If someone has carpal tunnel syndrome, have him touch the tip of his thumb to the tip of his pinky finger to form a circle. If you put your finger inside the circle, you will easily be able to pull your finger through his thumb and pinky because there is no strength there. After he is healed then he will be able to resist and you won’t be able to pull through very easily. When nerves travel through rigid tunnels (such as the ones in our wrists), if tissues swell up within the tunnel then they pinch the nerves, causing great pain. Therefore, hold the person’s wrist and say: “In Jesus’ Name I take authority and dominion over this wrist area. I command these tunnels to open up and all inflammation and swelling to be healed, in Jesus’ Name. I command the muscles, nerves, ligaments, and tendons to be healed and to go back to their proper length and strength, in Jesus’ Name. Pain, I rebuke you, I command all pain to go now, in Jesus’ Name. Thank You, Jesus.”

Have the person touch the tip of his thumb to the tip of his pinky again. There should now be strong resistance when you try to pull your finger through his thumb and pinky.

There are other places where nerves run through small tunnels, such as the elbow (“tennis elbow”) and the ankle (“tarsal tunnel syndrome”), and these can also be healed with this type of command.

1 Cor 10:13  No test or temptation that comes your way is beyond the course of what others have had to face. All you need to remember is that God will never let you down; he’ll never let you be pushed past your limit; he’ll always be there to help you come through it. MSG

A way to escape   a way out  “a landing place.”   For the sense of “issue or end,” The words “with the temptation” and “the” way of escape imply an “adjustment” of the deliverance to each particular case.

 

To bear. Not the same as escape. Temptation which cannot be fled must be “endured.” Often the only “escape” is through “endurance.”

 

Heb 2:18 For because He Himself [in His humanity] has suffered in being tempted (tested and tried), He is able [immediately]  to run to the cry of (assist, relieve) those who are being tempted and tested and tried [and who therefore are being exposed to suffering].  AMP

Heb 2:18 he would have already experienced it all himself — all the pain, all the testing — and would be able to help where help was needed.

 

Heb 4:15  For we do not have a High Priest Who is unable to understand and sympathize and have a shared feeling with our weaknesses and infirmities and liability to the assaults of temptation, but one Who has been tempted in every respect as we are, yet without sinning.

11 You and your prayers are part of the rescue operation — I don’t want you in the dark about that either. I can see your faces even now, lifted in praise for God’s deliverance of us, a rescue in which your prayers played such a crucial part.

Acts 16:22 By this time the crowd had turned into a restless mob out for blood.

The judges went along with the mob, had Paul and Silas’s clothes ripped off and ordered a public beating.

23 After beating them black and blue, they threw them into jail, telling the jailkeeper to put them under heavy guard so there would be no chance of escape.

24 He did just that — threw them into the maximum security cell in the jail and clamped leg irons on them.

25 Along about midnight, Paul and Silas were at prayer and singing a robust hymn to God. The other prisoners couldn’t believe their ears.

26 Then, without warning, a huge earthquake! The jailhouse tottered, every door flew open, all the prisoners were loose.

27 Startled from sleep, the jailer saw all the doors swinging loose on their hinges. Assuming that all the prisoners had escaped, he pulled out his sword and was about to do himself in, figuring he was as good as dead anyway,

28 when Paul stopped him: “Don’t do that! We’re all still here! Nobody’s run away!”

29 The jailer got a torch and ran inside. Badly shaken, he collapsed in front of Paul and Silas.

30 He led them out of the jail and asked, “Sirs, what do I have to do to be saved, to really live?”

31 They said, “Put your entire trust in the Master Jesus. Then you’ll live as you were meant to live — and everyone in your house included!”

32 They went on to spell out in detail the story of the Master — the entire family got in on this part.  

33 They never did get to bed that night. The jailer made them feel at home, dressed their wounds, and then — he couldn’t wait till morning! — was baptized, he and everyone in his family.

34 There in his home, he had food set out for a festive meal. It was a night to remember: He and his entire family had put their trust in God; everyone in the house was in on the celebration.

35 At daybreak, the court judges sent officers with the instructions, “Release these men.”

36 The jailer gave Paul the message, “The judges sent word that you’re free to go on your way. Congratulations! Go in peace!” MSG

 

DAVID

1 Sam 30:1 NOW WHEN David and his men came home to Ziklag on the third day, they found that the Amalekites had made a raid on the South (the Negeb) and on Ziklag, and had struck Ziklag and burned it with fire,

2 And had taken the women and all who were there, both great and small, captive. They killed no one, but carried them off and went on their way.

3 So David and his men came to the town, and behold, it was burned, and their wives and sons and daughters were taken captive.

4 Then David and the men with him lifted up their voices and wept until they had no more strength to weep.

5 David’s two wives also had been taken captive, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess and Abigail, the widow of Nabal the Carmelite.

6 David was greatly distressed, for the men spoke of stoning him because the souls of them all were bitterly grieved, each man for his sons and daughters. But David encouraged and strengthened himself in the Lord his God.

7 David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech’s son, I pray you, bring me the ephod. And Abiathar brought him the ephod.

8 And David inquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them? The Lord answered him, Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.

DEATH OF JESUS

Testing-“trials” with a beneficial purpose and effect, to set on fire-a burning refining of gold. An experience leading to trustiness.

 

Stick it out-  “to receive,” always signifies “approved”;  “when he is tried.”

 

1 Peter 1:5 God is keeping careful watch over us and the future. The Day is coming when you’ll have it all — life healed and whole.

6 I know how great this makes you feel, even though you have to put up with every kind of aggravation in the meantime.

A new kind of hope flowing through our lives. It will flow through our land. It touches what seemed to be dead and without help and brings it to green fresh light again. Every spring we watch this in nature as what looks dead springs back into life. Can these bones live from death to life.

Ezek 37:2 And He caused me to pass round about among them, and behold, there were very many [human bones] in the open valley or plain, and behold, they were very dry. AMP

 

Ezek 37:3 And He said to me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord God, You know!

LAZ JOHN 11:25 “Martha,” Jesus said, “You don’t have to wait until then. I am the Resurrection, and I am Life Eternal. Anyone who clings to me in faith, even though he dies, will live forever. TPT

 

Lazarus Resurrection brought great hope to the people in the town they looked at them eating and living his life and they have hope.

JOHN 12:9 When the word got out that Jesus was not far from Jerusalem, a large crowd came out to see him, and they also wanted to see Lazarus, the man Jesus had raised from the dead.

¹⁰ This prompted the chief priests to seal their plans to do away with both Jesus and Lazarus,

1 Cor 3:16  Do you not discern and understand that you [the whole church at Corinth] are God’s temple (His sanctuary), and that God’s Spirit has His permanent dwelling in you [to be at home in you, collectively as a church and also individually]?

17 If anyone does hurt to God’s temple or corrupts it [with false doctrines] or destroys it, God will do hurt to him and bring him to the corruption of death and destroy him. For the temple of God is holy (sacred to Him) and that [temple] you [the believing church and its individual believers] are.  AMP

1 Cor 3:16 You realize, don’t you, that you are the temple of God, and God himself is present in you?

17 No one will get by with vandalizing God’s temple, you can be sure of that. God’s temple is sacred — and you, remember, are the temple. MSG

 

2 Cor 6:16 What agreement [can there be between] a temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God; even as God said, I will dwell in and with and among them and will walk in and with and among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.   AMP

2 Cor 6:16 Who would think of setting up pagan idols in God’s holy Temple? But that is exactly what we are, each of us a temple in whom God lives. God himself put it this way: “I’ll live in them, move into them; I’ll be their God and they’ll be my people. MSG

 

Eph 2:21 In Him the whole structure is joined (bound, welded) together harmoniously, and it continues to rise (grow, increase) into a holy temple in the Lord [a sanctuary dedicated, consecrated, and sacred to the presence of the Lord].

22 In Him [and in fellowship with one another] you yourselves also are being built up [into this structure] with the rest, to form a fixed abode (dwelling place) of God in (by, through) the Spirit.  AMP

Eph 2:21  that holds all the parts together. We see it taking shape day after day — a holy temple built by God,

22 all of us built into it, a temple in which God is quite at home. MSG

 

2 Chron 6:41 So now arise, O Lord God, and come into Your resting place, You and the ark of Your strength and power. Let Your priests, O Lord God, be clothed with salvation, and let Your saints (Your zealous ones) rejoice in good and in Your goodness.

42 O Lord God, turn not away the face of [me] Your anointed one; [earnestly] remember Your good deeds, mercy, and steadfast love for David Your servant.

 

2 Chron 7:1  When Solomon finished praying, a bolt of lightning out of heaven struck the Whole-Burnt-Offering and sacrifices and the Glory of God filled The Temple.

2 The Glory was so dense that the priests couldn’t get in — God so filled The Temple that there was no room for the priests!

3 When all Israel saw the fire fall from heaven and the Glory of God fill The Temple, they fell on their knees, bowed their heads, and worshiped, thanking God: Yes! God is good!  MSG

Matt 10:32  Therefore, everyone who acknowledges Me before men and confesses Me [out of a state of oneness with Me], I will also acknowledge him before My Father Who is in heaven and confess [that I am abiding in] him.  AMP

 

John 15:4  Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you. [Live in Me, and I will live in you.] Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me.

5 I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.

6 If a person does not dwell in Me, he is thrown out like a [broken-off] branch, and withers; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire, and they are burned.

7 If you live in Me [abide vitally united to Me] and My words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.  AMP   ↕↕↕

John 15:4 “Live in me. Make your home in me just as I do in you. In the same way that a branch can’t bear grapes by itself but only by being joined to the vine, you can’t bear fruit unless you are joined with me.

5 “I am the Vine, you are the branches. When you’re joined with me and I with you, the relation intimate and organic, the harvest is sure to be abundant. Separated, you can’t produce a thing.

6 Anyone who separates from me is deadwood, gathered up and thrown on the bonfire. 7 But if you make yourselves at home with me and my words are at home in you, you can be sure that whatever you ask will be listened to and acted upon. MSG

 

John 15:16  You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed you [I have planted you], that you might go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit may be lasting [that it may remain, abide], so that whatever you ask the Father in My Name [as presenting all that I AM], He may give it to you.   AMP

John 15:16  “You didn’t choose me, remember; I chose you, and put you in the world to bear fruit, fruit that won’t spoil. As fruit bearers, whatever you ask the Father in relation to me, he gives you. MSG

 

1 Cor 15:19  If we who are [abiding] in Christ have hope only in this life and that is all, then we are of all people most miserable and to be pitied.  AMP

 

John 15:9 I have loved you, [just] as the Father has loved Me; abide in My love [continue in His love with Me].

10 If you keep My commandments [if you continue to obey My instructions], you will abide in My love and live on in it, just as I have obeyed My Father’s commandments and live on in His love.  AMP

Eph 3:17  May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love,  AMP

But just as His anointing teaches you concerning everything and is true and is no falsehood, so you must abide in (live in, never depart from) Him [being rooted in Him, knit to Him], just as [His anointing] has taught you [to do].

28 And now, little children, abide (live, remain permanently) in Him, so that when He is made visible, we may have and enjoy perfect confidence (boldness, assurance) and not be ashamed and shrink from Him at His coming.  AMP

SPIRIT  1 John 3:24  All who keep His commandments [who obey His orders and follow His plan, live and continue to live, to stay and] abide in Him, and He in them. 2 Cor 5:20  So we are Christ’s ambassadors, God making His appeal as it were through us. We [as Christ’s personal representatives] beg you for His sake to lay hold of the divine favor [now offered you] and be reconciled to God.

21 For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness].  AMP

 

Isa 57:15  For thus says the high and lofty One — He Who inhabits eternity, Whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, but with him also who is of a thoroughly penitent and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble and to revive the heart of the thoroughly penitent [bruised with sorrow for sin].  AMP

 

Gal 2:20  I have been crucified with Christ [in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the Messiah) lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (by adherence to and reliance on and complete trust in) the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself up for me.  AMP
